Easy check in, friendly professional staff, comfortable beds. Only thing I mentioned to the staff, which is extremely minor, was that the tray in the coffee maker that holds the coffee pod was missing. I was still able to make a cup by putting the pod in the cup. I would stay at this location again.

The room I stayed in was suppose to be smoke free, it smelled like smoke, which attacked my allergies. Due to that I will not stay there again. I even told the front desk and all she said was I will let them know. I stayed because it was after 1am when I got there, tired and needed rest to function. The hotel was perfect 10 minute drive from downtown areas 15 minutes from the zoo right near the PNC Park. It was a great place to spend a baseball weekend. There were lots of families and rival fans available to banter back and forth with. Friendly staff and free parking just added to the fun.

She was so kind and friendly and went out of her way for everyone. Doesn’t take much to be kind. Made a lot of peoples day. My only gripe was charging for parking. While it was a minimal fee I just think it’s ridiculous to do that.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very warm, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and functional. The bathroom had counter and shelf space to organize toiletries for the stay and excellent water pressure with hot water always available. The complimentary breakfast had a wonderful variety of hot and cold offerings. We loved the offering of a pot of hot creamy oatmeal! Everything was delicious! The bed had fresh clean linens and we slept so well. We felt safe and well taken care of. We will definitely return to this hotel!!

The price given by expedia was not the price I paid. Upon checking in, I was told there would be fees. When asked what fees, the very rude clerk stammered for possible items, and finally said that there would be a parking fee. Meanwhile, it was never verified that I actually had a vehicle. The icing on the cake was the mold in the tub, and the fear that if i complained or used any \"amenities\" there would be more fees. The check-in clerk was that hostile. I will never stay here again.

Blindsided with a $4 fee to park a car?? Crazy. Couldn’t be more than 10 cars total in the lot, nowhere near any commercial or downtown area. Obviously a money grab to pad the room rate. There’s a reason why I normally stay at Marriott properties vs. Hilton. Can’t say I’ll stay at another Hilton property based on this.

The staff were exceedingly kind, helpful and amazing. The rooms show significant signs of wear, tears in furniture and lack of cleanliness. I get the impression that the property is banking on chain recognition and location for guests to overlook conditions. I think if they are older guests or guests intimidated to drive in crazy Pittsburgh traffic, they will overlook the glaring flaws of this location.

Upon arrival I had to deposit 75 dollars for my stay which I was unaware of prior. I got to my room and the a/c unit didn’t work so I was switched to a different room. In the second room the a/c worked but after I showered I noticed that the shower head was leaking. The second night the shower head was leaking even worse but I was busy with work items so I decided just to place a wash cloth over it to control it for my stay since I had already had issues with my previous room and didn’t want the hassle of the second issue. When I checked out on my final day I let the front desk know about the shower issue so that it could be fixed for the next guest. When I got home I check to see if my 75 dollar deposit had been returned only to find out that I had been charged 50 dollars for what I’m assuming was the shower head that I didn’t break. I’ll never stay at this location again

Location was convenient to the areas we visited. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is the floor in our room had not been vacuumed. A leaf, several pieces of cellophane, hair and threads were on the floor.

The hotel was disgusting and run-down. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The base of the toilet was gross. We ran out of toilet paper twice and towels twice in the 4 days we stayed there.
Breakfast was fine but by 9am items were limited. On Monday and Tuesday, there was no milk by 9am for cereal.
Breakfast varies a bit from the staff working. On Wednesday there was more fruit and yogurt compared to Monday and Tuesday morning.
The pool was green and unable to be used for 2 days which was a main reason we booked this hotel.
The noise from other patrons woke us up twice in the middle of the night.
The room smelled a bit musty.
The wifi didn't work for us on the day we arrived. It was difficult to arrange Uber.
The fridge in the room had significant ice buildup and froze some of our leftovers.
Its outside of the downtown area but it has nothing to do or no restaurants within walking distance so you need to order in or plan your trip around meals.
I would never stay at this property again.
