Room was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of space for my wife and I, and a decent size kitchen so we could actually cook in. Only needed it for two nights, but it was extremely comfortable, bed was great and the shower was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

The bad- Furniture could definitely use a refresh. Everything is a bit worn down and threadbare. We were assigned room 216 when we checked in. We walked into the room and were immediately smacked in the face with the smell of BO. Apparently, that’s just what the rooms smells like as the second room we were assigned also smelled, though not as badly. The kitchenettes are terribly stocked (no plates, but bowls. No forks, but spoons.) the beds are not comfortable. The usb charger by the bed did not work.

The good- the location is very convenient to walk the strip or downtown. The breakfast was actually really good. Never saw the bar open in our two nights there, which is disappointing in such a quiet neighborhood where everything closes early. At least you could grab a beer to take to your room at the little convenience market in the lobby.

We loved the layout of the room. Kitchen was useful. Rugs, couch and mattress were stained but rest of room clean. Furniture worn. All normal wear and tear. Sadie was SOOO helpful and rest of staff really nice.

The staff here is amazing! We had to make adjustments due to weather and the staff was SO accommodating and kind. The people at the front desk went above and beyond to welcome us and provide recommendations. The lobby was spotless and the food was great! This location was great for our family and in such a great location within walking distance of many tourist attractions.

There were no written instructions about having the room serviced every day and no one asked us when we checked in. Consequently, we did not get clean towels or have our room serviced the first day. It wasn't until we asked that we finally received service.

We also had problems with the phone and it took 2 service requests before it was fixed. We could not dial any number without receiving a busy signal.

Room was amazing - clean, quiet, comfortable, updated - one of the best I've stayed in yet! Unfortunately, the breakfast brought down the rating - it was so disappointing and quite frankly, awful. The eggs were cold and rubbery, and someone added salt and pepper when cooking - that's a problem. There were no other protein options, besides a tiny slice of ham, and no fresh fruit besides old bananas and apples.

Our room (516) had a couple of funky odors. The main room smelled as if a pet had had an accident that was not properly cleaned and the bathroom smelled as if maybe it needed a shower curtain change or maybe new grout. Like the smell was more than a good cleaning could cure. It would have been a great room if not for that. The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly! We used the pool and it was ok. The pool table needs a couple new cues but we still enjoyed it. We planned to use the workout center but ended up not so can’t comment on that and breakfast was better than I thought it might be. More choices than I expected and not just the run of the mill hotel breakfast options.

Staff was great, room was clean but breakfast was gross. They had shredded pork, who eats pork for breakfast? And chicken sausage. The potato cakes were hard as a rock and cold. I grabbed an apple and it had 2 small rotten spots on it. It was so bad that I don’t even go down for breakfast the rest of the stay. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Overall, my stay was decent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and breakfast wasn’t too bad, though it could have offered a bit more variety. The biggest issues were the bed sheets being too small for the mattress—so the corners wouldn’t stay down—and the difficult parking situation, which made coming and going inconvenient.

We had to ask for a new blanket because it was full of hair, the shower drain was not cleaned and full of hair, when we opened the pull out couch wrappers and popcorn fell out, the phone did not work,and we had to rearrange the hdmi cords for the tv to turn on. First time complaining about a Hilton owned property.

Great location and friendly, accommodating staff. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but I appreciate the snacks. We were specifically wanting a place with a pool, and were disappointed it was on the chilly side. Rooms were not very soundproof - we could hear many of our neighbors and it was definitely disruptive to our sleep and stay. I would probably stay here again.

I’m a recent guest at the Homewood suites and Inn in downtown Pittsburgh. This is my second stay in the past week on a different date. This evening I checked in with no issues. Upon returning to my hotel at approximately midnight this evening, I was confronted by a man working at the front desk. As I approach the desk, he refused to acknowledge me. I explained that I was there to purchase a snack.

As attempted to buy a snack from the market area. He was extremely rude and threatened me. I repeatedly explained that I was a guest and simply wanted to purchase something and*his help. He refused and I ended up not making a purchase.

Not sure what his issue was or is.

I called into your corporate number and the associate called in to get the manager’s information. He was extremely rude to her and she was able to provide this email and the manager’s first name, But not able to provide the associates name As he would not provide it.

I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and other large hotel chains. I’ve never been treated like that in my entire life at a hotel.

I would like contact and a full refund for this stay.

We always like staying here. This time we brought our Shih-tzu. Bringing your pet always seems like a good idea. We never considered there is no area for the dogs to go to the bathroom around the hotel, except for one small area that is literally weeds and dirt and it was \"dog-poop city\"!

Room was clean, but no shampoo in bottle, but once I spoke to Sadie at front desk she had it taken care of right away. Staff was very nice - breakfast was limited if you got down there by 8 am but on the day I left at 6:30 am there was a large choice and I wasn’t able to have any. Coffee was watery - had to walk to Starbucks to get some to wake me up. Overall a nice place to stay and staff was lovely.

We got into town well before check-in time. We traveled with two cars due to luggage.
Even though we weren’t able to check into our room, the front desk staff offered to hold our luggage so we could drive around the city with one car… Anybody who’s navigated Pittsburgh knows that this is a big help.

I also requested extra pillows when I made my reservation online… When we got to our room, there was a pile of pillows waiting for us.

The the rooms were large, clean and modern. The breakfast was very good.

They also had parking on the first floor connected to the hotel, which made the entire state very convenient.

This is where I will be staying my next trip to Pittsburgh.

The room was great and amazing! I didn’t use any of the utensils or microwave however. I was so shocked they had all that, I’m not use to my room having a microwave and stove. Staff was amazing, I really want to give credit to Mr. Deodis at the front desk for really making my stay welcoming. Class act and incredible human being! I was trying to tip him as well in addition to the housekeeping staff but couldn’t find him on my day of departure.

The room was very good as was the desk staff. The breakfast was very underwhelming. None of the food was warm, the eggs were tasteless, & the tea flavors were not replaced when gone. Most hotel breakfasts always have a waffle making machine. Indoor parking was quite difficult to find, and the parking charge seemed excessive particularly when having to park across the street in an open lot.
