The days I was at motel 6 the weather was cold and rainish..it was cold I went to the front desk and told them the room was cold and asked them how could I turn the heat on ...the told me turn the AC off....we don't have heat !!!!!
I left the Motel 6 and even if I paid for the full week I checked in a different hotel. TO AVOID A NIGHTMARE DON'T GO TO MOTEL 6 IN CRAFTON!!!!! BAD BAD BAD !!!!

Stayed one night 3/28. Booked two rooms. Only perk was the dog was free. Only reason why we booked. Area wasn’t the best. Motel is severely runner down. Rooms were awful. I understand it’s a motel, but I’ve stayed in motels before and this was by far the worse. I killed two big bugs, the hotel controlled if we had heat or air bc I told the front desk that I couldn’t turn the ac on and it was hot in my room. Told me the ac hasn’t been turned ok yet for the motel. Shower door was broke as well as the shower head. Bed was awful. You could hear everything. Walls were so thin and window was too. Worse sleep ever. I could go on and on. Thank goodness it was only one night.

Stay away from here. Rude staff, power went out last night there and we asked if we would get any accommodation due to that and they said no. My dog was blamed for a pile of poop that was already in their lobby. They charged my card a huge deposit, and lied about how much they charged and I showed them my bill and they said I need to call my bank. There was a cockroach that came crawling out of the one room. I been waiting for my deposit refund, they said they charged me a cleanup fee, which is some crap bc we had cleaned up that room before we had left, my dog didn’t leave no mess for them to clean up. I’m very angry and disgusted with this place. Stay away from here!!!

Property was ok but the room was terrible. Floors dirty, bad stench of cigarettes which left anything you brought smelling. The sheets were staind in the exact same spot, probably not washed and having to buy our own. Key cards did not work and shower door did not close. Ive stayed in some bad hotels only needing a place to lay my head but this was bad and doesn't come close to what the website perceives!!

The check in process was easy and straightforward. However. I paid extra for a queen suite and still was out in a room with double beds. The front desk clerk said nothing about this at check in. The beds had no blankets, just a sheet. It wasn’t a filthy room but definitely wasn’t cozy. When I was checking in there was another couple fighting for a refund because their room was filthy. She showed me pictures and wished me luck. Hair in the beds, tooth paste in the sink, drink rings on the counter, shower clearly not cleaned. They were told there were no other rooms so I didn’t complain about the discrepancy with what I paid for vs. received. But it feels dishonest, even if it’s a small amount of money.

Room was very subpar.Wasn't very clean, had an odor of smoke and sewage. When I turned on the heat, it was blowing air that reeked of sewage, so I didn’t use it even though the temperature outside was 32°. I could see the outside through the crack in the door, which was letting in a cold draft and could hear people outside clearly. Room had plaster chipping, patched paint on walls. Shower had mold and the bottom liner where the drain was rose up when taking a shower. Also had hot water issues, none coming from sink except cold only. Noisy outside with people fighting late at night and trucks coming and going. I only stayed here because they allow pets free of charge. I thought I was only paying $48 a night through Expedia, but was charged $56.00 a night when I saw my bill.

My husband and myself had a very nice stay. The room was nicely put together and clean. The bathroom didnt have the same organization as the other Wyndham hotels. I feel like the presentation could be better. As someone who is a housekeeper for a living. Nobody called our room, and the door was only knocked on once before three people tried to enter the room we were staying in. Im not sure why the door wasnt knocked on three times before entry. Customers didnt have clothes on when employees tried to enter. The presentation could be better. As a housekeeper myself, the protocal needs enforced. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. Thank you for giving us a place to lay our heads.

I rented to rooms. The one room was filthy bug in the shower stall and just dirty. Ok got a room change. Door don't work properly had to use your body weight to open it, had to go to the front desk again, hotel attendance got it opened but pushing and turning on it. Once in the heat was blazing and the bed was covered in stink bugs..So we didn't even occupy the second room. Let allow the building is deplorable and it's also a residence to a lot of it's guess.And we don't feel safe.This is a establishment that needs some looking in from corporate..

I booked a deluxe room with a queen bed. Was given a room with 2 full beds instead. The room was gross. Pubic hair on the toilet. Tv was on when we entered the room as if someone had been in there. Blood spots on the sheets. Felt extremely uncomfortable right away and didnt want to stay. We decided it was just for the night and to suck it up, knowing Motel 6 in general doesnt have the best reputation, but was all that was available in the vicinity we were looking to stay for the night (unless we had $500 + to fork over for a room for one night) Until... i looked over and saw a cockroach crawling on the headboard of the bed. We hadnt even been in there 5 minutes and that was the what did it for me. I went to the front desk and told the guy id like a refund, because for $97, I thought there'd be some sensible standards and i was not about to sleep with roaches and risk bringing them home. He said he cant do that. Best he could do is give me $15 back. Im still beside myself. I have pictures. We left and found a hotel 20 miles away from where we actually wanted to stay, and i still havent even received my $15. A complete joke!!

When we got to the room, the lights were on, the curtain was open, and the TV was on. We walked in, and the floorboards were coming up off the ground. Exposed wiring was behind the bed. The bed sheets looked like they had not been changed or washed in weeks. The bedsheet had burn holes, and I found glass in the bed. The bathroom was disgusting, and the wall was chipping away along with the tile in the shower. When we went to the office to tell them about it, they said, \"I'm sorry you are displeased!\" We ended up having to get a completely different hotel.

The staff was wonderful. There was a problem with the heat so the woman that checked me in brought a room heater for me. The tail lights on my car would not shut off. I phoned the office to see if they could recommend someone that I could call for help. The woman sent the maintenance man. I explained that there was a switch which operates the tail lights and told him where it is located. I couldn't reach it. He located it, turned the switch to turn off the lights, and then zip tied it in place. Problem solved until I can take it to a garage for a permanent fix. Both the woman who checked me in and the one who checked me out were very pleasant, smiled, and made me feel welcomed. But my room was filthy. Floors, counters, the floor in the shower, and the mirror looked like they had not been cleaned for months. There were no blankets on the beds, not even one wash cloth. I wonder if the room had not been used for a long time because there was dust on almost every thing. I found a dirty sock crammed in a corner on one of shelves, bits of paper and a few shards of plastic on the floor and dust in the corners. To be fair, maybe this room is not used often. I upgraded to a room with a microwave and refrigerator for my medical needs. So maybe? housekeeping wasn't notified to have that room clean?? I was in town for a family funeral and didn't want to put family members out during this time of grief. But I am glad that I was there for only 2 nights.

First of the the light die the motel 6 was not even lite up, we couldnt find it. Second it was dirty outside were we parked the cars, third room was dirty, beds need to be replaced sheets had blood on them, walls had blood on them, black mold was everywhere on the walls, who ever did the shower the shower head was so long had to bend to get under it, spider webs in the windows, room smelled alwful. All in all the room sucked, not asking alot because of being off the beaten path, but damn clean the rooms, fix them up, get the black mold out of the room before someone gets really sick. Also get heat in the rooms. I shoukd be called the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON U GUYS..

Not the *worst* motel we’ve seen, but it was pretty bad. My fiance killed somewhere around 10 stink bugs that were crawling in through the window and door. Our bed sheets had paw prints on them from previous use. The shower head was very low and the toilet barely flushed. No air conditioning, just a large box fan sitting next to the TV. The doors have gaps around them so they don’t feel secure. Check-in was through the smallest weirdest little window I’ve ever seen. Won’t be staying here again.

The employee was lovely, but the hotel itself was disappointing. It was incredibly dirty. The sheets were filthy with literal dirt marks and hair. The shower hasn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. First they have no staff. Took the front desk person like 10-15 minutes to get to the front desk. Not his fault. Then when we got to our room the room had roaches, stains on the bed, and mold in the bathroom. I wiped my face with a towel and I had an allergic reaction. When we brought all this to the attention to the front desk person they said only thing they could do is give us $20 back and keep the room or just give a refund.

Only thing we liked was the price until we got there and even the cheap price was overpriced for this horrendous ran place. Manager (lesbian) was a bullying swore at me when i asked her about being rude to my wife. They then called the police on us to have us removed! Room had no AC, had a box fan with 1 working speed, Pillows were terrible, sheets were paper thin. At least room was clean, TV worked and there was hot water. Lighting was dim, bathroom overhead light had no cover and had a bulb missing. The TV remote was taped together with electrical tape, at least it worked.

The place does not look like the picture at all! The door did not shut all the way, the bed sheets was dirty like they drug it thru the dirt before they put it on the bed, the shower floor was falling apart, the floors and walls was dirty, the room had a bad smell to it and the furniture looks like it is going to fall apart. I recommend not to stay here!!

Too bad I have nothing good to write about. I had a terrible experience with some of the staff. Mainly, 2 young girls handled a reservation request so poorly that, in the end, I had to call the police for help. I wouldn't bother taking your chances on this particular location. The cleanliness of the room was lacking as well. Broken fixtures, heavy fingerprints, cobwebs between wall and bed. Overall, my experience could not have been worse.

People hanging around outside that would make a prison guard nervous. 20 a night would have been acceptable to a destitute person, 70 a night was highway robbery. Motel 6 needs to take their franchise away before its reputation is ruined

We came from out of state and arrived early. We were willing to pay an early check in fee but were told that was not an option. We used public transportation to and from the hotel. Getting to the bus there was a hill you had to go down and at the bottom an unsafe curve. Also the property, at least, my room could use some updating. The shower was dirty and moldy, the toilet moved when you sat on it. The ceiling appeared to have water damage and there was mold.
