Very basic, outdated hotel/motel. We had an hotel room with entrance inside the building. Our room smelled musty and the carpet was a bit sticky. The bed was older and you could feel all the springs. The bathroom was very small and outdated. The bathtub floor was stained brown/black. The room was mostly clean but was expecting more. Parking was ok, breakfast was basic. If I was in the area again, I would likely pick another place. The front desk guy was very nice at check in. We did not use the WiFi or shuttle service.

I believe the Quality Inn should reimburse the cost of the room and deduct it from our parking balance.

There were no lights on the parking lot so it was very dark. Our room was not accessible from inside the lobby and was difficult to find walking on a dark parking lot. I chose this hotel due to the rate offered and that it was pet friendly. However, the upcharge for the pet was as much as the room rate. I did not find this very fair as it was not noted when I made the reservation. The room itself was not cared for and was in poor condition, not dirty just not updated. My little 20 pound dog was not going to cause damage that had not already happened to this room. There were cigaratte burns on the tub and counter, the sheets were stained, the carpet was not new and the furniture was outdated. All electrics behind the bed were hooked to one power strip that was hanging in mid air over the headboard.

The hotel when I arrived, didn't find my reservation. They made a new one and when I check out the next morning I noticed that they charged me for my first reservation (as a no show) and the new reservation. I told the receptionist about it and she tried to resolved it but told me that she would let the manager resolve it and would call me. Nothing been resolved yet.

We didn't notice until after we looked at our credit card statement that we were overcharged for parking. Then, our flight coming back from Atlanta was delayed, and their shuttle service doesn't run much past Midnight. We had to spend another 40 dollars on a cab back to the hotel. Will definitely never stay there again.

The airport shuttle was easy to find. All the staff were courteous. Our room was on the second floor and since you have no elevator, it was a little more difficult for my wife to transverse the stairs. However, if I had made a note of that per our reservation, perhaps they would’ve given us a Ground floor room. Our room was old and outdated. And it did smell old as well. It was fairly clean for an old room! The complementary breakfast was good.

Not impressed. The property is very run down. Room was small, bed very hard and uncomfortable. The bathtub/shower did not drain. Blinds on the window did not keep out much light and there are no curtains to pull over them. Would NOT stay here again. On a good note, staff was friendly.

The employees are super super nice. The breakfast is pretty good as well. I personally probably wouldn’t stay here again just because the rooms are a little to ran down. But for the price in a pinch it was fine. The area is safe and felt comfortable with cars being parked outside.
The employees were extremely nice which helps the hotel out tremendously.

It made me feel good when they scan my ticket and they greeted me personally for an example when they scan my ticket they said good morning Mr Merritt thank you for flying with United have a good day and safe trip to your destination it made me feel like I was somebody not just a passenger the Personal Touch was outstanding I think it will go a long ways if at all your airline and every state in City would do that because when I was in Pittsburgh going to Denver they just said have a a good flight that really didn't do anything for me it just made me feel like a regular passenger but when I was in Denver going to Pittsburgh they greeted me by my last name which made me feel great

Our stay was unforgettable check-in went smoothly with little wait, and we received our room. Not the room that I booked six months in advance, however the room that we got ended up getting picked for me. The toilet was broken. The refrigerator was broken. The microwave didn’t work and neither did the sink it was filthy on top of everything else and the adjoining door was not locked when we entered the room. Not to mention, I asked for a non-smoking room and was given an outside smoking room that smelled like cigarette, dog piss, and weed. We did not stay there long. My husband went back and we got a new room. They gave us a new room on the inside. It looked like we went to a whole new hotel. Things were working it still a bit rundown, but not like the first round at all however, the blinds are 3 inches too small on each side and it has a sheer see-through curtain. Which privacy is out the window what’s in the window is bright sunlight so if you wanna take a nap during the day, bring a mask because it’s bright in here. They do provide shampoo, conditioner, and lotion inside the shower. A microwave and a refrigerator and a one cup coffee maker. Laundry on site $2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dry. Plus a fitness center. The beds are very stiff. The first night we were here there were some loud drunk lost females in the hall, trying different doors, but it’s not like it’s every night because last night was much quieter thank goodness. The hotel/motel was old and the room iin somewhat poor condition from too much humidity. Pealed wallpaper. Black mold in and around the bathroom. It is also right on the highway so cargo truck noise was an issue at night. The staff was nice, though.

Manager on duty told me that the nearby restaurant, The Pub, was open and when I walked over, it was not open - had to order expensive food to be delivered. Garbage bins around the property were full and overflowing. Room was adequate; however, bed was old fashioned box spring and hard mattress; sink was plastic with damage; chrome on the faucet was peeling; carpet old - didn't want to walk barefoot on it. In other words, the whole place needs to be rehabed and brought into the 21st century. Won't stay there again.

Everything was good, hotel is cozy, but slightly outdated if it matters. Amenities were adequate. The room had a smell, it wasn’t that bad just semi-noticeable, got a candle and it was fine.
Free shuttles to and from the airport, complimentary breakfast was very good. very much worth the price, would stay again.

The absolute worst hotel ever. The room smelled like smoke and marijuana. The blanket had huge burn marks. We wanted a different room or a refund and the man on duty said he couldn't help us. Stay at your own risk!!

When we checked in they gave us one key, it had worked for the day we checked in and then stopped working the following day. It was fixed after going to the front desk, and they reprogrammed two new keys for us. Though this hotel had good reviews when we first checked into our hotel, the room gave us had an unsettling feeling. It was clean, but the carpet was ripped up by the desk and the window was open. We couldn’t pinpoint why it was disturbing, but the first night we stayed there we could barely sleep. We ended up checking out a night early because of the growing uncertainty that we had about that room.

Good basic hotel. The building and rooms are a little run down but everything was clean. Note that there is no elevator so be sure to note in your reservation if you need a first floor room specifically. Breakfast was disappointing, the \"hot\" items were microwaved eggs and sausage. When we reached hotel late night they booked all the rooms even though we booked non-smoking rooms, person said only smoking room is left at middle of night we have no choice but to sleep in smoking room, my wife and kid could not sleep so they sleeper half night in car. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very rude and condescending. She wanted nothing to do with helping us. We drove 5 hours and called the day before to ask for an early check-in. It was noted on our reservation, but this lady at first said she saw nothing. All she had to do was call the maid service to have 1 room cleaned asap. She don’t want to do that. She told us to come back later. So we called Quality Inn customer service and they agreed that we should have been treated better. She even said that we’re in Pittsburgh and we’re tough here. Totally unnecessary, like she was proud to be giving us a hard time! Otherwise, the room was good. I’ve never encountered such horrendous hospitality at any hotel reception desk ever!

***When reading this review, please understand that I'm not a cranky \"Karen\" who likes to nit-pick. I'm a middle-aged blue-collar man who has stayed everywhere from the cheapest dive to the Waldorf. This is just an honest assessment based on experience.***

The facility as a whole is in run-down condition. The room smells, the toilet seat was broken, the shower wasn't particulary clean. The beds did have clean sheets and the floor had been vacuumed, but the remainder of things you would want to see attended to were not.
The breakfast buffet was under stocked and no batter for the waffle iron.
We were only in town for one night and just needed a place to crash after a concert. It served it's purpose, but it is in a bit of what I'd call a sketchy area and would not want to stay here with children.
If you are looking for something \"nice\", this ain't it. I won't outright call it a dump (I have stayed in worse), but it's barely a step above a dump.
The staff was courteous and expressed willingness to help if needed. That's the only reason I don't rate it as a flea bag inn.
It'll do for a night for someone who just needs to sleep, but it's no more than that and that seems to be all they are interested in catering to.

The Room was clean, but very dated and dark. Parking was limited as it seems that it may be an airport parking lot as well. the Floorboards squeak and it makes for a noisy stay as other guests move through the hotel and rooms. If you're on a budget the room rate was affordable, and, in a pinch, it does the job for a short stay, however this would not be my first choice of hotels in the area.

The look of the hotel was nice on the outside. Having the pub next door was convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful. I feel the cleanliness could be improved.
