Breakfast was horrible. Stayed on a weekend had same thing both days. Eggs were scrambled but not done both days. Sausage was bad. Milk had to be poured out of gallon. Worker stood by orange juice machine and watch you the entire time. Tables were not wiped down. The hotel smelled.

Room was clean. Hotel is dated. My only issue is park n fly is no longer free. I paid $70 just to park my car which had never been in the past. Had it been noted on the site, I would've made other arrangements. So long La Quinta.

The room had been cleaned. There were no hairs or anything. The staff were fine. The shuttle from the airport arrived very quickly. The shuttle driver was the friendliest of all of the staff we encountered. The grout in the bathroom was not very clean, the faucet was wobbly and there was paint scraped off in various places. The blow dryer was missing. There was a holder on the wall, but no blow dryer. The bathroom is poorly designed. The door almost bumps into the toilet when you open it and you have to stand in a very specific place in order to open the bathroom door. The worst thing was our room location. It was practically adjacent to the lobby which doubled as the breakfast room. Breakfast started at 4am and the rooms are poorly insulated for sound. People talking (not even loud talking, just a regular decibel) in the lobby and hall disturbed our sleep. We had arrived at the hotel a little before one in the morning and were disturbed by sounds too early for us to have sufficiently slept. I do not recommend this place nor will I stay there again.

Our flight required us to be at the airport at 3 am, so we didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment. The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the airport. The problem is parking. I guess since many people leave their car there when they travel, there isn't enough parking. We went out at 1 am and 30 min later, when we returned, our spot was taken and the lot was full. But I would stay there again.

Problems:
1. Inadequate parking. Had to park in the adjoining restaurant lot.
2. Front desk ran out of door key cards; clerk had to leave front desk and let in late arrivals.
3. Water was dripping from the ceiling above the bathroom onto the tub and beside the toilet.

Night desk clerk was very nice and apologetic for the problems. Taxi to the airport was ordered by the clerk and was waiting for us at the requested time.

Overall, the hotel is clean and well maintained. The airport shuttle was excellent. But small things spoiled the stay. The beds had the most uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were either spoiled or just of low prefab quality. The batter for the waffles finished quickly and was never refilled.

A bit late chkin with other customers also staff no uniform or name tags etc don't know who your dealing with..myself plus few others vending machines not dispensing or giving change at 1am. Agent states can't help you one guy got 4 dollars back I asked if ice machine on 3rd floor .states yes..it is fine..found thar to be a lie a note stated not working go to 1st floor .also cut my hand on vending machine att to retrieve bag of chips..mentioned to male person at c I unter..gave me bandaid cud not use top of my hand much as skin torn off..also breakfast now much to say eggs seem to be powder and mixed with liquid to serve. Ale decaf coffee not even hot barely warm..room not bad but Wyndham Laquunta hotels much higher standard but this one from staff not even name tags late at night or in a.m. Just not very becoming and you get the feeling 'we don't want you here' as not very helpful in many ways or can't fix this or want to help customers etc..bad scene...Wyndham I think has higher standards and there is many hotels competition near by...bad visit..really..probably like refunded for stay as little issues just add up,.thanks for listening..rgds

It was very difficult to manage the technology. I wasn’t able to access the TV service, as I am accustomed to, at other times hotels. I booked a room, because the electricity at my home was out, due to a storm. As soon as the electricity was restored, I returned to my home, because the amenities at the hotel were very much limited. I needed access to light and electricity and it was provided there and I’m appreciative of that. The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Ew. The place is Dateline material. The halls are dimly lit, it’s a maze, and the room was sad and very outdated. The carpet is just plush enough that you break a sweat trying to roll your bags.

We only stayed there because we wanted the free airport shuttle. We let the front desk know we’d need it and they said leaves on the hour. We arrived downstairs with our bags at 7:55. No shuttle. It left without us. Then I had to spend $80 on a uber 2 miles from the airport.

Hotel was fair for the price. Doing some maintenance or repairs which made it difficult to enter building. Hotel advertises, "SHUTTLE" service to airport. They contract this out. Upon returning to airport, waited almost an hour for a shuttle that the hotel desk said would be 5-10 min. Won't be trying this again.

The hotel lobby is very dimly lite but appears clean.
The agent was friendly enough but quite busy on the phone as it was almost his quitting time when we checked in.
The hallways had an odor and carpets could use a good deep clean.
The rooms (we had 2) were impressively spotless, however, one room smelled of cigarette.
We were on the ground floor and found both locks on one window unlocked and one lock on the other window unlocked.
The young adults travelling with us were rather afraid to stay in the room.
The location was very convenient to the airport and the price per night was more than reasonable.
Checking out the printer was not working but the agent was (a different one from check in) was again pleasant.
The following week we had to overnight again for a flight but choose not to stay here.
If price is the deciding factor this hotel would make the list but if it isn't then prehaps somewhere else is best.

The place was exceptional clean. Fresh paint through: rooms, stair cases, and halls. Room have new vinyl floors. Breakfast was simple but clean property cooked scrambled eggs and sausage, fresh fruit, cereals and pastry.

Shuttle to airport is dependable every half hour starting 4am the same as breakfast.

I will definitely stay at LA Quinta in Pittsburg again.

The parking was full but there was a back up plan. Someone did get access to our room and attempted to enter, which was terrifying (for both parties). A bit more communication and coverage for the online booking is necessary so that won't happen again. Breakfast starting so early and transportation are both great amenities through here as well.

The hotel was good for a one night stay after Urry late at the Pittsburgh airport. My main complaints were that the breakfast was not really that great and it was limited seating. As well as very few outlets near the beds in the room that I stayed in so that it was difficult to find a place to charge my phone. Would’ve also been helpful to have some USB ports rather than just plain outlets for those them standard hotels.

This is an adequate hotel for your stay near the Pittsburgh airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was solid. A definite positive is that the breakfast is open from 4 to 10am, which is the longest I've seen. The breakfast is tended to very well. This review would be 4 or 5 stars, but I booked this hotel mainly for the airport shuttle and when I requested the shuttle after arrival in PGH, I was told that I would be picked up at number 8 pickup spot, no other details. After waiting for about a half hour, I contacted the front desk, and was told they would contact the driver. Waited and watched for a LaQuinta / Wyndham bus or van and saw none. Contacted the front desk again and they told me the van was from Globe Parking, which they did not make clear by any means. Had to pay for a Lyft to the hotel. Not happy about that. Staff should know better!!!

The building itself is pretty dated, and the rooms were dark and had power issues with the outlets. The rooms had no fridge or microwave, which was an issue for me as someone who uses insulin. There was also a pillow shortage, so each bed only had one pillow. We visited this location during the NFL draft, unintentionally, so that may have been the reason for the issues, but the building and the rooms were not the cleanest. Parking was also a significant issue as well, and there were no alternatives provided when the lot became full.
