After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room.

The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing.

That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit:
•Replacing the towels with newer ones
•Vacuuming the rooms before mopping, as I’ve noticed dust and hair under the bed and on the floor
•Improving the breakfast buffet variety
•Adding a proper coffee machine, especially considering the price of the Executive Rooms

Overall, my experiences have been very happy and comfortable, and this remains my favourite hotel in Beirut. I’m confident that with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next stay.

The staff at this hotel is really amazing! My only complaints are that we had a leak in our bathroom which they tried to fix several times but it never fully got resolved and the food was not so good! But the amenities, staff, and ambience were very nice!

Really nice hotel. Staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. They upgraded our room free of charge and staff were very helpful at arranging taxis and also giving us tips and suggestions on where to visit. Only down side would be breakfast options were okay, could have been better but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The property was clean and well maintained. The management and staff were friendly and most helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to be in a central location in Beirut.
Lots of good restaurants, shopping and services are well placed around this hotel “Royal Tulip”
Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting or doing business In Beirut.
The hotel has good facilities, Spa, Gym, Steam Room and Sauna, plus a beautiful open rooftop restaurant with great food and beautiful view of the city. Enjoy!!!

Good location. Nice city view from the rooftop restaurant. Food was cheap, in price and quality.
Standard rooms are too small, and on top a needless glass structure takes up space from the room and adds it to a decent sized bathroom. Not recommended for 2 people.
The floor was dusty although the room was supposed to be \"sanitised\".
We had only one bath towel in the room, took us 3 hours to get some more, but not what we actually requested. No hand or face towels available.
Pillows were not comfy at all, we did not bother requesting any, especially that there was no housekeeping staff after 11pm.
Price of breakfast almost tripled overnight. On check in we were told it was LL45,000 (~$2) per person, it became LL120,000 (~$6) the next morning. Still affordable for guests coming from abroad, but the tripling isn't justified.

I like the interior and the design.
The room is really cool. And despite the hotel being on a main street, it's very calm.
Location is good, very close to ABC and I would say a good walking distance to downtown etc.
What I wasn't a big fan of which factors in big, is the breakfast. It's underwhelming to say the least. Not a lot of variety, donuts were really really bad. Coffee was good.
But all in all I like the hotel and would recommend it.

Had the worst stay ever.... we booked this hotel with breakfast included and first day we got charged 52 dollars USD... front desk clerk insisted that breakfast was not included even though I showed her the booking confirmation .... 3rd night there was a fire at roof top that forced us to evacuate the building at 8 am.... we stayed struggling for couple hours before they had it under control....

The staff was very friendly. Our long flight back to Canada was not until 8:10pm at night and we were travelling with a 6-year old. We requested late check-out and the hotel staff accommodated our request.

Very nice hotel close to achrafieh sassine centre. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Food very good and breakfast quiet of varieties and can order a la carte. Parking not a problem, just make sure you buy the parking meter card and put credits if you park on the side of the hotel, across from aust.

The hotel is brand new which adds value to it. However, it deserves a rating of four stars instead of five.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is a plus. Furniture is modern and artistic.

Breakfast is below average. Staff are not well trained. Receptionists are not always available to answer calls and are definitely not familiar with the concierge service. Pillows are too hard and uncomfortable (even after ordering softer ones). Water has a weird smell in the shower. A plate of complimentary sweets stayed in my room for a week..

Doesn't deserve Royal Tulip name

This is a new hotel that is branded Royal Tulip and markets itself as a five star hotel. However, my original room did not even have a small desk to work at. In fact, there was so little space that I had nowhere to place anything at all. The hotel did move me to a larger room, but this had curtains that kept jamming and hot water that literally stank of sulphur. There is no bar in the hotel, and at breakfast (included in my rate) the waiter told me that drinking water was not included as part of the breakfast and insisted on charging me for the glass (later reversed, thankfully).

This hotel is definitely not a five star property, and probably won't be in business very long if it carries on like this.

The staff, especially at the lobby, are friendly, attentive and professional.
The 'deluxe room' and it's facilities are good but the water temperature an issue.
The water has a peculiar smell probably due to the present (august 2016) garbage issues in this country..
Pool and sun-deck are very small.

Being very objective: the staff is very helpful and nice, but the hotel is clearly not of a 5* standard; rather a 3.5-4*, as previous customers said. The rooms are visually nice, but not that clean, the window isolation is horrible, you hear the cara all night. The overall rating shouldn't be more than 7.5/10. Way too expensive for the quality. And breakfast absolutely horrible... no even joghurt available.

I should have trusted the previous ratings.

Deception, pas la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles

Très décevant pour un hôtel soit disant 5 étoiles. Mauvais accueil en arrivant, la chambre était fumeur alors que nous avions demandé non fumeur. Beaucoup de discussions et négociations avant d'avoir d'autres chambre proposées.
Les chambres sont assez petites.
Le restaufant est très moyen, et le service général très lent
