We stayed here for one night. Room was very clean. The rooms with two beds have twin beds, not queen beds, so only for two people. Staff was very friendly. They arranged for us taxis when we asked and gave us recommendations of good restaurants in the area. It's a busy area though with a lot of traffic. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

Defiantly the facility is not the 5 stars I know, it is more of a 4 stars hotel, but still an expensive place to stay. Below average service specially in the bar and restaurant is poor. rooms are clean and will equipped but old. I had a problem with the pillows that is too hard to sleep on it. staff are very friendly but confused. the hotel is located very close to a major shopping mall that has a lot of restaurants and coffee shops compensation for the lack of quality food in the hotel. Sure I am not going to stay in this hotel if I am visiting Beirut again.

Hotel has all nice facilities, nice bar and restaurant. It is well located in Verdun area which is close to ABC Mall. There are plenty of places to see and Hamra and downtown districts are only 10 minutes by car.

This was my first stay at this hotel, I found it to be really nice, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. It is a 5 minute walking distance to the ABC mall in Verdun where you can find nice restaurants, cinemas, and shops, and a 15 minute walk to the sea front where there are also nice restaurants and a beautiful walkway. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
