Worst view ever, I paid extra to get a sea view. However I got a lower floor room with a restaurant building infront of me I think it was fast food with children playing area and very noisy. I was expecting a nice peaceful view and a quiet seating in the balcony however I was very disappointed. The check in took forever I waited a long time for the room to be cleaned and a lot of time was wasted just waiting. My visit was short I enjoyed all the hotels in Lebanon however this was a great disappointment and waste I really hoped that I had a better experience in Beirut with scenic views instead a got a great disappointment. I must mention the resecptionist was the best thing in the hotel. She was very sweet and polite, she tried to assist me as much as possible but there was not much she could do

The room was clean, has all the amenities needed however our blanket is old and had a cigarette hole in it! The isolation of the rooms is bad as we could hear the people in the room next to us, sounds of people walking in the street. On our first night their was a wedding and the music was so loud and couldn’t sleep at all. Although i have talked to the reception but they kept saying we will move you to a higher level next day and nothing happened.

Don't expect any real service from the front desk staff. They perform only the basic requirements associated with checking you in and out, but haven't an interest in assisting with directions or resolving concerns relating to your room. Make sure if they provide an upgrade to the sea view that you are not given a room adjacent to the electrical systems. The loudness of the systems going on and off (noise) will literally keep you up all night doing nothing but enjoying the view.
The rooms are not sufficiently insulated for adjacent suites and so we could hear the couple next door arguing throughout the evening. The hotel setup, as far as the two bedroom suites were concerned, was very comfortable with lots of space for 5 adults. They didn't have a washer/dryer like the Coral Suites, but the location was closer to the Restaurants on the Rauche, so a bit of a tradeoff depending on your priorities.
