I understand that it was Ramadan. But I ought to be able to secure a cup of coffee in the dining area. There were no staff on hand & the garbage can behind the counter was overflowing. I had to go to the front desk & remind the manager that some sort of service must be in place for non-Muslims. The clerk rang a bell & ten minutes later a guy comes out & starts moving the chairs & mopping the floor. It was maladroit. I paid for a continental breakfast. I would have been happy if they had brewed a pot of coffee. But they couldn’t even do that. It’s a sad situation in Beruit. It’s going to fall apart.

My recent stay at El Sheikh hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless, starting with the incredibly convenient valet parking. It was such a relief to simply hand over our keys and know our car was in good hands. The warm smiles and genuine hospitality we received from the valet staff set the tone for the entire stay. This is our fourth stay with El Sheikh Suites. We keep coming back because it is one of the greatest hotel products I have ever experienced. Every detail is superb from the cleanliness of the room to the wonderful breakfast buffet. The price point is excellent! The staff always go above and beyond to provide amazing service. A big shout out to Ali in the dining room for taking care of us during breakfast.

The service was excellent, the staff were flexible and extremely helpful! I arrived before the check in time, but they appreciated that I was tired from traveling and they found a room for me immediately! The same goes for check out, my flight was at 10pm, but they allowed me to stay in my room 2 extra hours! The staff in the lobby and the staff in the breakfast area are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces! After all the staying, the staff, the location, and cleanliness were wonderful and excellent.

A beautiful stay with lovely staff members. I stayed for one night on the 1st of June. I arrived around 9:30pm and staff members were helpful and great. The next morning the staff in the morning were also very helpful and accommodating. Was treated to a upgraded room which was large and clean and also some fruit juice. This is my second time staying at a hotel in Beirut, and let me tell you, El Sheikh suites exceeded all expectations. They truly exceeded the mark in every aspect. I would like to give a shout out to Bchara, Faten, Weam, Ahmad, Sally, Ali, Shadi, and anyone else I encountered but did not take their name down. You all provided excellent service and went above and beyond. Your customer service was nothing short of displaying the Lebanese hospitality.

Communication with the hotel was super easy and fast. As I did not have a prearranged pickup from the airport, Bchara was helpful in arranging a taxi pick up. The whole process was easy and fast and I felt safe with the taxi pick up. The breakfast was so delicious and included a variety of Lebanese options. There were hot and cold choices. I went for second rounds.

The room was one of the cleanest I stayed in (mind you, I’m comparing this to hotels I’ve stayed in in the US and Europe) and housekeeping had no issues cleaning the room daily. The towels were very absorbent and mattress and pillows were just the right firmness. I slept like a baby during my 2 weeks stay. There was constant power and the water pressure was 10 times better than my apartment in the US. Definitely miss my showers at this hotel. The A/C was in working condition and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking without any issues.

Location was excellent with restaurants and cafes nearby. Great value and will be staying here on my next Beirut visit.

I loved my stay at this place. The bed was super comfortable and a beautiful room. Located in a quiet location yet close to whatever you need whether it was restaurants or shopping. It’s like checking in into the airport they even asked for my baby’s passports and took copies..place is okay nothing fancy constructions all over the area including hotel very noisy, rooms are clean, tv reception is bad the only thing I liked was the valet parking it was always quick and the gentleman was very professional breakfast was okay! It was a wonderful stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Mohamed made sure I was accommodated from the minute I arrived to the airport, Jena was wonderful, Dany was awesome, and Bshara kept checking on me. The breakfast was great as well . Amazing Anniversary Stay

Amazing stay for our one year anniversary! Mr. Mohammad surprised us with wonderful decorations in the bedroom as well as fruit, cake, and other tasty snacks prepared for us. He also upgraded our room to the beautiful Panoramic Suite on the top floor overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. All this at no extra cost to us. The management and employees of this hotel are among the best I have ever experineced in my travels all over the world. The price point is also incredible given the wonderful amenities, size of room, brand new furniture, and impeccable cleanliness. This is our second stay at El Sheikh Suites Hotel and we will continue to return here over and over again. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone!

This was a great little hotel in a convenient location. The front desk staff were all very friendly and eager to help us out. Most spoke English very well. They worked to find us a rental car last minute but ultimately recommended a taxi driver to take us to different sites for the day. We ended up hiring the driver for a second day and to take us to the airport. The room was very clean and well appointed. Upgraded to a 1BR suite with kitchenette (didn’t use other than the fridge). Plenty of room and very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe walking in the area even late at night. Breakfast was very good (traditional Lebanese offerings). I would definitely recommend the hotel and will surely stay there again on our next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at el sheikh and i must say it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and the staff made me feel right at home .
