No towels in the room when we arrived. When we came back from a long day out the rooms were not clean and no towels. We had to change room in the middle of the night because there was no water. Not a good experience at all. The reason for the 3 stars was the breakfast buffet was excellent Chef Hassan was amazing felt very welcome

We liked the location. Within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Easy to get an Uber. The toilet was running and making a ton of noise when we got there, they sent someone up to fix it quickly. Then in the morning the toilet wouldn’t flush. They sent someone up quickly to fix it. We didn’t like that the hotel advertised a pool and there is no working pool. Our 9 year old was very disappointed and so were we. False advertising. We also didn’t like that the front desk woke all of us up (including our child) twice, once at 10:30 pmish and the second time around midnight in order to acuse us of overstaying our reservation. Which was completely false. We paid for two nights and were perfectly within our rights to be there. We needed those hours of sleep because we had a 6am flight and left the hotel at around 3am. Oh and also the first night a man woke us up at 9pm to ask us if we needed more shampoo. Weirdest thing ever. I would not recommend this hotel and we will not be returning.

Nightmare, max 2-3 stars at best

Complete deception, hotel at best is 3 stars.
Hotels.com should be held responsible for star rating. Reception, especialky female staff, was very rude with an attitude. It was a nightmare experience even when we got upgraded to a suite. Bathrooms are moldy (check pictures), water comes by tankers, muddy and polluted waters. Bottled waters at hotel is fake, got stomach infection. Too many bad things to write.

The matress is not comfortable - if you book the standard room which is around 95 dollars you will get the view which i am showing in the picture. The hotel will never upgrade ur room to sea view eventhough the hotel is not fully booked ( 2nd day of Ramadan) and they will start to negotiate with you on the upgrade cost the reception will tell you 60 dollars per night then her boss will come and tell you 70 dollar both nights. The worst of all is when you get ask for an Iron and they get you the ironer very old and broken. By the way this is considered to be a 5 stars hotel

I booked and paid for a room specifically with access to the club lounge, Their club lounge was SHUT DOWN for renovations!
I booked room with a sea view, which was the highest in price category. They did not give me a room with a sea view, yet upon investigating, I found that they did indeed have rooms available. This hotel is 19 floors of hotel rooms and they put us up on the 4th floor with an unpleasant view of the roofs of other buildings. THIS IS NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL. I expect compensation or a refund and Hotels.com needs to take this up on my behalf. We like swimming pools, I had seen pictures on the website and the pool was on the 21st floor, sounded exciting and we looked forward to it. The pool was CLOSED for renovations. Seriously, nice hotel, but we did not get what we paid for. By the way we were a big group and in total we had 8 rooms booked. Only mine was booked for sea view and lounge access. This has to be taken up by hotels.com and a refund or compensations is anticipated. If not, we will have to take this up further.

We moved to the Crowne Plaza when we could not get comfortable in the AC of our original hotel. Our Deluxe King room was not very large, but the AC was perfect. Bed was comfy and not too firm. Appreciated the tub. Breakfast with made to order omelets, and dozens of other options, was very nice. Very helpful front desk personnel. Still wondering why we could not reach the Uber network via their wifi. . .however they do offer Charlie Taxi as an option. . .hmmm. Keep in mind this is not a US Crowne Plaza, and be flexible!
