This hotel just felt sad. The lobby/reception area is shabby, and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check me in, even shouted down some stairs to ask if anyone was there... meanwhile people dressed in gym clothes wandered through. Someone apparently literally woke up and wandered in to help me in gym pants. The rooms are fine, but feel a bit sad and frozen in time. The pool area has not been fixed since the blast in 2020. The breakfast was the worst breakfast buffet I've ever seen. Every morning I would ask for some yogurt, and every morning they would say okay but there would be an extra charge for some yogurt, and then by the end of breakfast realize that I shouldn't be charged for it. It seems the owners and managers of this place do not care about their staff or guests at all.

I don’t recommend this property to anyone. I booked the highest standard of suite with sea view and when I reached there was no availability so they gave me lower and city view room instead of upgrading me

Good if you don't need the internet or other help

The internet was choppy or non-existent 100% of the time (forget about trying to download the latest issue of the Economist, let alone the daily NYT or WSJ). Must have complained about this issue and gone down to Reception over 15 times during my 1 and 1/2 month stay with no resolution whatsoever. One time the manager did call me and spent enough time with me to seem interested in fixing the issue but no follow-up afterwards and no resolution of the issue either. One lady downstairs who seems to be the assistant manager in charge when the real one is not there (whom I never did meet) is a quasi-zombie. In summary, this hotel is in a good location with modern amenities (except TV does need some coaxing some of the time) but make sure that being always plugged in to the web is not one of your top priorities and pray that won't need any help from the assistant manager downstairs though the rest of the staff under her are courteous and genuinely amenable.

We moved 3 rooms. Dirty comforter, dirty towels. Fridge was broken had to throw food away. Cannot regulate the water in the shower. The vent in the bathroom wouldn’t shut off as well as the water in the toilet, so we couldn’t sleep at night. The smell of one of the rooms was horrible that we couldn’t stay in. Poor internet. Had to cover the AC blades with paper bags as they are not flexible and the air was coming right down on our head( daughter and husband got sick) Staff at the reception are not welcoming at all. One was so disrespectful had to report him.
Way too expensive for the quality they are offering.
Very bad experience would not recommend this property at all.

I call reception for bottle of water they charge for that
I asked for that they said only the first day for free then it will be changed and at the other day they brought water for free I didn’t understand this
And the out said was very noisy morning

The receptionist staff on Friday 14 August around 7 pm (a man) was very rude. We booked a suite of 2 rooms for 3 people. There was 2 complimentary water in the room, I asked for a third bottle and the staff said he will not provide it. I told him I will write a review and he said I should go ahead. Another thing, there is no security at the entrance. Someone knocked on our door 3 times saying man shopping. I called the front desk and reported this. The only thing I enjoyed is the spa treatment.

Don’t be fooled by the online images and description of this hotel. For starters the pool is empty and the excuse is there is damage from the Beirut blast which occurred 2 years ago- this ‘4 star hotel’ charges enough money for accomodation and room service, etc etc, to be able to afford a fix for their pool.
Secondly, may not seem like a big issue but we were not allowed to smoke shisha on the balcony on our trip (one of the highlights of being in Lebanon) and we weren’t told about this rule until we were there and had already paid our non refundable booking. Fair enough, that’s fine but it’s not really fair if the people next door to your room are smoking weed and filling the hallway and outside area with the smell- mind you we had an 11 month old baby with us so that was nice to deal with.
Also with regards to room service, you will be lucky to order something that the team does have in stock as there are only about 4 meal options available so don’t bother with the menu.
The wifi is limited to 3 devices only, and you guessed it, we were only told about this at check in!
The electricity cuts out at some points throughout the day but luckily only for about 30 seconds to a minute then it will come back on but you may need to call reception to have your tv reconnected to the wifi as we needed to at some points. I have more but unfortunately I’ve hit the word limit. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I booked a deluxe suit , and it’s pictures were clear in the booking !!! But finally i was in a very small room !!! There is no salon as it was shown in the pictures !!
Also there was no mirror !!!!!!!! I stayed 2 days without mirror !!! I don’t think is acceptable !!

Amazing hotel for family or couples, you have an excellent Gym and Spa and also the rooms are spacious, it is in the center of beirut so it is near to everything. I recommend it for winter as the rooms are really warm. Oh and they have excellent breakfast and the service team are so friendly and amazing.

We reached the hotel at midnight, just to be casually told that they moved our reservation to another entity, without pre informing us or sending an email, even though my email and phone number are provided in the booking.
Sadly the facility they moved us into does not match the quality and caliber of Park Suites which we have previously tried, and our value for money was not on par. Hence the Terrible rating

Conveniently located, good price/value.
Booked a King size room and was given a room with 2 twin beds without prior notification at check in. Requested to be assigned to the room I booked and paid for, which didnt happen until the last day of the stay despite repeat inquiries. Not acceptable. No compensation offered.

My expedia booking said checkin is at 3PM. when I arrived to the hotel the staff told me that based on management instructions check-in is at 4 PM. and that even if there were empty rooms at 3PM they will not give me a room before 4PM. I used to like staying at this hotel in which I checked in more than 5 times this year alone but apparently it is turning to a low cost kind of service. such a disappointment

My checkin was mentioned to be at 3 pm and they wanted to check me in at 4pm
They said they will upgrade me to a higher room but the room was smaller had no shampoo in it. It turned out that they had no rooms left and decided to give me the room that nobody wanted despite being a regular customer. Very disappointing

Everything was great , great, great. Hotel is top, area is nice , everything is on walking distance. Beirut is just amazing place. I could not believe the shops , malls , crazy cars , the traffic. Can’t wait to go back. I only will suggest Sports programs in the hotel management. I missed them. But everything else is world class. Thanks guys

Gym and pool are amazing. It’s a real gym not just a hotel gym.
The room service is good quality
The staff are nice
Good location

Cons
They forgot to pick me up at the airport even though I got an email confirmation.
I didn’t feel like they went out of their way to help you.
The room lighting is dark
The towel lady checks in on you every night. One night bc i didn’t hear her knock she just walked into my room and scared the hell out of me. I don’t see why you would need a towel change twice a day.
The breakfast is just ok
The condition of the room is a little old
The main street is very noisy
