Our only small thing we noticed was pool should have been cleaned and shock had a lot of free floating algae in it.
The staff were beyond helpful and polite.
Tara Resturant was nice to have on site.
Free shuttle to beaches was very much appreciated.
Location was perfect if there was no construction it was easy walking to all restaurants.
Lastly be aware there is construction next door so quite noisy all day but that is not within their control.
We would visit Navatara again once construction completed.

We had the most pleasant stay at Navatara. The staff was extremely thoughtful, kind and attentive. The rooms were very spacious, super clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Very nice and clean pool - plenty of space.
They even prepared us a breakfast box on the day we went on the tour. We would love to come back when in Phuket again. Special thanks to the front desk staff

I stayed here briefly while in town for work, and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after long days.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming and attentive despite my short stay. A lovely touch was receiving a small souvenir at the end of my stay, which really showed their thoughtfulness.

Overall, it’s a comfortable and relaxing place with warm hospitality, and I would happily stay here again.

A wonderful hotel - staff are lovely, facilities are great and the location is convenient for main shops and restaurants. The hotel runs a handy shuttle service to the two local beaches and can advise on transfers. I’m a solo traveller and felt well looked after - thank you!

Excellent service the staff is amazing. Very convenient shuttle service to nearby beaches and Prompthep cape. Construction next door remove a bit of the relaxed atmosphere due to noise. Breakfast was mostly quite good in general, but food sick one day, probably the curry. Thank you for everything!

What a great stay! We had a great room overlooking the garden and pool, clean with a great shower, bathroom and everything, including a bag with towels to take down to the pool and nice robes. Staff can't do enough for you, Nan, Anita, Lak were so helpful and professional and Benz at breakfast was lovely everyday. We loved breakfast, especially the pineapple and banana pancakes and the made to order eggs and coffee, including iced coffee. The pool is open all night, which I've never seen but appreciated. I wanted a hotel away from busy Patong, but still close enough to go and experience it, which we did. Lastly, there were free morning shuttles to popular beaches like Nai Harn beach and an evening shuttle to a popular viewpoint. Great hotel!! I would totally return.

The Navatara was exactly what we were hoping it would be, a small quiet hotel where we could relax by the pool while being able to explore the area by car away from the madness of some other areas.

It is nicely located just a short walk up from Rawai beach so you can go out for an evening meal without the need for a taxi. The room was clean and decorated in a traditional style with solid teak furniture and handmade elements. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here again.

Navatara was exactly what I wanted in Phuket. Quiet, safe, relaxing and hospitable. Lovely, hardworking housekeeping and reception staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Wee touches like beach towels, bottled water, fridges, air con, flip flops, dressing gowns all available in rooms. The free shuttle to Nai Harn, Ya Nui and Promthep Cape was also a lovely perk. Tara Cafe next door had tasty food - recommend the caramel banana cake - and great coffee - iced mocha or a thai lime iced tea were for me.

I would absolutely return to both Rawai and Navatara Resort again. Thanks!

Super comfortable stay in a small hotel

The hotel is not big. It's a few small buildings around a beautiful pool. And it is a beautiful pool that looks amazing at sunset. Almost surreal.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They will help you rent a motorbike to get around as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

First off it is tucked away from Rawai beach rd, yet on a nice road and easily found. Yup with 7-11 next door and money exchange a block away. I checked into simple room but found iut the MGR gave me an upgrade to large nice delux suite with a bathtub. Room attendents were nice and help with any request. So much my 4 night stay was extended to a 7 night stay. Only draw back, and is not really that bad, is the pool was a little algae oround edges. Understandably as there has been so much rain this 1st half of June. I endorse this property for a quiet place to relax, yet close to all the fun of Rawai.

Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff

This boutique hotel was clean, well kept and staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised my airport transfer at no extra cost than standard, upgraded my room and had free shuttles to beaches and sunset spots which I took full advantage of. Pool and spa were nice to finish off the hot day. I opted for breakfast included and enjoyed every day, when I had an early day trip, the staff at Tara cafe helped me with takeaway breakfast to take with me. A short walk to restaurants along Rawai beach and a 7-eleven right next door to grab any bits you need

Overall my stay was good.facilities and location were good.
The staff were generally helpful, but when I checked in (late in the evening) my check in was unbelievably rushed. They spoke at 100 miles an hour and didn’t even let me take a seat. They brought me a tea but I didn’t get to drink it and when I did they said “we need the cup back” and I downed some and handed it back. Perhaps their shifts were finishing but it was quite a weird jarring welcome.
Facilities at the hotel were good except the gym which needs air con. Illegally hot for a gym in a tropical country. And very small.

The staff were good for the most part. Some more pleasant than others. My advise would be to provide more hospitality training for the front desk and the cafe attendants to really turn this hotel as a great option. I sensed emotions in some of the interactions which is very different from some of the other hotels we stayed during our stay. Nothing that can’t be fixed with some customer service training.

We went here for our honeymoon. The pool was great! The staff members were very friendly, polite, professional, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The receptionist let me print an important document from the front desk computer without charging me. Also, they can help book tours and transportation. Furthermore, they provided us with four bottles of water every day - no charge. The only negative aspect was that there were some mosquitoes, and when the room attendants would clean the room, they would leave the door to our room open, which allowed mosquitoes to come in. The cafe is nice for breakfast and lunch, but it closes around dinner time. The price is affordable, too. Overall, this was a great hotel for our honeymoon, and we definitely recommend it.

The place is almost perfect. Great price. Cellphone service is exceptional.
The room was great. The food was amazing. The pool and the gym are open 24/7. The service is impeccable. The people are nice. The only issue I had was that if you are a light sleeper, which I am, be prepared to be woken up at 5:00 every morning because there are at least two roosters that I heard that start crowing at that time. But other than that, the place is phenomenal

This was a great find for us. Nice and quiet, but you could easily get a Grab to the action spots or shopping, nice beach, etc.

Staff were super. The place is family run, and it shows in how well it's run and how well they look after their guests. Would stay here again. Great pool area, nice breakfast.

Great stay! Enjoyed hanging by the pool and relaxing while we settled into Thailand. Clean room with lovely shower. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Only recommendation is for the staff to be more accurate about timing to closing the kitchen. When we arrived we were informed room service was available and as soon as we got to the room we called to learn that the kitchen closed an hour early, after even checking with the hotel receptionist. Was a bit disappointed after a very long travel day. Other than that would highly recommend!!

The resort locates at a quiet spot but with plenty amenities, like 711 next door and barbershop, restaurant. There’s also 2 laundry service providers nearby. The free shuttle is quite helpful to reach the beach and fish market for great seafood dining. The Wi-Fi quality is awesome.

Amazing! The staff were friendly and went beyond. I broke my ankle the day we arrived. What could have been a nightmare turned into a great experience.
Everyone was helpful and kind. The best place to start recouperating! Stay in the pool
Access rooms. Quiet and Thai style. Clean. They offer free rides to certain places around Rawai and because of my situation they dropped us off and picked us up every day from around Rawai free of charge. I will definately return - 5 star service for a lot less $$ - not that this is all that matters. More importantly you are treated with respect and kindness.

Very cozy and green hotel with a beautiful pool that doesn’t smell like chemicals.
Good location and a free shuttle bus taking you to the beach or fish market.
It might show some wear and tear but it doesn’t matter since everything was very clean and worked well.
Helpful staff. Good wifi and decent breakfast. Also, thank you for letting us check out late free of charge.
Would definitely recommend to stay here and can’t wait to be back.

Beautiful resort. 5 Stars for sure! Serene & close to “things to do.” The staff was excellent. The shuttle took us to a few local places we wanted to visit (for free).
The food from their restaurant was pretty but disappointing. So, we only ate there twice.
From this location, it is easy to get to nearby islands by longboat. Just go down to the beach and yell “boat!”
Best bed I’ve slept in, in Thailand.
We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is great, the property is beautiful and very well kept, and the service exceptional.
It's a smaller resort which probably helps give a more welcoming feel, but the staff definitely add to this too.
I was really pleased with the breakfast, glad I opted for it at booking, and the shuttle service to Nai Harn Beach was a bonus I didn't expect/know about when booking.

The staff really made our stay impeccable. We didn’t want to leave! The poolside room was perfect, so relaxing to sit by the water and have room service delivered. Recommend the red wine and spring rolls, the best we’d had in Thailand! They couldn’t have done enough for us and were so friendly to boot.

The only improvement I’d say is the WiFi isn’t great, but it was a small fault compared to all the positives.

I Finally Understand Why Everyone Loves Thailand!!

The staff were incredible. This was our first trip to Thailand, and after staying in this wonderful little hotel, we get it. I have been many places in the world but never felt so \"cared about\".... it's not the right word to describe it, but I'm not sure there is one. If you stay here, you'll \"get it\" too. What a fantastic place to stay! We stayed only 1 night and we wished we stayed longer.

The facilities were super well-maintained and the staff quite helpful, always smiling and being willing to help. We had 2 free tours and we're drop off and picked up when we needed (you can call earlier and they will pick you up right away). The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staffvery accommodating and helpful.

The room was super beautiful and clean. We used the swimming pool and it was refreshing and perfect, including a Jacuzzi style jets!

At the end they arranged our driver to take us to a ferry to Phi Phi and even we received a cute gift from the hotel which was adorable.

Love this property! It’s a nice, quiet place, far from the horrendous crowds at Patong and Karon/Kata. It’s a 1hr 20+mins drive from the airport, which is much further than one might expect, but for this tranquility it’s totally worth it.
I stayed 3 nights as a solo female traveller. I’d been to Phuket many times before, but wanted a different experience of it. I was not disappointed.
The room was clean, bright and very well appointed. Those sheets! The bathroom featured a huge shower stall and a big bathtub. Kudos on reducing plastic waste, by having proper shower gel and shampoo dispensers, making it feel like home.
Despite being far from the big beaches, the hotel runs regular (free!) shuttle services to nearby beaches, Ya Nui and Nai Harn. The hotel pool is also an oasis of calm and peace - heaven!
Across the road is a CrossFit gym, and a well stocked Family Mart is a 2 minute walk away. There are several restaurants on nearby Rawai beach, but i never bothered with them as the in-house restaurant (and room service) meals were just delicious - and very affordable too!
The staff here are what really make the experience. They were endlessly accommodating. They arranged all my shuttles, booked me spa appointments and were always ready with a friendly smile for any questions I had. The server at the restaurant remembered me and my breakfast by name, and the Drivers as well.
A great experience, and I’d stay again anytime. Don’t think twice, book now!

This was a well appointed property that had everything you could need. From what I could see every room had a pool view and the pool had nice relaxed rules, drinks were allowed poolside and it didn’t close. There was a free local shuttle service and the staff could organise everything else for you at a reasonable price. I would happily stay here again.

Lovely and very clean room true to photos. Nice pool area with excellent little kids pool. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Shuttle service to the city and nearby beaches for free.
Only minus is the gym placed across the road playing loud music, which can disturb the peace and quite around the garden

Fantastic hotel. Nothing to complain about. For me it was opposite PhuketFit, where I was getting git and the hotel was just perfectly located for me. It's also very close to Rawai Beach, which is a great area for restaurants, bars, massages, the beach, and catching day trips for island hoping.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel.but some road works going on outside. The staff were brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool is great and warm .if you can get a ground floor room that looks out onto the pool. The only criticism is not enough draws and cupboards in the room.

The staffs are really friendly and attentive all the time. The location is awesome if you are looking to getaway from a busy place. The hotel provides transportation until 10pm. If you are looking for parties then this might not be the best area. You have to figure out how to go back after 10pm yourself.
