Check in is very slow. I went to ask a simple question about a nearby landmark. Front desk was packed so I asked the gentleman working in the restaurant. He refused to answer my question and said this is something only the front desk had knowledge of. I chose to have dinner elsewhere even though it was a metro trip away. I did not want to support their business as he was quite rude and abrupt.

I had to catch my 5am flight, only stayed very short period of time. The room was clean and comfortable. Had continental breakfast at 2:30am which was great that they providing that! The staffs were very friendly and helpful, even helped me with my personal favor that another hotel didn’t want to help, to drop off a prepaid package at postal office during their business hours. I’m very grateful for the help! Best of all, it’s only 5 mins walk across the street to terminal one!

Amazing location- it is truly close enough to walk to the airport (but they have a free shuttle). The room and bed are very comfortable. The highlight for us was the breakfast that started early enough that even those of us leaving VERY early - got to start our day with a lovely meal.

Staff was very pleasant, informative and helpful. A+. The buffet area was clean and food was fresh. We couldn't take advantage of the 4a.m. shuttle to the terminal, as our flight needed an earlier time to check in. The walk there was very short and safe, with clearly marked crosswalks. The reason I gave cleanliness lower points was our bathroom could have used a deep cleaning in all the crevices as it smelled like urine, which made the room smell questionable.

Hotel is basic and the bathroom shower set up is weird. The bath and toilet are separated from the bed by a curtain, no wall??

Meals are buffet style and it was 24€ per person.
We were encouraged by the hotel staff to go across the street to get food at the other hotel.

Breakfast was OK. The room was clean but very basic for such an expensive hotel room. No space for suitcases, loosy pillows. Bathroom was fine but again very basic
Staff was very pleasant. Shuttle is shared with sister hotel, and the wait line was too long so we took a Uber. Terminal is walking distance as is rental car returns.

Room was clean but bathrooms are tiny. Think aeroplane size! Breakfast was ok but limited choices and no eggs to order. Didn’t try dinner - it was a buffet. Bar area is tiny and uninviting. Hotel is very close to airport. A shuttle is provided but in good weather is not needed - it’s an easy 5 min walk.

I was put in a ground level room which I was not thrilled about, with twin beds pushed together. I know this is common in Europe, but would have preferred a double. The worst part about the stay however was the overpowering perfume smell that follows you from the lobby to the room. Otherwise the price was reasonable for a hotel room that was literally a 6 minute walk from the front door to the check-in line. The breakfast bar opens at 2am which is a nice touch for travelers. I would stay here again.

Quiet rooms right by the airport with a shuttle or just walk to the terminal. Featuring clean, up to date amenities and friendly staff. All we could have hoped for.
Example: Came in early before our room was ready (9 am). They stored our luggage. Ordered a coffee in the attached restaurant and was given 2 pastel de nata free. An hour and a half later our room was ready way before check in time. They were fabulous!

We had breakfast at 2 a.m. so the hot items were not available, which is understandable as there were just the two of us having breakfast at that time. But everything else was great, fruit, yoghurt, breads and pastries, etc.

I reviewed this property already, for my return flight. It was a great place to stay for arriving late or leaving super early and still being pampered for a decent room rate (it's right next door to the Melia, which is a sister property). Super helpful staff, super clean rooms, quiet, good amenities, like included buffet breakfast starting at 2am, food available for most hours you arrive. Hotpot and tea and coffee and a water bottle for free, besides minibar. Safe in room closet. Quiet despite being by airport. Later checkout than most hotels--at noon. They will hold bags for you, if you are transferring but not able to get into your next place early. I recommend doing the pre-check-in. They seem to provide an upgrade if they have it, or at least at your first stay. Fun vibe in the lobby--rock star/Hollywood. They also have vending machines in lobby in case you just want something super light. Bar seems to be open all hours. But very quiet and nice. I traveled solo, felt extremely comfortable, and staff very helpful.

I picked this hotel because I was getting in about 1am in the morning in Lisbon, before joining a tour group the next day. And I booked it to stay overnight for a super early flight out. On both stays, the staff were very helpful. I did pre-check-in, which also got me a room upgrade (they didn't tell me that, but I could see). The property is in view when you walk out of Terminal 1 at the LIS airport. It's literally just a block down a hill, and a short hike up the hill on your return. Breakfast is amazing. Typical of any 4-star in Europe catering to all sorts of tastes, including local pateis de nata custard tarts! You can get breakfast as early as 2am (which I did flying out). Restaurant is open until about that time as well in case you come in late, like I did. Rooms very clean and quiet. Showers are small, but accommodated me, and I'm not small. They offer a free water bottle as well. I couldn't figure out about the room key going in a slot to turn on the lights while in the room (later found most hotels in Portugal had that), and they came up to help sleep-deprived me figure it out. Comfortable, firm beds. Really couldn't ask for more. Check-out was super easy and fast, again with the pre-check-in (and me not getting any extras from the minibar). Note that a (1) double bed room is tight around the corners, space wise. I booked a single twin bed, got upgraded first time to 2 doubles plus a single trundle (because it was my first time there). Lots of space.

Booked this because of convenience and the breakfast, which was great. Had to make two calls to service desk when we arrived as ac not going and then had someone come up and fix our electrical in the room. Our toilet was fussy for the two nights but we didn’t bother asking for assistance a third time. Beds are very firm. It was an ok stay.

L’hôtel est situé à distance de marche de l’aéroport de Lisbonne ce qui est un plus!

Les chambres sont très petites, mais tout est propre et fonctionnel. L’hôtel utilise un parfum d’ambiance que j’ai trouvé agressant, moi qui n’aime pas les odeurs fortes.

Le petit déjeuner inclus était bien, avec un choix raisonnable dans les circonstances.

L’hôtel était bien pour les besoins que nous avions c’est-à-dire être à proximité de l’aéroport pour notre vol du matin. Le prix était meilleur qu’au Melia à côté.

Proximity to the airport was key (it really is a 5 min walk) especially when our evening flight into Lisbon was delayed so that we arrived at 3 am and had to go back at 7:30 the next morning to endure Lisbon passport control to return to Canada on a morning flight. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Room was quiet and more spacious than expected. Right across the street from the more expensive Melia airport hotel.

Very clean, everything in working order. Didn't try breakfast because I don't eat before flying. Make sure to hit the power button on the climate control to make it run. There was a nauseatingly strong odor of cleaning product upon check in, but that dissipated once we cracked the window and ran the blower. No real complaints.

It's close to the airport. That's all I can recommend. It's a two-star facility pretending to be three and charging four-star prices. My Executive Room was small...small like you had to open your suitcase on the bed. The walls were thin. As a travel website VIP member I was promised a \"free bottle of wine\" on arrival, but that would only materialize on the spot if a paid for the expensive buffet. Bait and switch? They do serve early breakfast, but I just hiked back to the airport at 5am to brave the security and emigration chaos that is Lisbon Airport and have breakfast in the TAP Lounge.

The room was also a nice size, although the shower and toilet aren't really a separate room which was a little weird at first. Otherwise very generous and spacious for a hotel so close to the airport. It's an easy 5 minute walk if you can manage some decline (to hotel) and incline (to airport).

It is a fantastic location because it’s right in front of the airport and you can actually drop off your car like we did today before when we arrive in the following day we just jump into a plane that doesn’t have to be worry about transportation multiple restaurants close by the places very clean nice the people are very cordial. I highly recommend this place.

The check-in was fast and friendly! There was a few attendance working, and even though there was quite a few people trying to check in it went smoothly and uneventful. The only thing that surprised me was there was a four euro per person tax something to do with travel or the like. But it wasn’t that big so I didn’t care. I just hadn’t realized that there was one. The rooms were clean and everything is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Free shuttle service to the airport and the large selection from the breakfast was amazing.!

The entire facility was fine however the cleaning products were over the top smelly in the rooms and hallway. The window had to stay open to help bear with the smell.
Otherwise, we were well received, looked after and enjoyed a wide variety of breakfast items.

The staff is friendly and you can’t beat the location if flying out early from Lisbon Airport. However the rooms are small and the bathroom is separated only by a curtain. The toilet and shower stalls are glass too. It’s fine if traveling alone, but not with others

I asked for a quiet room when checking in and I got a room facing the street instead of the back.
