This hotel had to be the one of the dirtiest I’ve been to. As soon as we entered the lobby we knew we made a mistake. The lobby furniture was dirty and stained, the walls were dirty as were the floors and carpets. This was also the case with our room. The floors looked as though they haven’t been vacuumed or shampooed for years. Never again will we be staying at this property.

There was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room although hotel description said there was. The one & only light in the bedroom did not work, the only light we had was from the hallway. Reception said hotel was full so no chance to change rooms. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, soiling on walls around sink & toilet. We were offered free breakfast as recompense, cold servings were ok but the cooked offerings had been sitting in warming pans since 4.00am, we went at 8.30 & needless to say, it didn’t look at all appetising.

It was a nice, quiet place, and the breakfast was nice, a lot to choose from, only 10 euros. A market just across where you can buy food, and the staff are so nice, they put stuff in the fridge if needed. Bus in the corner to the train station, 40 minutes, 2.70 euros. Close to the airport.

Upon arrival for 2 people there was 1 black tea👎 and 1 herbal tea, packages of sugar.they should have supplied 2 black tea and 2 coffee knowing that there are 2 people. No milk or cream👎. The light to the entrance of the room was not working so it was dark, the soap dish screw was not tight so could not hold soap, the toilet roll holder was loose. Bedding and towels were good. Front desk was helpful when we asked for milk or extra glasses.glad we were here for just 1 night.

The room was so bad, it has a lot of cracked walls which I actually have phobia for.. The toilet was not clean, they put me in a room that was very close to road side, which I didn’t sleep for 2days on my stay there… The room was not too cold, the room only one light bulb works.. it was a very terrible stay for me, this don’t even allow me enjoyed the vacation I went for. Also more of English staff please for those of us who don’t speak French, Spanish or Portuguese

No phone in room, so I had to make 6-7 trips to front desk to ask for things. They promised to bring a phone in a few minutes and we never got one during our entire 2 night stay. We were not impressed when they charged us 1.5E (euros) for disposable wood cutlery so we could eat some food! They wanted 10E for breakfast when it was supposed to be free. They didn't provide free shuttle to airport as advertised. They said they needed 3 days notice to schedule it (we were there 2 nights) We had to order Uber/Taxi. The room was too hot (24*C) & there was no way to adjust the thermostat & no window to open for fresh air, so I asked for help. They turned off the heat & fan but it got really stuffy w/o air circulation, so it caused terrible sleeps for 2 nights. No facecloths are provided with the towels so we had to go buy some. From about 10:30-11:30pm there was terrible noise outside from a motorcycle that was revving up extremely loudly & backfiring, which sounded like gunfire & bombs going off and I suspect the front desk didn't do anything to stop the noise late at night like call the police to intervene. One thing we liked was the King bed, which was comfortable. The pillows were too thick, which caused uncomfortable bending of the neck & contributed to terrible sleep. The duvet covers were too thick & hot. Overall, we were very disappointed and would never stay there again and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. If I could I would rate it as no stars. It was run down and dirty. It could us updating but the whole place was dirty. We put our shoes on at night to walk to the bathroom as we didn't want our feet on the carpet or bathroom floor. The walls looked like someone was playing hockey in the room and there was \"goo\", not sure what it was smeared on the walls, both in the room and in the hallway. When we asked for a different room we were advised that all the rooms were the same.

The hotel notified us on check-in that the A/C was not working, and that a technician was working on it. The issue was unfortunately not resolved during our 1 night stay, so we were lucky it was not too hot that night. The bathroom blowdryer, which is fixed to the wall, did not work. When trying to call reception to notify them, the room phone did not work, even after plugging it out and in again.
Beds and pillows were comfortable, noise was to a minimum.
All in all, a decent stay, but a few issues that dampened our experience and satisfaction.

One of the lights in the bathroom was not working but then at 5am it turned one by it self. The sink in the bathroom the stopper was stuck in the close position that prevented for the water from going down.
