The apartment was spotless, modern and provided everything you need. Located on the top 6th floor in the attic, there are no views, but it has an elevator.
3 mins walk to Metro. An Auchan supermarket literally across the street. Keyless entry.

Really nice appartement, we are a family of 2 childrens and 2 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped,with access for free to a washing machine and dryer. Very clean in the room and common areas. Confortable beds. The only improvement will be to minimize the door noise of the building and access to the appartements.

Best stay I had in quite awhile!!!!

I stayed at Home Out Rooms & Apartments and it was truly an exceptional experience. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and everything inside felt brand new and spotless.

What really stood out to me was how easy the whole process was—from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. But beyond that, the little details made a huge difference. When we arrived, the host had already provided bottled water on the table, laundry detergent, an iron—literally everything we might have needed was already there. We didn’t have to run out late at night to get anything.

These thoughtful touches showed a level of hospitality you rarely see anymore. Most places don’t even bother to leave shampoo, let alone something as considerate as water or laundry supplies. This host clearly went above and beyond, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.

I was truly happy with everything and grateful for the care put into this space. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great location, right near the Metro station and there's a mini grocery store across the street. They were very communicative with us in regards to check-in. We only stayed here one night so it met all our needs and overall it was clean. We did notice though that after eating in the suite, some crumbs must have fallen onto the floor and eventually there were ants inside (we stayed in Deluxe Studio, Private Bathroom C), so just have to be mindful of that.

Excellent property. I stayed in a double sweet the first few days and it was immaculate. My flight was cancelled and had to extend another night and moved to a twin suite. The twin suite was not as nice, but, sufficient.

Very close to the Metro and bus stop! Easy access and bag storage was helpful! Host were very responsive!

Very responsive and friendly staff. Easy to check in and get into the hotel and room. The locks were super secure so we felt very safe. Elevator works, which is great since the floors go all the way to the 6th floor. Good location close to sights like Fonte Luminosa and Eduardo VII parqu lots of cafes ,mini markets, a Continente supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies and other shopping nearby. Pretty safe feeling area. Room was extremely spacious with good kitchen appliances amenities. Having a washer/dryer in the room was awesome. I slept well but husband thought the bed was not comfy (too firm). I really enjoyed this hotel/apartment room, location and the staff's good service and would not hesitate to book again.

Everything was very good except there was some confusion over the parking. I booked through hotels.com which lists free parking. Further down the listing I guess it says on request. When I asked the host about accessing the parking he stated that I should have asked earlier and was a bit rude about it, telling me that nowhere in the world there is unlimited parking and I should have known to ask earlier when there was nothing stating the limited nature of the parking or a timeline within which I should have submitted this request. I had to push back and they did give me parking. Other than this the stay was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. Location was very close to the metro and a few minutes ride into city centre. I would recommend that the automatic message that gets sent when you book should have a note stating that if you need parking to ask about availability right away.

Check in was super easy. Joao would WhatsApp you ahead of time all the info including how to enter the building and and your room, as well as the code to the luggage storage room if you arrive early . There is also an office next to the apartment that is open on weekdays. The place is exactly as photographed. There is a 2- in-1 washer/dryer that will dry your clothes completely. Although we ate out for all our meals, the apartement has everything you need if you want to prepare a meal (utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove etc). There is a mini supermarket across the street. And the metro station Alameda is located just steps away. This station is also super convenient because you can access two metro lines (red and green). The staff is very responsive to any concerns. Overall the apartment was clean. Some dust may come out of the AC unit so maybe move the sofa bed a bit so that you're not sleeping directly underneath it.

It was organized, with all the essentials, and nothing unnecessary. We had a room without a bathroom. There were three shared bathrooms at the end of the hall, always one available.
Hotel is very near a metro station, a restaurant, a cafe, a small grocery store, and a Eurocar rental place.

We had a pleasant stay at this room in Lisbon. The location was convenient, about a 30-minute walk to the city center or a quick and affordable train ride for just €1.80. The added bonus of parking made it easy for us as we had a car. The kitchen facilities were great, allowing us to cook our meals, and we appreciated having a dedicated shelf in the fridge. The room itself was clean, and the shower worked well, which made our stay comfortable. Overall, a great option for those looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay in Lisbon!

This was my 2nd time at Home Out and once again I felt at home. There has been a great care and consideration in details and I trully felt at home. Everyday there's cleaning personnel, the rooms are spacy and have high celling. The common areas are also wide which adds the sensation of space.

Very good communication and friendly staff. Although the apartment had facilities shared with other guests, we didn’t often see anyone else and the facilities were kept clean and tidy. The room was clean, with good air con. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the nearest metro stop where it took about 10/15 minutes to get into the centre of Lisbon.

The host is very helpful and responsive. He sent me instructions to check in well in advance, and allowed us to check in at 11am. The apartment is clean and spacious, with all the amenities we need. Washing liquid for the and kitchen detergent are also provided, not to mention cooking utensils. Beddings and towels are very clean. The 3 roof windows provided good sun light and cozy ambiance. Location is excellent, very close to Alameda metro station. varies bus lines are available nearby. A walk to My Auchan supermarket is only 4 mins. There is an elevator in the building ( no need to worry about carrying luggage). We will definitely stay at this apartment again in Lisbon.

Expected a hostel but it was a hotel room. 5 rooms with private bath had separated entrance. Shared kitchen and laundry was extra as many hotel rooms don't have them. Room was quiet, clean and spacious for 4 people. Not in downtown but close to subway station that has 2 lines, one to downtown and the other to airport.

Should have paid city tax online before check-in as my stay was during weekend and office was closed.
Even though office was closed, staffs responded quickly with WhatsApp.

The shared kitchen and laundry area which were fully equipped was a big bonus for us. The bathroom and the bedroom were new. The walk-in closet has plenty of space and shelves to hang up our clothes and other personal items. The light and the big mirror are also nice. Overall, the layout of the bedroom and bathroom is excellent. The space look new and professionally well laid marble tiles on the walls and floor look prestine. I highly recommend this hotel for people who sometimes want to cook their own meals for health reasons or want to save money and feel very comfortable like being in a home away from home without the expensive money that high end hotel suites charge.

An amazing family stay

An amazing 4 nights in the superior double room. Good size rooms, excellent cleanliness, great double sofa bed for the children. We really liked the fridge in the room and the shared kitchen meant we were able to keep to a budget with young children. The accommodation is situated opposite a supermarket and a 1 minute walk to a main metro stop.

On Thursday, October 26, 2023, we checked in and stayed until October 31, a total of 6 days. We encountered several issues. The staff, Joao, was impolite.
• On Friday, October 27, Joao told us he was on leave, and no one was available to assist us. He refused to answer any calls, stating that it was his day off. When asked why he was off on a Friday, he responded rudely, saying, 'Aren't you on leave too?' This was highly inappropriate.
• Communication with Joao was limited to WhatsApp text messages; he did not accept any voice calls.
• Despite booking a room with two beds, we were provided only one bottle of water on the first day, and Joao claimed it was a courtesy. We questioned why a double room would only receive one bottle, and Joao replied, 'If you want, we can charge a new bottle.' Such a response was impolite and lacked customer service etiquette.
• In the room with two twin beds, there was only one chair, leaving the second person without a place to sit.
• The bathroom lacked ventilation, leading to foggy conditions after showering.
• After using the shower, the entire bathroom floor became wet, creating a slippery and dangerous situation. Despite being a shared bathroom, cleaning occurred only once in the morning, and by afternoon and evening, it was notably dirty.
• Despite calling the manager, Diogo, twice, he instructed us to call back the next day on both occasions. This raised concerns about the service quality and the lack of alternative staff to handle urgen

Home Out was such a find! I often stay in Lisbon before my flight home and I will definitely stay here again! A lovely, clean, comfortable room with heat and cooling as well as a kitchen in the area. It is walking distance to the metro and we took the red line to the airport. We don't mind sharing the bathrooms/kitchen/fridge with other guests, since the common area are spacious, tidy and clean. Our room are pretty simple and this is all we needed. João is very helpful and provide very detail info for after hour check in.

We had such a wonderful time and ended up staying here twice in the space of two weeks!

Joao was incredibly helpful, always at the end of the phone and helped us out with different challenges (as we had a wedding to attend and lots of luggage etc!)

It’s a great location, less than a minute from the metro station which gets you into the center of town in 15 mins.

We’ll def be back! Thanks for everything.

The bedroom and en suite were private with a separate communal area including kitchen and laundry. The fridge had named storage for each room. Everything was clean. Access by code worked well, but when we checked out some codes had been changed and we had difficulty getting our car from the car park.

This is not a 4 star property. I think it may qualify for 3 stars at best, assuming price is right. Similar to other comments in other reviews. This is an old building and noises from other floors can be heard clearly in the room. Bathroom was moldy and pillows were not very clean. Only one towel provided even though we booked for 2 guests and 2 beds. Good location near subway. Good pre arrival service. Information provided to get into the unit as clear and timely.

Since we were out sight-seeing most of the time, this space was only needed for sleep and getting ready in the mornings. It suited us fine. The location isn't very central, but the easy access to the metro and Ubers made it very accessible. Clean and modern-- great for a few days!

While the room and service itself were ok for the price, this property should definitely not be advertised as 4 stars (as it is, according to Hotels.com). The room we got had a shared bathroom, the room was small and sound insulation with other rooms was almost non existent. This could be ok for this price level in Lisbon (although we did find better value in another hotel), but not in a property marketed as 4-stars

Positive: the location is great, very easy to get from there to anywhere in Lissabon. Contact with the owners was also easy.
Negative: we could hear everything from all the neighbors. We were woken up all through the night every night when the neighbors came home, used the toilet, fought, cried, partied and were ill.

Alors pour commencer le gérant de notre réservation Joao est vraiment super,il envoie toutes les photos, vidéo et informations nécessaires pour nous faciliter l'arrivée au parking privé des voitures et des différentes ouverture par digicode

Les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain privative superbe aussi

L'espace partagé cuisine et salon et aussi bien équipé

L'immeuble est situé à 2 pas de la station de métro Almada qui nous permet de bien nous déplacer dans Lisbonne

Malgré le black-out, la personne était là pour nous recevoir et faire au mieux. Les portes étaient ouvertes et nous avons donc pu avoir notre chambe. Le personnel était réactif. Nous avons également pu garer notre voiture sur un petit parking extérieur gratuitement ce qui est un luxe sur Lisbonne. Le wifi était bon la literie confortable et les parties communes étaient bien organisées.
Seul gros bémol le bruit ! Il y a le double vitrage pour la rue heureusement mais pour les voisins et les travaux il n'y a rien et le marteau a 7h30 c'est juste pas possible !
Et je trouve que cela reste quand même cher par rapport au service mais Lisbonne est chère comparée aux villes autour.

La struttura è molto comoda, a livello di trasporti, la metro è molto vicina (fermata Alameda). Parcheggio interno molto comodo, spiegato molto bene, anche attraverso un video, e l'invio dei codici. Dispiace solo una cosa: la prima sera ho richiesto due cuscini in più, essendo quelli in dotazione della stanza molto bassi. Peccato che Joao, via Whatsapp, mi dice che li avrebbe messi la mattina dopo in stanza. Ma purtroppo quando siamo tornati la sera, non c'erano. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini di 9 e 11 anni. Abbiamo scelto il monolocale al 6^ piano con bagno b. Scelta perfetta. Fantastico. Super pulito. Con tutto quello che può servire. Collegato benissimo. Metro e fermate dei tram a 50m. Collegato benissimo all aereoporto con la lìnea rossa e anche per altri posti strategici. Nelle vicinanze c’è di tutto…. Alimentari, bar, negozi di tutti i tipi. Reception gentilissima. check-in dalle 15, anticipato alle 10,30 circa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Lisbona vi resterà nel cuore.
