The room and the entire floor smelled absolutely terrible. The solution was to send the maid up to clean it. She came and said it smells fine. Finally they put us in a different room after complaining again. The rooms are very outdated and falling apart.

We just returned from Lisbon (and the surrounding areas for 2 weeks) and selected this hotel for our last night in Lisbon before flying home. We wanted somewhere close to the airport which had parking nearby for a rental car.

Parking was relatively easy. After checking in they registered the license plate and we drove write in to the underground parking lot two minutes away. The vehicle was safe for the night and exiting was easy as everything was paid at the hotel. The hotel is located about 5-7 minutes from the airport.

The hotel included an okay breakfast, nothing fancy but lots of options.

The room was clean, but not fancy. Unfortunately we were near the elevator and noisy when people exited for the floor. The area surrounding the hotel is a park and was less touristy, more locals. We felt safe at night walking but did watch a group of citizens arrest a thief nearby. We found a great tavern and restaurant for dinner.

It was what we expected and under the circumstances would recommend for parking and proximity to airport. Otherwise there are others closer to the historical area.

Amazing massage chair in the room! We’ve never seen this before anywhere! The rooftop breakfast bar gave beautiful views to look at over our meals. The rest of the hotel was a clean, older property.

Room was updated and modern. Charging station. No need to use adaptors, it has USB and type C ports. Lots of pillows! Very clean room and roomy bathroom size. Great free breakfast with healthy choices. Love it! We stayed in 3 different hotels during our stay in Lisbon and this is the best! We checked in at almost 1am due to delayed flight. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great customer service! Will definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay prior to our early morning departure from Lisbon. Staff was very helpful arranging the taxi to the airport at 4am.
Rooftop bar was a delightful way to unwind and prepare to go home.

L’immeuble est un hôtel dont les chambres ont de l’âge. Notre chambre située au 11e étage (le dernier) était localisée juste sous le restaurant Roof top, donc, musique forte jusqu’à 23 h 30. L’accès au resto était près de la porte de la chambre, donc beaucoup de bruit lors de la fermeture du resto et de la descente des ordures (coup dans la porte de la chambre). Ce fut calme par la suite. Chambre propre et bien tenue malgré l’usure apparente du plancher flottant. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour être près de l’aéroport pour faciliter le retour. Stationnement payant de l’autre côté de la rue. L’entente entre l’hôtel et le stationnement permet d’obtenir un meilleur prix en payant à l’hôtel. Personne à l’accueil offrait un service en anglais impeccable et était très aimable et professionnelle. Elle nous a bien renseigné. Même si nous avons quitté vers 4 h du matin pour l’aéroport, elle nous a fait préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter que nous avons eu lors du check-out. Belle attention.

Great hotel right next to the metro from the airport and into town. Nice room with coffee machine, fridge and massage chair. Cool rooftop bar and lots of choice for breakfast. Would definitely recommend. The cafe across the road did good food at reasonable prices.

Fantastic hotel close to the airport. The rooms are spotless, large and the bed is very comfortable. It even has a proper massage chair in the room! Perfect after a long day of travel. The breakfast on the rooftop patio with sweeping views of Lisbon is fantastic…the perfect added bonus.

Decent breakfast and nice roof top bar - although they had run out of snacks when we attempted to purchase food as advertised in the bar .Reception staff very helpful , assisting us with booking taxi to airport and confirming restaurant reservations .Would stay here again .

Our flight was canceled and rebooked for the following day, and Hotel AS Lisboa would do nothing to help us reschedule our stay. They kept the original booking and wouldn’t move it back by a night now would they give us a discount for rebooking the following evening. The customer service was overall very poor speaking with the staff we were dealing with.

Notre chambre était super propre. Le déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de choix. Par contre, l’hôtel au complet aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Toute la déco et le mobilier sont défraîchis depuis bien longtemps. Le personnel aurait avantage aussi à connaître le fonctionnement du stationnement, ce serait aidant pour les clients.

Convenient location close to the airport (10 minute drive) and metro (right in front of the building, 5 stops to Rossio Square). Room was spacious with comfortable beds. We booked this hotel for our last night in Lisbon due to it being close to the airport and having parking as we had a rental car - but it doesn’t have dedicated parking area, there is a public parking garage across the street which isn’t a great option if you have to leave for the airport at 3 am. We ended up finding a spot on the street, which wasn’t easy. Otherwise a nice stay.

A very clean, economical hotel that is in a great location, conveniently located between the airport and central Lisbon. This would be a great option for someone who was only in Lisbon for a short time or had an early morning flight. The taxi ride from the hotel to the airport was only about 10 minutes long on a Saturday morning, while the Metro to the central Lisbon tourist area was only about five short stops away. The buffet breakfast is very good for European hotel standards, with many hot items.

Good 3 star hotel. My room was small, but clean and well taken care of. The bathroom was fairly large. Excellent air conditioning. Windows shut tight against outside traffic noise.
The building has a narrow footprint: only about 7 rooms per floor, but there are 11 floors. Lovely views of the city from the upper floors and the rooftop patio. No meals are served other than breakfast: guests staying on the upper floors have their breakfast on the rooftop, while those staying on the lower floors have theirs in the basement.
The neighbourhood has nothing much of interest for tourists, but there are a number of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. More importantly, the hotel is right next to the Alameda station where 2 metro lines cross, one going to the historic old city, the other to the airport.
One huge disappointment: people slam their door when they leave their room, causing way too much noise. Can't understand how this has never been addressed.

The hotel touts that it is eco-friendly, but there are many things it could do to make it even more eco-friendly. e.g. eliminate use of their little bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soaps. Instead install larger dispensers in the bathroom to cut down on plastics

If you are an Expedia Gold Member, do not choose this hotel because no upgrade as promised. The hotel is old and needs refurbishing. It took several days to get a broken shower repaired. Front desk kept passing responsiblelity to the next shift.
They are not friendly and speak very limited English making it very hard to communicate with them. The services are generally very poor and the facility needs updating.
I will not choose this hotel ever again even though the location is convenient.

I booked for one night. There is a Metro stop right infront of the hotel and getting to the Lisbon Airport is easy. Breakfast was included. The room itself was as expected. English TV Channels were available. Safe is an extra 20 Euros though. I picked because I need to stay a night in Lisbon before flying out next day.

Great location

Superb location, right by metro stop that takes you directly to airport and to Oriente train station. Buffet breakfast, hot and cold was varied and sufficient.

I have chosen this hotel due being central and part as my reward after 10 bookings.
Two issues...one with key card not opening door after checking in that was sorted in 5 minutes.
Other issue was shower with no water pressure.
Not the best time but still above average for the money

Hotel is on a busy corner in Lisbon. No parking so finding a place for our evening check in on a Friday was tricky. Took forever to check in. Room was decorated in an African theme. Laminate floor in our room was water-damaged, warped and coming apart. Tile in bathroom was ugly, super dated and didn't look clean. Only plus was that it was quiet. Wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The location is great either being close to airport or having the metro literally outside the door.
The room really could have used an update but it was clean enough. But bathroom needed better ventilation.
Free breakfast is always nice and they even bagged it for me due to early checkout.

The A&S Hotel is well located on a park area, very close to a metro station with a direct link to the airport and city centre. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Limited facilities in the hotel itself but very convenient for an overnight or short stay.

This hotel was great value for my one night stay. Right next to the Metro station. It was clean and tidy and everything appeared to be functional. The one member of staff I met was fine. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good thought the heated food was a little tired by 9.00 am. The only two downsides were that when Inwent to the bar at around 7 pm for a drink, the barman was on his break and there was no one else to serve me. Also the room was far too hot, uncomfortably so, even with the air con turned right down.
I would use the hotel again.

This hotel is not bad. Its a little older than some, but very easy to get to from airport. The metro is just maybe 50ft away from hotel. Staff for the most part were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and nothing to special about them. The only complaint would be the bed. I never written a review or talked about a hotel bed before, but this time I have to. The bed was really hard and at type uncomfortable. After walking all over Lisbon on cobblestones and uphill and downhill all day, I was not looking forward in laying on that bed. Now, would I stay here again, I don't know, simply because of the bed (honestly, it was like laying on the floor)
