I have just stayed 3 nights here with my daughter. We can only say very positive things about this hotel. Despite arriving early, we were allowed to check in to our room and hour early. We had a lovely twin bed room on floor 3 which was more than adequate for what we need. It was very clean and comfortable. There was not much of a view from the window, but this didn't bother us at all. We had breakfast each morning at extra charge. There was a good choice of buffet style hot and cold food, tea, coffee and juice. The hot and cold drinks were available all for free as well as cake and fresh fruit and a popcorn machine, which I thought was a great idea! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple of small things were resolved immediately and without fuss. The hotel is very close to many bus routes and only a 7/8 minute walk from the metro station Saldahna with a direct line to the Airport in around 15 minutes. Overall I was very happy to stay here and would highly recommend to anyone else who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Lisbon

We usually rent apartments when on holiday but needed a hotel room just for the night before we flew out. The location was great - close to the airport and some cute shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Okay would be word I’d you use to describe all aspects. I was in 508, it was a little tight and most annoying part was a nasty smell buildup overnight in the bathroom. Telling the front desk manager only for them to respond with welcome to Lisbon, that was clearly unacceptable only to be fobbed off by saying they would ask housecleaning to pay extra attention, changed nothing. A simple air freshener would have gone a long way.
The breakfast was good, staff were helpful and chirpy, no fridge, no amenities in room, only a in-house refillable bottle of water.

Portugal was 95 degrees and window of room was open which I thought was an unusual. At 4 o’clock in the morning I was woken by a terrible smell. The whole room smelled of sewer. By 8 o’clock the smell was unbearable and I went down to the front desk. I asked for the manager she said that she knows what the smell is like and that they can’t guarantee that another room in the hotel would not smell like that. I can’t imagine that smell is not dangerous. I had to leave the hotel. They reimbursed me for one night, but not for the inconvenience of having to wake up at 4 AM in the morning smelling sewer. Hotel over all was ok and clean, breakfast was nice and front desk people were ok. But you will be gambling that your room may or may not smell like the worst most stinky portapotty ever that you have the pleasure to pay for. Just thinking about it makes me gag.

I stayed for three nights while on a research trip for a local university. The hotel had everything I needed—good Wi-Fi, a clean room, and a nice breakfast. Having free access to tea and coffee was great. Perhaps more cold drinks would have been good, but that is a very minor point. Local shops were good.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful…the room was clean, but a little darker lighting in my opinion…and the bed was positioned off the side of the head board. I couldn’t have easy access on the outlet on my side.
There was free coffee and tea which is always nice. 8-10 min walk to Metro…Recommend to use hotel car service for airport or train station. cheaper than uber or taxi. We use it for train station to go to Porto and paid €34… well worth it than hauling luggage on cobble stone.

Staff were most helpful. Lived the 24/7 cogfee, popcorn, and cake. Restaursnt and tour recommendations were appreciated. Front fedk clerk assisted me in settingup a pedicure on Mother’s Day . What a treat. Room was small but the bed was suoerbly comfortsble. The included breakfast offered a wife vsriety of choices that were presented well. . I als enjoyed the patio .

We stayed at the M’AR De AR Auria for several nights while in Lisbon. This is a boutique type hotel located toward the northern part of Lisbon and outside the more touristy areas. There are plenty of good restaurants around the area and if you enjoy walking it is not too far to the Chiado and Baixa for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We walked from the hotel to Chiado/Baixa and to Alfama two days. The only transportation we used was to and from the hotel as well as to tours outside of Lisbon.
We picked this hotel mainly for the gym facilities. The hotel has one of the better gyms that we found when searching hotels in Lisbon. The gym is open 24/7 for hotel guests. Being outside the more tourist attraction areas the hotel is also more affordable and attractively priced.
This hotel is modern and super clean. It is very well designed but compact. The elevator feels small even for two people and the rooms are small but more than adequate. We did not spend much time in the room. The bathroom, in particular, is smaller than we'd like. Other than that, they have a good breakfast and an outdoor court that is very nice. The staff very friendly. Overall, we liked this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

The staff were the best! Knowledgeable about everything you might need to know about Lisbon. The rooms were very nice and quiet. The location is walkable to restaurants and the metro. I highly recommend the hotel.

My husband and i checked into the hotel and the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating.
We did have an issue with the terrible smell in our room, but they were not able to change our room that day. They explained that the smell is something they dealt with on the lower floors. The next day they did move us to another floor and a room without the smell.
They also worked with my husband to make sure I had a special birthday celebration. I am grareful for this.
Overall, our stay was nice, except for our first night.
We did have an issue with the terrible smell in our room, but they were not able to change our room that day. They explained that the smell is something they dealt with on the lower floors. The next day they did move us to another floor and a room without the smell.
They also worked with my husband to make sure I had a special birthday celebration. I am grareful for this.

Everything was pretty good, I must say. The one thing that I felt could've been better is having a icemaker. My wife likes to have ice and we had to keep going down stairs and asking the front desk for ice each night. They would take our cup and go down a hall to fill it with ice. And sometimes there wasn't enough ice because someone didn't turn the water on to fill the ice machine, I just believe this could have been better for all guest.
