The Room was really small, no place around the bed, the bed was so hard i coldn't sleep more than 5-6 jours, There was a dangerous step on the Room, the shower was to small with no place to deposite my bottle of shampoo i had to squat to grab it from the Floor, no storage, no place to sit on the toilet Strait. No possibility of cancellation after the forest night, i don't understand the good eating they had on your site.

Staff was super friendly. The amenities were lacking this time around(had. A room with a mini fridge, and this time the room did not have one. The bathroom sink faucet was loose, and that was annoying. But the rool overall was comfortable, clean, and well organized. A bit small if you are looking for an american size room, which it is not, since you are in Portugal.

Conveniently located at center of Lisbon with shops, restaurant and Metro station at walking distance. The hotel did not inform me in advance that there was renovation work going on. When I arrived and checked in, I discovered that my room was full of dust and smelled strongly of paint. It was very uncomfortable to stay there, and I could hardly breathe. The hotel should have notified guests about the renovation or provided another room away from the construction area.

First of all, the staff at the hotel were all incredibly friendly and tentative. They were very accommodating and even let me leave my baggage at the hotel before check in. So thank you for being so lovely.

The only thing we didn't like was the complicated way of getting coffee in the morning, through a vending machine with too many options, and fumbling for the right change. Sugar was free, but had to pay extra for cream. It would have been easier if someone could just brew the coffee in a pot and let guests serve themselves at no cost rather than a vending machine. Otherwise, My Charm met my expectations.
