I had booked a room for three days accidentally I put one person in the room. I was traveling with my wife they would let her stay in room unless I paid extra 110 euros extra for her staying with me. Vey bad policy. Other hotels honored my mistake.

Room was nice and clean, clean flooring and bed. The bathroom wasnt great, shower curtain was grubby and shower kept leaking all over the bathroom which was really annoying.
Safe in room but it didnt work.
I think i would stay again overall.
3 star definitely but not a 4.
Good area, downhill 20 mins walking roughly to the centre and easy to get a metro back as the station is so close, walking back was tough as its all uphill.
Breakfast was nice and super easy.

Would recommend.

Staff at check in where not very welcoming and they where not very forthcoming with information upon checking out the lift was not working and we had to lug all our bags down the fire escape will no assistance from hotel staff my partner & I are in our late 60,S and we had some younger guests help bring our luggage down after going down one flight our selfs and when we did check out they didn’t even ask how our stay was I would never recommend this hotel again

A little gem in Lisbon

A really clean hotel throught the public areas and the bedroom room. Friendly staff at reception, room service and in breakfast room. decent choice of hot and cold buffet breakfast.Vey comfortable bed and excellent water pressure when showering. Great to have a hotel that still provides individual pots of shower gel and soaps.
The hotel location is just a two minute walk from Anjos metro station, just a short 10 minute metro ride to the city centre and city buses also stop close by.

The only minor fault was one of the two guest lifts was out of order; My room was on the top(7th) floor so sometimes had to wait a while for the lift to arrive when called.
As other reviews have commented there is a rumbling noise from the metro trains passing below , noticable at first but the noise blends into the background and didnt cause me any concern for my 3 night stay.
My room also had an outside patio area overlooking the street below which is a good hang out in fine weather. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit all weekend so didnt take advantage of this when i was in the room.

Very good value hotel in central Lisbon. Right next to Anjos metro station. Good quality breakfast buffet. Some of the rooms need a little work, but bed was comfortable and the staff polite and helpful.

Overall a nice hotel very close to a Metro stop, and a food store next door. The breakfast buffet was really good with a vast selection.
There were a few minor items of note:
1. The Lisbon Metro is a very shallow depth system. My room was on the 6th floor, and at that height you could hear, and somewhat feel the train as it passed under the hotel. I wasn’t bothered by it, but if you’re a light sleeper it may cause an issue.

2. The WiFi was very spotty on the upper floors.

Again, a really good location for transportation!

Great Location!

The location of Hotel Travel Park is excellent. It is very close to the metro, which we used all the time, as it was reliable, cheap and fast. Also walking distance to many restaurants. Lots of options for food choices and very tasty.
The breakfast was great! Lots to choose from, they even had hot options. Our room was clean, and had everything we needed. The front desk staff in Lisbon, did not seem as friendly as we have experienced in Nazare & Porto.

Good location, underground station just around the corner, lots of shops around. The rooms are very clean, toiletries provided. Friendly staff.
I didn't like the breakfast, it was very limited and if you are not a fan of eggs and beckon you will struggle. Not much choice for vegetarian and no milk alternatives.
Also we travelled with a baby and the underground station has no lift or escalator ( like most of the stations in Lisbon) bear this in mind.

Nice hotel overall, location ok. You can walk to the very center within 30-40 min. Easy access to the airpot.

HOWEVER, it was a bit noisy. Even in the room facing the internal yard, you can feel the vibration and noise from the subway. But still bareble.

The rooms that are facing the main road are much noisier.

The subway station is few steps from the hotel. going kind of beneath it.

Very average.

I booked one room with two queen beds, once I got there they saw I was traveling with two toddles (2 and 4 years old) and they made me buy another room. I have always booked one room with two queen beds for my family and I, never have I been required to get an additional room because I am traveling with 2 kids!!

Besides that, there is no elevator from the parking garage to the hotel.

The breakfast and the staff is good though.

But the first thing ruins it.

Did not like:
Room relatively small, space for only 1 chair. Hence impossible to relax and sit comfortably to talk or discuss with partner (e.g. wife). Lighting in room (not enough). Only 1 accessible electric plug (that I could find). Hence not possible to recharge more than one electronic product (cell, tablet, etc.).
Very old style cloth cabinet, with doors difficult to handle (come off the track).
Bar offers \"snacks\" of poor quality (considering the price).

No hot water kettle in the room, which is disappointing. There is no way of having a cup of tea or coffee after a long day. Be aware that you have to let the housekeeping know if you want the bedding / towels changed on a daily basis. I think its sensible as we requested twice during our 6 nights stay and its was promptly obliged.
Great hotel and best value for money over all. Advisable to take the metro from the airport or use Uber if travelling odd hours. Taxis are a rip off if youa re not careful.

Situated a few meters from a metro station. The decor is a bit sad (beige and brown) and the halls need some touch up (torn wallpaper). There was not stopper for the bath, I had to ask 2 days in a row, the used glasses were not replaced one day, and the maid left with one of our hotel key that we left in the slot near the door to keep the AC going. Breakfast buffet was OK, but not great, and I haven't seen so much canned fruits in years, did not know people still eat that stuff.

Basic Hotel on busy road

Lisbon is beautiful city with lots of hotel choices so I would look at alternatives. This hotel is right by the Metro so is very handy from a transport perspective but Also on a busy street and whilst we maybe we're unlucky there were a lot of sirens at night during our stay.
