We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. PROS: It was in a safe neighborhood, about a 15 min walk into town, about 5 min walk from the metro. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean. Quiet room at night. There is an elevator in the property, air conditioning, a small safe in the room, parking available (did not have to use, so do not know the cost), breakfast available for €15/person (did not have). City tax was €4 euro/person/night.
CONS: wish there was a small refrigerator in the room, beds and pillows were a bit too firm. But overall, would stay again!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is what made it so great. Theres a laundry mat next door, plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s perfectly situated just outside of Rossio square so that it’s quiet at night but you’re still in walking distance of all the action. We would stay here again!

De garage, die uiteindelijk 2 verdiepingen naar naar beneden liepen vonden wij aan de kleine kant. kan ook zijn dat onze huurauto iets te groot was. maar kreeg heel netjes een plakje voor de deur waar we 3 dagen hebben gestaan. Voor de rest een iets kleine kamer maar wel stond het hotel vlak bij de metro dus waren met een dagkaart zo weer in het centrum. voor een paar dagen een goed hotel.

Very clean and conveniently located near Intendente metro station. Room was fairly small, but expected in this property style. Although the street wasn't a main road, seems to be a shortcut of some sorry, had lots of foot traffic at all hours of the night, and the room wasn't very soundproof. Not the hotels fault, but be aware and bring earplugs if necessary.

The Fenicius Charme Hotel is conveniently located a block from the subway and is walking distance to the downtown area and several tourist sites.The room was small but modern and super clean (housekeeping was exceptional) and we had a great city view from our balcony. Breakfast was good (selection of pastries and fruit).Wifi was weak in the room so we had to go near the lobby for a reliable connection. Overall, great value and would recommend.

We had a nice stay at Fenicius Charme. The room was nice, both clean and modern. We booked a room with a balcony, which was great but strangely could only be accessed through the bathroom. We did get some noise from the street overnight, but after walking through other parts of the city I think this is a relatively quiet street. Plenty of room to spread out. It was nice to have a kettle and instant coffee to make the morning a little easier. The hotel does not offer laundry, but there is a laundry service close by.

Excellent hotel - would stay again.

Lovely modern hotel within walking distance of the old town in Alfama. Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable.

There was a good range of items on offer as part of the continental breakfast including fresh fruit and a wide selection of cakes and pastries.

The car park is very tight and large cars would struggle.

The greatest strength of this hotel is the staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me with some special communication needs that arose during my stay. Also helped me undo my somehow messing up use of the safe. The location is good with a Lisbon-native non-touristy market just 200 meters away. The rooms were also super clean; housekeeping was meticulous.

The hotel is good overall being close to buses and metro station. We were able to walk into the centre in 15 to 20 minutes. Staff are helpful and rooms are pleasant. We would have liked to have a kettle in our room to make tea/coffee upon waking. There appeared to be a small bar which never seemed to be open. We tried getting a cup of tea one evening and this was not possible. The major issue we experienced was the noise coming from the outside every night that was audible even with closed double glazed doors and windows.

The staff at this location is fantastic and responsive. However, I don't think this place is managed well. There was a clogged drain in the shower stall and the staff was great to change us to another room, but there also water stains on the hallway carpets and strange odour in the room. Again, wonderful staff, but poor hotel management.

This hotel is well-located - just a short walk from a Metro station, (the airport is also on the Metro network) - and most of Lisbon's famous attractions are found within easy reach.

The property itself is modern, clean and stylish… with very comfortable beds, good showers and reliable WiFi.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast (which is served in a nice, bright room on the 1st floor), and we'll be happy to go back to this hotel again in the future.

We were assigned to stay in a room next to kitchen. There were a a lot of noise very early in the morning from kitchen when they were preparing breakfast. Room is also very small. We were waken up and could not sleep. It is annoying.

Overall a decent hotel. It one thing to keep in mind; parking is extremely tight. If you are coming with anything larger than the basic compact car, don’t even bother to come in, as it will be nearly impossible to get out.
And if you can’t fit the car, then your options are limited. Parking on the street is almost always full. On the other hand, if you are using public transport, then the location is excellent.

Good but couple of things could be improved

Overall it was good but only unpleasant experience is the air condition in the room did not work on my final night and there was no maintenance staff to fix it and it made a horrible experience for the final night no being able to sleep.

Also the hotel does not provide drinks in the room but it was advertised as free welcome drinks on the description when booking which was misleading. The staff mentioned it was due to Covid but it doesn’t make sense that they provide drinks through the paid machine but not free and using remote controls and other appliances in the room that could be Covid risk. I just thought it was odd.

But cleanliness wise it was all good.

Check-in staff was excellent - provided all necessary information clearly when we arrived near midnight. Our family of 4, with two kids, stayed in two notably clean rooms. While kettles were provided, no tea and coffee were available in the rooms. Breakfast was ample and dutifully replenished. Luggage storage was as simple as asking and handing them over. Street noise could be an issue for some, but as we were plenty exhausted, it was not a major issue.

We appreciated the prompt service at the reception! Ann is very professional and gave us excellent tips fir the area. The location is a bit further from the old city but 15in walking. It is surrounded by adjacent little streets and if you are not familiar it can be a bit uncomfortable. But, we came late in the night back to hotel and it appeared to be fine! We did not have any issues! Good stay !!

Stayed with my partner at this hotel. Local area is ok but be aware that near metro station there are some addicts hanging around. Near the hotel we found some nice cafes for some tapas and drinks for good price. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and set us up for the day. Room however was not as big as is suggested in pictures.( Maybe because we collected a free night?) Also we were given 2 single beds instead of a double.

Hotel was great value for money. Everything thing was clean and working. Staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was excellent particularly the fact there was no pork or bacon on the buffet (Hotel is halal). Location is great as you can walk downtown and the metro, buses and tram 28 were all at the end of the street. We had pedicures and hair styled at salon up the road for €15 &€10 respectively. We ate lots of sardines and fish in the restaurants nearby which were full of the local people and drank beautiful red wine. I was so pleased with our choice of hotel. 😀

Simple, good, and convenient option

Great place! Easy, short walk to the touristy spots in Lisbon. Not in a pretty area but overall felt safe enough. Easy check-in. Awesome and big free breakfast! Room was simple and clean. We had a great view. AC didn't work so instead of complaining we slept with the window wide open and it was beautiful. We would stay here again. We would recommend this place to others looking for a simple hotel walking distance to the center of historic Lisbon. Thank you!

Very nice hotel with a modern vibe in the middle of a Lisbon neighborhood. It is only a few minutes from the subway. The breakfast was very nice. I stayed here twice: a few days after I arrived and a few days before I left Portugal. The hotel staff was very accommodating about giving directions and suggestions.

We stayed four nights here on vacation. Our room was very nice and clean. My only two complaints are the lack of a fridge and the street outside can be noisy. The staff our whole visit were very kind and helpful with various things. Breakfast is good. Great hotel, a few small issues

Great staff at the hotel! Very helpful and willing to work things out so I could have the best stay possible. Location was great—very convenient to downtown and many sights.

My only negatives have to be that the mattress was basically just springs covered in fabric (not the worst but also really not great), and that I was told I would be getting a breakfast box (as I was checking out very early for my flight and would miss the free breakfast), which I did not receive (being unexpectedly hungry at the airport was no fun)

The hotel is not in a good location. Our room was very small and no refrigerator. The main reason we stayed was for the airport shuttle which was not part of the hotel. We paid 15€ and they were half hour late and still didn't show up, which we then had to take a uber that made us miss our flight.

Hotellet ligger i fin gangavstand til sentrum og de gamle bydelene i Lisboa. I tillegg har en metro og trikkestopp like i nærheten. Området var stille og hyggelig. Vi ble tatt veldig godt imot av personalet. Alle var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Rommet var rent og pent hver dag. Gode senger og AC som fungerte helt supert. Enkel standard som dekker det en trenger.

La ubicación del hotel esta muy lejos de las zonas turísticas y dónde se encuentra no está bonito. Muy limpio y con excelente atención de Zuazilino en la recepción. Las camas no fueron de mi total agrado y se escuche mucho de habitación a habitación, los de la habitación contigua tenían tos y no pude dormir porque se escuchaba como si los tuviera en la almohada.
