The room was super small and not really as advertised at all. My partner didn’t even have a side to get in and out of her bed. The shower usage soaked everything in the room and with there being mirrors on every surface in the room there was so much condensation around the room throughout the stay it just felt damp.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! The hotel design and decor was unique and beautiful and different from the normal beige interiors. Loved having the ability to make hot tea and coffee in the room. The AC was always cool and with the teal blues making you feel like the ocean, it felt calming.
Close proximity to everything. A+ for this hotel. We'll come back!

We spent our honeymoon in Lisbon and the hotel went above and beyond for us. We were greeted with rose petals on the bed and a bottle of bubbly delivered to the room. The staff were lovely and always welcoming. Hotel is quirky with cool decor. Part of The outside of the hotel has got building works outside for the metro but this did not effect our stay and there was no noise.

Very comfy and a good location for price

Good location for a reasonable price. The bed was really comfy and we loved all the toiletries and shower products. The towels were really fluffy! Had everything we needed and the aircon/ventilation worked really well. The room was smaller than what it looks like in the picture. On street parking was free on a Sunday as well which saved some money. Our only issue was the shower drain was a bit blocked and the shower flooded out into the bathroom due to the way the shower is designed.

The hotel is very contemporary and it smells amazing!
The reception smelt of lemons.
Very clean and comfy and the aircon works really well.
It's about a 10min walk away from the old town.
If I was going back . . . I mean WHEN I go back, I'll book there again. I wouldn't even bother looking for somewhere else.

After my stay there I had to transfer to another hotel for a business meeting. It was a big 5 star hotel.
I much preferred the WC Beautique Hotel.

A lovely hotel in a central area. The rooms are a bit quirky but also quite small. We were going to stay another night but decided to change hotels as my husband is a bit claustrophobic. Otherwise it was very nice. Would stay on my own.

Great place to stay which is walkable distance to the city centre. We really liked it althought never got our wecome drink (?) , the minibar (coke & juice) was free. The place is quite expensive but so are most places to stay in Losbon and in walkable distance from thr city centre (~25min). The area doesnt really offer much we didnt think much of it. Hotel and room very unusual design which we really liked.

On the minus side the toilet was very very smelly like a sewage which we reported upon checkout. Also the window in the room can be open but was not secured properly. Overall the property was good, in need of a little bit of love and care with bits to fix but nice people at reception ans unusual design.

It took a while to get used to the bathroom in the room but ultimately that wasn't a problem. The shower was wonderful. The housekeeping was 2nd to none. Really good and we travel a lot. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop downstairs was ideal with a great breakfast. My only critique would be in sockets for recharging. I brought a double adaptor so it was fine but if i hadnt it would have been a problem as my single adaptor just fell out next to the bed. Also we were a bit concerned by how close it was to the basin. Small quibble though. The location near the metro was what made it for us. Perfect for our trip Compliments to all the staff.

We loved our time in Lisbon and the hotel was a convenient, comfortable place to stay. The free breakfast was fabulous. The hotel didnt have any particularly breathtaking qualities but the location and staff were perfect. The toilet seat had a large crack in it, the wardrobes were in the bathroom, the bed looked like it belonged in Amsterdam, the staff wore pyjamas and the bar closed before 10pm leaving us unable to get a beer to enjoy on the roof terrace when we returned home in the evening ... yet somehow it worked and I'm really glad we stayed here.

We did not have great experience at this hotel honestly I don’t know how they are 4 starts. They should have 2-3 starts hotel.
The hotel itself was clean but the location was bad and not clean. And so many homeless around there. Noisy with ambulans and constructions.
First they canceled our reservations due to not having room and transfer us to a different hotel but when we asked we don’t want to go and refund us, they refused to give us a refund and they told us we need to pick WC hotel or another hotel that they transfer us.

The room was really really small that you can’t even move there. That room was good for one single person not for a couple. You could hear the footsteps of person above you and was hard to sleep. We didn’t have good experience and I don’t recommend to anyone who is traveling to Portugal.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Lisbon and had an exceptional experience. The room was spotlessly clean and offered an awesome view of the city, which made my stay even more memorable. The unique feature of having a bathtub at the foot of the bed added a luxurious touch. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the hotel’s location was perfect, being very close to a tram stop and a metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon!

A Lovely Solo Stay

I had a lovely stay at the WC. It's right by the metro station so it's really easy to get around Lisbon centre or even further afield to one of the beach towns like Cascais. Despite the quirky theme the room still felt chic! I was on the 6th floor in a gorgeous sunny room that gets a lot of light and has a great view of the city. The front desk staff are wonderful - warm, accommodating and ever so helpful, so much so that I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Nice hotel, needs better reception staff training

A lot of money has spent on this property and mostly it's been very well spent. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Intendente metro station. It's not the prettiest part of Lisbon, but it feels mostly safe.

The biggest issue I had with my stay was how terrible the welcome was. The reception staff Goncalo and another lady were utterly disinterested. No \"hello\", no \"welcome\", a few grunts to say \"I need your passport\" not even a please! Utterly unbelievable to me that you would spend that much on a hotel and have such horrid reception staff. Sadly the bad attitude coloured everything else.

The room was beautiful. Well appointed, plenty of drinking water, coffee machine etc.

There were some maintenance issues, the coffee machine was leaking, the shower drain was slow causing overflow into the room, a chair was cracked. Small stuff that is easily sorted.

The hotel sits right on top of the Metro and you can hear the distant rumble of the trains. It's not a deal breaker, but earplugs might help light sleepers.

Overall, I would be happy to stay here again, subject to the re-training/replacement of the staff.

The shower leaked. When I brought the issue up with the reception team, they at first told me that it was our fault in that we had our foot on the drain hole. Finally, after taking pictures, videos, and speaking to the reception team again about the issue the next day, the maintenance team came by to caulk the bottom of the shower walls. Glad that someone can buy to fix it, but disappointed that I wasn't believed the first time the issue was reported. Moreover, disappointed that we as guests had to spend time drying the floor.

Ok hotel with good transport links

Room and bed were smaller than depicted in the photos. Queen = very small UK double. I called to ask about the booking and was advised we had a small room. The woman at reception was very rude, full of attitude and unwilling to resolve. She said she'd speak to manager about changing our rooms the next day, i heard nothing.

The room was noisy and as a light sleeper, i struggled to sleep. Aircon was set at 23, which was too hot for us as a couple in a tiny room (may be okay for others). We tried to have the window open on the first night to let some air in but it was too noisy. On the second night i called reception and they were able to make the aircon cooler and put it down to my desired temperature. The gentleman at reception was very apologetic and helpful in resolving.

Cleaning staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. Bar staff were equally nice. Mixed reviews for reception staff.

Mixed review for location. It is in a run-down suburb with lots of rough sleepers. Many cities are like this and have areas like it but I'm not sure i would have felt safe travelling as a lone female. However, the hotel was located within 30secs walking distance of a metro station linking us sll around the city - we used it a lot and travelled around.

Big bonus was that this hotel was located within 3 mins walk of a lovely vegan restaurant - O Gambuzino.

Very quirky and cool hotel. Shower had good water pressure. Breakfast basic but ok. Overpriced for offer.

We had an early arrival and the staff were very helpful letting us check in early. The location was very convenient, easy to get to from the airport and within walking distance to the central downtown. Very unique concept and overall great place to stay. Staff we’re welcoming and informative. Hotel location is good, not much around in terms of restaurants/supermarkets etc. But only a short walk to Rossio. Property is true to its name with the decor reflecting a Bathroom. The rooms are rather small and the air conditioning is not very effective. We had 2 rooms and the same issue in both rooms with the A/C. We were really warm and requested a fan which the hotel did not store. They said they were going to make some adjustment to the A/C from their control area but whatever they did or didn't do had no effect. We were only there for one night so just sucked it up.

It might be impossible to rate a hotel with the maximum score, but the WC in Lisbon surely deserves it! A relatively small hotel with an odd theme, offering exactly what is needed to make your stay perfect. Amazingly superb staff at the reception, fulfilling any capricious requests you might have. Smart furbished rooms with a warm feeling, super clean and spacious, comfortable beds, soundproof towards the busy street. Nice toiletries and complimentary minibar. Professional and reliable maids. A bit pricey restaurant but nice staff and creative design everywhere. The entire establishment seems to be very well managed. Very good location too. I will certainly recommend it and will visit it again also for business trips!

Great location. Easy to get metro from airport and walk into centre of Lisbon. Hotel is clean, modern design. Staff really friendly and helpful on how to get around, best things to see in Lisbon and recommending great reasonable local restaurants in the area.
