Stayed here for 5d4n. Steps away from a gas station and some restaurants. Short walk to a metro station. The hotel itself is clean and nice. Stayed in a 2 twin bed room and was spacious enough for 2 people with a backpack and carryon each (good amount of closet space). Bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a mini fridge, Nespresso machine and microwave which were convenient. We were able to check in a few hours early which was nice. Wasn't expecting to be able to use the outdoor pool as it said it was available July-September, but it was already open and refreshing to use after a long day. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits and breads. Also had the usual eggs, sausage and ham (which were at times lukewarm). Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Room was large the kitchenette was a nice touch but the rooms were not cleaned well. Stains all over the pillows and blankets, hair on the pillow cases. Also, staff are extremely displeasing and have no customer service skills. Location is only good for being close to the airport otherwise it is far from other stuff

Just avoid the buffet breakfast. It’s way too expensive for what you get. You’ll find much better value and quality at the local shops.

Good value, room was comfortable and quite, apart from the railway nearby, but that did not affect my sleep. Very convenient co-working area, and decent gym. But it could be better with simple changes, the gym for example had some machines with no bars and disc weights which makes them unusable, no towels for training at location, soap missing in some of toilets (reception and gym), the staff could be friendlier and more helpful, seems most were on training. The location was okay with some decent restaurants nearby. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Visited the pool. It was small but cozy. Lots of sun bathers. Location was not at the city centre, it near the airport. Nevertheless, it was alright. Easy to get around with uber/bolt. The rooms are decent and the complimentary coffee and tea are a treat. For the price, it was a great deal.

The hotel stay was amazing. We had to extend our stay for a few extra days because of flight cancellation. Hotel staff was accommodating and provided valuable answers to any questions and help needed. The room was tidy, spacious, had all the amenities you could have asked for. The outside pool area was also very clean and tidy, they even provide sunbed towels which is a nice touch as you can lay them on the sunbeds or dry off and then place them in the laundry baskets provided.

Location wise, it is great, lots of good bakeries and supermarkets close by, the metro station is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel and the buses give good access directly into the city centre.

The convenience to the airport is great! Perfect place to stay before an early morning departure. The hotel itself has many amenities such as a large gym, rooftop pool and a lounge area where you can play games while enjoying happy hour! The restaurant on site I would not recommend it is overpriced and the service it terrible. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and black out curtains. The rain head showers and wand are new and modern. The front desk speak multiple languages and are knowledgeable. They answered any questions and were super helpful with recommendations on where to dine or shop!

Room was clean. Elevators were a little confusing to find. My biggest complaint was parking. I didn't know where to park. I eventually found a parking garage that was across the street. I drove around the block 3 times before I found the garage. Also, there isn't good restaurant options nearby. The restaurant in the hotel was really weird. I sat in the restaurant with 3 other patrons for 1/2 hour before I was served. After I received my food I was not checked on again. I had to get up look for a glass to get water. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. I've stayed on multiple hotels in Lisbon and this was at the bottom of the list.

Location isn’t great for walking, a bit out of the way but very close to the train line which is easy to use.
Unfortunately the pool area was underwhelming and poorly maintained, the pictures are very misleading.
Parking was confusing- extremely difficult to find. we were told by front desk that parking was run by a separate company, when we went to that company they said no they don’t offer parking to hotel guests.
We were woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm going off for several minutes.
On our last day on our way to check out we got stuck in the elevator for 35min which was terrifying. Front desk told us “that happens sometimes” which I find concerning!
It was one of the cheaper options we found, and was modern and clean, but overall this seems like too many inconveniences/ things that went wrong for me to recommend it.

Hotel pratique pour la proximité avec l'aéroport. Notre chambre avait un petit coin style cuisine avec tabourets et comptoir, ça donne une impression de petit logement c'est agréable. L'accueil etait sympathique. Le seul point négatif est l'environnement autour de l'hotel: voie ferrée avec trains fréquents même la nuit et itinérants qui se font des feux a coté du parking. C'etait la vue que nous avions de notre chambre.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect for a quick soak. The patio area around the pool was perfect for relaxing and “working” and the burgers were delicious.
The room was clean and the bed quite comfortable! Definitely easy to get the airport and the staff were all kind and welcoming! We highly recommend and will stay here again!

So, paid for a full size. Not a set of singles pushed together. Was able to move from 1516 to 1701.ok cool. Not cool, the shower had an electrical fault that needs my tooth paste tube to turn off the water! Always nice getting an electrical shock when your in your birthday suit.
Maintenance was call and blocked room off.
3rd room nice clean shower worked. Bed all of them were euro single pushed together.
Location wise you get to listen to the railway. That I knew about and was not an issue.

The hotel was fine, far from the downtown tourist area but easily accessible by transit. The big downside was that the hotel has four very tiny elevators to access rooms and amenities, and two of the four elevators were down for the entire weekend, and on the Monday that we left the hotel, all four were down. We had to carry three suitcases by hand downstairs. You can’t even take the stairs all the way up to the rooms because there is a locked door on floor five which your key card doesn’t give you access to. Ultimately we were just inconvenienced and annoyed (and sweaty!) but we couldn’t help but think how anyone who was older or disabled just…wouldn’t have been able to get to their room? The staff seemed so unbothered by the outages that I think it must be common. Nothing was offered to us to make up for the inconvenience.
The room was clean and cute, the bathroom very small. The “double” was two twins pushed together but the bedding was also two twins, so we couldn’t actually properly share the bed. Wouldn’t recommend but if you just need something close to the airport and you’re able bodied, it’ll do.

Everything about our stay was variable. Some staff were helpful, others not at all. Our superior room had a microwave, sink, kettle and coffee machine and fridge, but no plates, cutlery, glasses, cups or milk. There were very limited coffee pods and no ordinary tea bags. There was no dish washing facilities.
Despite there being lots of lifts, at least one was out of order each time we used them.
Lovely decor in rooms, comfy beds and good pillows, great gym, but no water provided or machine cleaning facilities. Nice outside pool area, with loungers.
No information pack in room ( or QR code to access info).
Very useful (free) lockers throughout hotel.
Breakfast ok, but costs £30 a day extra per couple.
Overall, it feels that Acta Moa Lisboa needs to decide what the superior rooms are providing and if they address the small issues around the hotel, it will be worth a visit.

Chambre pas équipé..mini cuisine mais aucun ustensile, aucune assiette, pas d'ouvre bouteille à vin, pas de verre. J'ai appelé à la réception et impossible de s'en faire livrer à la chambre. Il fallait obligatoirement descendre à la réception et il fut seulement possible d'avoir deux assiettes en carton et deux kits d'ustensiles jetable, pas de verre régulier, pas de verre à vin, et pas de verre jetable! Ne payer pas pour une chambre supérieure, il n'y avait absolument rien de supérieure dans l'expérience. Nous avions également mentionné être là pour nos 10 ans. Aucune petite attention. Ascenceur ne fonctionne pas toujours, piscine non chauffée. Bref le seul avantage est la proximité de l'aéroport, mais aucune commodities ni charme à l'endroit.

First room had a broken AC, they moved us reluctantly after telling us to just “open the window” on the 11th floor on a busy street with crazy winds… and then once we moved rooms, the new room had a clogged bathroom sink. Thankfully the maintenance guy was able to fix the sink quickly, but the new room we got was also much smaller than the first. The view we got in our second room overlooked a massive parking lot with homeless encampment. Would not stay here again.
Decor is nice, the hotel has potential, but it’s very run down and lots of hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The floor was absolutely filthy and the bottom of my socks were black after walking around, the restaurant was fine and breakfast was good, the gym was well equipped (nothing to wipe anything with though so definitely just bacteria everywhere) but that’s the only good part about the hotel.

If i had any constructive criticism it would be the set up of the pool/bar. Lovely pool and the sun hits it beautifully but no bar directly attached to it. I think if there was a bar selling alcohol with some lite music customers would use the pool area much more. Other than that excellent

Acta Mota is close to the Airport in a Neighbourhood.
Busstop right in front and across the Street with the Metro and more Bus stops close by.
It took about 40 min to get to the Amalfa and Castillo District.
We arrived early afternoon and their lunch buffett was still open, and rather than going out, we ate there and the food was great.
The Pool will be nice on hot summer.

I booked this hotel primarily because it had a gym with squat racks, but they didn’t have any barbells. It was disappointing because I picked this instead of a main area in central Lisbon where everything would’ve been walkable. As a female solo traveller coming from Canada, this is was not a prime location as I hoped it would’ve been.

However aside from that, it was a clean hotel and the front desk was nice. There are lockers and a good lounge, which was great because I had a red eye flight.

Breakfast buffet was just ok. In fact all the meals were just ok with the exception of the pizza which was terrible.
Front desk people were very helpful with my questions. The hotel is not located anywhere you would want to walk or explore so you had to use Uber ($$) to get anywhere. And the trains were sooo noisy, 24-7, earplugs only mildly tempered the loud train noises that sounded like a sonic boom.

This is a great modern hotel near the airport. It also is an 8 min walk to a train stop.
The breakfast was amazing and the facilities were wonderful and very different than other hotels. The lounge was like nothing I have seen at any other airport in the world. The lounge is a great place for digital nomads to work or even meet clients. The workout facility was the best of any hotel facility I have stayed at in Europe. Uber to the airport was fast and inexpensive.
The pool on the roof was nice but above eye level, so if you were there to sunbathe you can't see the water and it was small and not big enough to swim a lap. Front desk was amazing, fun and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Large air conned room with microwave and kettle (but no crockery/cups). Location is excellent. Bus from airport drops you just by the hotel. The metro is a short walk uphill from the hotel. A vast park is 5 mins away downhill and right from the hotel.
The gym is 24 hours and one of the largest I've seen in a hotel.
Breakfast is worth prebooking and fresh.
The city centre is about 20 min away by metro.
There is a sub terrace on the 5th floor with an unheated plunge pool.
Overall, v good.
