The hotel was in a decent location and clean :) The staff were super helpful and pleasant. On a side note, I want to share that I had difficulty finding accommodations in Lisbon and was surprised how expensive hotels were in general. A lot of the more affordable options had reviews citing bed bugs and that was not acceptable for me. I am glad I found Hotel 3K Europa as it was clean more affordable than most other hotels, but I must say it was pretty pricy for the location and size of the room.

The staff are not friendly and do not offer assistance to any needs we asked them. I appreciate them sharing some baked goods in the reception probably left over from the breakfast buffet but it would be good to cover it to avoid bacteria. We leave in the morning and come home in the afternoon or at night it is still there sitting.

Beautiful hotel, nothing to complain about. Nice and clean, friendly staff and perfect location, just minutes by taxi from the historic city center. Also the entrance to the underground parking garage was wider than most other hotels so I had no problems parking my van.

Location is amazing. Train station next door. Shopping mall, shops and stores all within walking disrance. Staff was great/friendly and gave me an early check in. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast had many options. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon. Great hotel!

Stylish, modern hotel with some quirk - bathroom completely see-through into the bedroom!
Convenient location with main train station (Entrecampos), metro and buses all nearby. Direct bus to/from airport also with only a 20min journey.
Only downside was there was building construction ongoing opposite hence view was of a construction site; but noise was not an issue.
Overall a lovely experience.

This would have been a five-star review, but:
1-None of the metro stations on this line have escalators or elevators. Sux if you are travelling with suitcases.
2-The showers are a dinky little affair. Poor water pressure, no fixed showerhead, stand in the tub, poor shower curtain.
3-The staff were tolerant of our staying in their hotel. Barely.

Check in problematic. Otherwise nice.

Check in at 3 PM is impossible. Despite collecting our bags, when you’ve been flying for over 10hrs. All you want is to arrive, shower and relax. Reception had about 6 other couples waiting for their rooms. Not nice. Perhaps a bit of flexibility on this would help. Once you’re in, the hotel is nice.

But the listing incorrectly says there’s a gym, but there isn’t. The check in staff said it was never finished. And the listing also incorrectly says airport transfers are available: the front desk staff all said none was available. The time we wanted was 10 or 11 am on a Saturday so not off hours. We liked our stay but these two things were disappointing as I picked the hotel because it’s listing said it had a gym for my pre-flight workout.

TERRIBLE check-in experience.

We were only staying in Lisbon for one night, so that being said, this was fine.
The OK:
- Good location.
- Wi-Fi was reliable.
- The room was clean, but in need of a deep clean.
- One pillow per person, no extras.
- No fitted sheet, just a top sheet and duvet (a problem for me, since I'm a warm person and can't sleep under full covers).

The bad:
- We used a hotels.com voucher, so we got a room on the 1st floor with no view (punishment?).

The REALLY BAD!!!:
- We confirmed our room number 3x. Went to the room, card didn't work. Went back to registration, they didn't trust the card didn't work. They reprogrammed it - we again confirmed the room number. Went to the room, got iN, and it was occupied! Shoes, bags, water bottles, and the bathroom door was closed with the light on (was someone in there?). We announced that we entered by accident and left immediately. Went to registration, told them it was occupied, they didn't believe us. They checked, said the room wasn't occupied and was clean and ready. We said, no way, it's definitely occupied. They clicked and clacked on the computer, gave us a new room down the hall which was fine. But what if the occupant of our first room had been exposed, or engaged in intimate activity and we walked in on them!? No apology, really, from hotel staff, and no recourse.

Modern and clean hotel with good breakfast

Very clean and modern hotel close to Lisboa center. There is not so many places to see round the hotel but if you will use metro, bus, taxi or even electrical scooter, so wverything is just 5-10 min away.

There is non comfortable washbasin im the bad as it is very small.. additionally the mirror over it is about 5cm tick.. this two things together makes wasing hands or teeth very unconfortable. Generally design and ergonomics - small minus but tge rest very well. For one-two nights business trip - perfect!

Unexpected stay

Our stay was last minute and unplanned as our flight had been cancelled from Lisbon late in the evening. The Hotel has a nice buzz about it and the guy on reception very helpful. We had to wait a little to be checked in as more people from our flight also needed accommodation, this was just unfortunate.
The room was very spacious and well equipped, bathroom also large and had great toiletries. The location was great and had a lovely view of the building in the park opposite. There were signs of the bathroom being a little tired but it was clean. The huge bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast the following morning as we had an early flight and meal vouchers so can’t comment on dining options. Overall, nice hotel, nice room and helpful and friendly staff.

3K Europa's staff were wonderful, both at the reception and at breakfast.
The room was, well, a room. It had all that we needed. It was clean and comfortable. There are no plugs for the bath or bathroom sink, but the shower was excellent.
The hotel is one block from the Entrecampos train station. That is convenient. The hotel a bit far from the old town and most sightseeing, but I had business nearby, so it suited me perfectly. There is good bus connection to the historic sites. We didn't use the metro but there is a stop at Campo Pequeno a few minutes away.
There are a lot of reasonable eateries nearby if you look. Also an excellent supermarket (Lidl) and a general store with lots of tourist and travel needs at the Entrecampos station.

Right near metro

The hotel was very nice and clean. We picked it because the location was near a metro station. The hotel is right near Campo Pequeno, a beautiful sight. The hotel was nice, with a nice large bathroom and bed. Had a nice cocktail at night in the small bar, very relaxing. Only drawback was lack of ironing boards and irons. ( had to go downstairs to a small closet to iron 2 shirts for flight home) Very small gripe, overall a nice hotel and great location.

It’s ok, nothing to write home about. Was slightly surprised at the 4* rating and thought it was more of a 3*. The rooms and the overall hotel was a little Spartan compared to competitors, and it could have done with a higher quality of decoration. (My room also has pen on the wall, I don’t think anyone had noticed it!)

Das Hotel scheint auf amerikanische Standards fokussiert. Trotz Zimmerwechsel und Bitte um Behebung verstopfter Abfluss des Waschbeckens in beiden Zimmern. Habe letztlich selbst Hand angelegt. Matratzen sind recht hart. Gut für die Durchreise, weniger gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Le minimum d'un 4 étoiles - bien malgres bruit

Première expérience en hôtel 4 étoiles.
Points positifs :
Accès métro 3 min à pied
Accès transports Commun au pied de l'hôtel
Accès restau et centre commercial (pequeno Campo) de l'autre côté de la route.
Chambre et parties communes toujours impeccable.
Nettoyage, lit, serviettes, sanitaire fait chaque jour.
Petit déjeuner (en sus) très très complet 7h30-10h30

A améliorer :
pas très bien insonorisées car donne sur une route très très fréquentée.
Si réservation, privilégier chambre côté cours intérieures quitte à ne pas avoir une super vue.
Pas vraiment de personnel sachant parler le français.

Het hotel voldeed niet aan onze verwachting omdat de badkamer en wc gedateerd waren (geen afzuiging van water/stoomvorming, klein en schimmelvorming in het kitwerk). Het bed was enkel opgemaakt met een wit laken en de kamer voorzien was van een vies tapijt. De koelkast in de kamer deed het niet.

Me molestó especialmente que había pedido una habitación en piso alto y con vistas y me dieron la primera noche la 104 que da directamente a una valla alta. Cuando solicité el cambio de habitación me dieron la 604 que da directamente a una obra que había en interior de patio de manzana.
Desde luego no volveré a este hotel.
