This hotel is located a ways away from the centre of Santos but you will find everything you need within walking distance. The main plus for this hotel is the location. The beach is right across the street and it is beautiful! Hotel is ok, nothing special but perfect for a beach vacation on a budget. The room is small and bathroom needs an update but it worked for us. You get what you pay for. The breakfast is fantastic and the front desk staff spoke good English. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget.

The hotel is located close to sea beach, the location is excellent and accessible by Bus...You can go for walk to the sea beach. Staff are also very nice and rooms are clean. Single rooms are ok if you are travelling alone..For two person it would be small. the ambiance is good and you will get good break first in the morning.

Quando chegamos no local, o elevador estava travado com pessoas dentro, estávamos com malas pesadas e na recepção onde tinha 3 homens na recepção, informaram que teríamos que subir as escadas com as malas, não tivemos auxílio nenhum para nos ajudar a subir as escadas e por onde subimos, os corredores eram muito escuros e com grande risco de queda. Achei desumano, uma mãe e uma filha subindo com tanto peso e sem ajuda

O quarto têm fios expostos, cama razoavel,conforto quase zero na verdade. Recepção bem precária, nada profissional. Café da manhã basico, mal cuidado na versade e a que parece ser dona do hotel, é uma pessoa bem desagradavel, nada gentil. Unico ponto positivo é que atravessando a avenida vc está na praia.

Pelo valor cobrado atendeu minimamente a nossa expectativa, cama e chuveiro bons. Aparenta que investem na manutenção em um edificil antigo, com algumas obras em execução. A localização onde deveria o ponto mais relevante em nossa estadia, tivemos um pouco de transtorno pois no Hotel tivemos problema em estacionar uma caminhonete, pois existe 4 vagas na frente que sempre está cheia e na garagem tem uma placa com limite de altura de 1,69 e tambem possui diversas placas na via pública que não é permitido estacionar caminhonete ao longo da via. Tivemos de pagar R$ 80,00 de estacionamento não muito próximo.

Tive a estadia de apenas uma noite, não é um hotel incrível, mas também não é ruim, o café da manhã é razoável, por termos passado apenas uma noite, foi bem tranquilo. O pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos, e do vallet também.
A localização é maravilhosa, fica em frente a praia, e é um lugar com mar bem calmo, para quem vai com criança acho que deve ser bem legal.

Até mesmo encontrar o hotel foi ruim pois o nome ica numa placa escondida atras dos carros na frente estacionados.
A recepção toda caindo aos pedaços. Funcionários mal treinados pois são pouco práticos. Entrega de estojo com controles remotos na recepção parecendo motel de beira de estrada.
No meu quarto havia fiação exposta, dutos do ar condicionado expostos, etiqueta de supermercado colada em móveis, a televisão não conectava a rede wifi, a televisão era fixada quase no teto ACIMA da altura da porta do banheiro. Papel higiênico acabou, liguei na recepção solicitando e 2 horas depois tive que ir lá buscar pois não fizeram a mínima questão de atender o cliente.

Hotel é simples mas atende muito bem com básico: cama confortável, quarto bem higienizado, chaveiro muito bom, instalações do banheiro boas, ar condicionado e tv bons. Ressalva para as toalhas que poderiam ser melhores o secador de cabelo que no meu quarto não funcionava e estrutura predial externa e de corredores que precisam de reparos. Porta do quarto com trava automática que oferece maior segurança. Café da manhã básico mas atende muito bem a necessidade da refeição. Supermercado ao lado e uma quadra da beira mar. Recomendo!
