We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff made it memorable! The room set up was beautiful. They upgraded our room to a larger size, which was lovely. With the “romantic package” we were able to have breakfast delivered to our room as well. There’s lots of food options and grocery stores in the area, uber is relatively quick if there’s somewhere a little further you want to go.
Lisbon was the end of our two week travel and we did spend more time in the room from exhaustion so this was a nice hotel to be able to do that at!

This hotel was an amazing beginning to our vacation. Tiago and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Sergio at the bar was very friendly and very professional. Breakfast included was very good. Access to transit and walking around was excellent. Different restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel.

No concierge service. Even though the hotel lists that they have one....no they don't!!!
The airport shuttle is not through the hotel and you must take care of it...they don't help you. It costs more then Uber.
The employees are sweet and professional. But their hands are tied with how much help they can provide.

The staff was very helpful. I have a CPAP which uses distilled water. With our current security environment, carrying distilled water onboard flights is not possible, and late arrivals can make acquiring it upon arrival impossible. The staff solved this problem for me. They are wonderfully helpful people, especially Vania and Ana!

Disappointed with the bed we were given

Hotel was very nice, handy for Metro & other transport. Breakfast very good.

Only thing that spoilt the stay was, we asked for a twin room when booked, through Hotel.com.When we arrived they said there was no twin room available but it was a big double bed. Seeing as I was sharing with my brother, this bed was no good to us. My Brother slept on the floor, lovely for 2 nights.

I was assured we would have twin beds for our return stay 4 days later. I asked was it twin beds. I was told they were but pushed together. I thought Ok, we can seperate them. Tried to seperate the beds when we reached the room, only to find they were tightly together with king size mattress cover, king size base & top sheet, & king size duvet. We gave up then because we were tired & had, had a long journey. We put pillows down the middle of the bed & slept like that. Not all ideal.

Really good stay, unfortunately the check in staff member was extremely rude and aggressive. Had we not already booked and paid we would have left.
All other staff members were very good.
The elderly check staff member really needs to go on a customer service course or should not go to work in a bad mood.

My husband and I are long time, experienced travelers. This hotel is among the worst that we have ever encountered. The room had been sprayed with a very strong unpleasant fragrance that made it very difficult to breathe. Furthermore, the desk clerk on duty was spraying very heavily throughout the entire lobby area with a can of Raid Bug Spray. If this was not enough, the hallway stairway was blocked off so no one could escape their floors in case of a fire or other unfortunate catastrophe. A note was posted near the elevator that the Hotel was in the process of being renovated. This should have been disclosed on the advertisement site of Hotels. com. Please read a similar negative review that was posted on Hotels.com dated August 28, 2018.warning people of the potential danger at this hotel. I wish we had been warned about this hotel before we were deceived about its standards.Due to the potential risk to our health and possibly life we could not stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, Hotels. com customer service did not support us in getting our 1st night refunded.

Don't stay here!

I took a chance on this hotel but it was a mistake. Comments from months in past note elevator and stair issues--and they are still a problem. No evidence that they are repairing them, just \"sorry\". If there was a fire it would be impossible to get out safely as the elevator holds 4 people, and the stairs are blocked so can't be used. There is a detour (hard to locate) down narrow stairs with no railing and a dark hallway lined with ladders, etc. This is a disaster waiting to happen. In US it would be shut down! Also the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on--two small mattresses that were hard. Don't stay here!

We reserved this hotel because it was close to our car rental collection, but the hotel was better that we expected.
The main cons of it was the elevator, only a very small one for 7 floors, we had need to wait a lot during the busy hours

Expensive Hotel with no redeeming qualities

We were very disappointed in this hotel because we were in Lisbon for a special occasion and the owner knew it but inspite of that there was no ironing board or kettle for our room. We also had no A/C for the first 2 days and we're forced to change rooms.

Great service but cramped space

Everything was good--service, cleanliness, and location. However, there was some remodeling going on in the hotel which made access to the lobby bathroom awkward and the elevator seemed too small for more than two people plus two suitcases. I realize this was temporary. Also, our room was really quite small although the bathroom was wonderful with even a soaking tub.

All that said, the front desk reservation agent, Miguel was very helpful in recommending a wonderful restaurant for dinner. There were six of us staying in three rooms and the recommended restaurant was very accommodating even though we were there just a bit before opening. Miguel was spot on with the reservation.

The hotel is situated about 25 mins from the main area of Lisbon. There are a number of ways to travel around either by metro or the hop on hop off buses. The hotel room was large and generally well looked after, it is in need of renovation but there is some work being carried in the hotel so I assume that this will be addressed. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful in giving advice on where to go etc. We ate in the local restaurants and found them reasonably price. On the whole we had a pleasant stay in the hotel and would stay again.

Lisbon one night

I arrived early and was allowed to leave my luggage. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bathroom was large and party size tub and walkin shower... too bad I was traveling solo! location to city center was perfect.

Hotel was good. Rooms not overly large but clean & compact-perfectly adequate. Breakfast self service was good with reasonable choice. The cooked breakfast scrambled egg, sausages, bacon etc. Could have been warmer. Hotel was 10 mtrs from the Metro system entrance and there was a supermarket about 150 mtrs away plus 6/7 good restaurants within 5/10 mns walk.We only needed 1 train change to reach the airport or the Oriente train station. You can get a daily ticket from the Metro stations euro 6-15. This ticket can be reloaded. It covers metro,trams buses. We were there for 3 nights 2days stay. 2 days is fine to see most of the city sights but if you want to explore museums,art galleries,churches you would need to add another 2/3 days. There are good detailed maps available free but we found the best way to get around was by the Metro-which obviously avoids traffic. Taxi from the airport should be no more than e 12/13. Be careful not to be overcharged.

Smallest cramped room ever, but great location

The smallest room I have ever stayed in in all my travels around the world. Ok, so you are in the city and would expect to be out sight seeing, but we struggled to get our suitcases in (this was part of our 3 week stay in Portugal), the bed only just fit in the room. The lift to the rooms was tiny and not really practical for the number of floors the hotel had, and that breakfast was on the 7th floor. Breakfast was quite good although very slow to refill eggs, so when they did arrive they were gone almost straight away.
The location was great, Metro right outside the door, a 6 euro ticket lasted 24 hours from when first used and included busses and trams, even the much talked about 'tram 28' and the elevator in the centre of town (sorry can't remember what it was called). The sight seeing bus tours start from the park about 10 minute walk from the hotel and you could walk to the main central sights easily (plus it's a nice walk).
Would i stay again, no the room was for too cramped. Is it situated well, yes perfect

Dont stay on the 6th floor

2 days on lisbon, we slept on the 6th floor.
The restaurant was on the 7th floor.
There was so much noise from the restaurant up stairs that we couldnt sleep from 6am in the morning because they were dragging chairs and tables up there. Also untill 12 at night. So our sleeping time was between 12-6

Well, I gave four stars because the staff were nice - I had to catch an early flight and they had a breakfast bag for me at 5:00 in the morning.

If you don't care much about the room, the hotel is fine. It pretty much matched my expectation for the price I paid - not higher, but now lower either.

Got a very good price for booking at the last minute.
The only complaint that I can think of is that there was hallway noise when there were individuals talking out there. Some noise came through the bathroom walls too.

Rummet var fint och fräscht men hade tyvärr myror och ditt byta rum 2 gånger under 4 dagar. Frukosten hade inte så stort utbud av frukt och grönt och saknade lite mer variationer av ägg. De äggen som fanns (scrambled) var inte toppen tyvärr. Juicen var inte heller toppen och jag upplevde att det fanns större utbud av sötsaker än av en ordentligt mättande frukost. Men personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam!

Equipe maravilhosa! Nos ajudaram mesmo após o checkout. Como saí às 5 da manhã para o aeroporto, fizeram um sacola com itens de café da manhã (sanduíche, fruta, iogurte, suco, chocolate) Me ganharam nisso!
O quarto é mto antigo, lençóis rasgados e velhos, toalhas mto finas.
Fiquei apenas uma noite. Queria um hotel mais barato apenas para um banho e dormir. Se for nesse sentido, acho que vale . Não ficaria se fossem mais noites.

Les chambres sont incroyablement bien équipées pour le prix.
Le personnel est à l’écoute et compétent.
La salle de bain dispose d’une baignoire à remous très appréciable en fin de journée pour se détendre.

En general está bien. Buenas ubicación para conocer Lisboa pues tienes la parada de metro nada más salir del hotel y un supermercado muy cerca. El desayuno buffet aceptable también. La primera sensación al entrar a la habitación es la mezcla de olores a humedad y tuberías, parece que se alivia un poco con el aire acondicionado. Nos tocaron las habitaciones en la 2a planta, no sé si en plantas con más altura será igual. Un detalle que en la recepción ofrezcan agua con limón y hierbabuena, para días calurosos se agradece.

It was facing a void where the air conditioning motors were located. The ventilation was poor, there was a strong, musty smell in the bathroom—like mold—which made it very difficult to stay in the room.

Das Hotel ist gerade an einer Metro Station gelegen 👍. Wenn das Fenster auf der Strassenseite gelffnet wird, ist es sehr laut. Das Zimmer hat einen sehr begrenzten Platz was aber für 3 Übernachtungen ok ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Morgenbuffet bot alles was man wollte!

Frokost området var veldig lite og overfylt, folk gikk oppå hverandre. Selve frokosten var også middelmådig, var minimalt med mat og valg.

Hyvä perushotelli metropysäkin vieressä

Sijainti oli hyvä, metropysäkin portaat suoraan hotellin oven edessä. Bussipysäkki n. 50 m päässä.
Vaikka hotelli on melko vilkkaan kadun varrella, ei melu kuulunut häiritsevästi edes toiseen kerrokseen, jossa huoneemme oli. Jos ikkunan avasi, sitten melu on häiritsevää.

Huone oli pienehkö, sängyn ja yöpöytien lisäksi vain työpöytä ja -tuoli. Huone ja hotelli olivat siistejä.
Kylpyhuone riittävän kokoinen, siellä oli myös bide-allas. Ymmärtäisivätpä etelässäkin laittaa vessaan bide-suihkun typerän erillisen altaan sijaan.

Huoneen ilmanvaihto ei toiminut kunnolla, ilma meni tunkkaiseksi, välillä piti tuulettaa ikkunaa avaamalla.

Aaminen oli kohtuullinen, mutta kahvi oli kitkerää, mehu teollisen makuista ja pekoni kypsennetty huonosti, lähinnä lämmitetty.

Adoramos o hotel. Na porta do metrô e a uma distância saudável dos pontos turísticos. Excelente café da manhã e atendimento incrível dos funcionários. É possível ir a pé até a praça marquês de pombal e pegar aqueles típicos ônibus turísticos, por exemplo, que saem dali. Há opções de restaurantes ao redor e estacionamento conveniado pago, bem próximo.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We like the view and the walk distance to public transport was easy and close by.
The only thing was during the breakfast the employees were not kind and it look like they were irritated all time.
