I wanted to complain about *Residencial Horizonta * that we stayed from June 3 to 11 in Portugal Lisbon. The room was dirty. There are bed bugs, we all got bites on body. I complained to the front desk, but not getting any help. The front desk staff not even write down our complain. He asked us to talk to the manager but didn’t give us the manager contact. We found that it’s no point to get any help from the hotel or argue with the staff. We didn’t want to ruin our vacation, and further damage our body with bug bites. We decided to find another hotel. We didn’t use the room for 3 nights and much appreciate that if Expedia can step in and offer some credit or compensation for future trip.

It was very basic and dated. The staff were lovely however I had to go looking for any pillows and couldn’t find a duvet or sheets. Ended up having to get a sleeping bag liner from decathlon because I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been washed (marks on mattress sheet)

Very well located with the subway station just outside the hotel. Because it's located on a boulevard you can hear the traffic going by at night when you sleep. Was not a problem for me would stay here again when in Lisbon.

Good location, not a bad hotel
Hotel is in good location, just infront of the metro station, the downside is… when metro go on strike, i have to walk 30 minutes to the train station. Breakfast is included in my booking, it was not a bad breakfast at all, but it will be great if they change their breakfast menu. During my 5 days stay, the breakfast menu was the same, so on my last day i have to go out and have breakfast in burger king because just looking at the breakfast i feel like im gonna vomit as im eating the same menu in the last 4 mornings. Hotel is clean and safe. I booked a double bed, but on arrival my room is twin single bed. The toilet/shower is small but not a problem at all. Their bed needs upgrading, its hard like a board and the sheet is so thin, it will be good if theres a duvet instead of a sheet. Maybe adding electric kettle in the room will give another thumbs up from the client. The staffs are very helpful. If i visit lisbon again, i will consider having this hotel again.

Buena ubicación y buen precio para la zona.
Elegimos este hotel por la ubicación. Tiene una parada de metro en la acera de enfrente. Y un parking muy económico en el edificio de al lado (Parque Maria Cristina). El hotel es un poco antiguo, pero compensó que nos dieron la única habitación que hay en la última planta. Era enorme, con 5 camas, 2 televisores y 2 aires acondicionados. El baño muy amplio. Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und frage mich wohl zu Recht, warum man in ein kleines Zimmer 3 Betten quetschen muß, sodaß ein Bewegen kaum möglich ist. Außerdem ist in der heutigen Zeit eine Steckdose im Zimmer, die man zudem noch hinter dem Bett suchen muß, mehr als rückständig. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück und die Metrostation genau gegenüber !

Estive hospedado 8 Noites. Peguei um quarto para 3 pessoas. Banheiro com banheira. Água quente no banho e torneira. Café da manhã muito bom, com café com leite, suco, paes, queijo, presunto, danone e frutas. Metro a frente do Hotel, o que possíbilita ir a todos os cantos de Lisboa. Para quem for alugar carro, o hotel não tem estacionamento, mas tem Parking Público a 10 Euros por 24 horas. Deixar no estacionamento é mais barato que deixar na rua. Na rua é permitido parar de segunda a sexta das 19hs até as 9:00. Localização do Hotel é muito boa, proximo do Shoping El Corte Ingles e uma Decatlhon.

ここは地下鉄青線のParque(おそらく公園からつけた名前)を出て目の前にあるホテルで一見アパートの用ですが機能としてはしっかりホテルです。受付は入って階段を一つ降りた地下一階で受付の人は何人かと話をしましたがどの人も気さくでこちらが何をしたいか分かっていてうまく対応してくれます。朝食は3階の食堂でビュッフェ形式。1週間の滞在でほぼほぼ同じ内容でしたが，まぁ問題ないかなと思います。ヨーロッパのいろんな国の人が観光できているらしく，イタリア語・フランス語・英語が聞こえてきていました。部屋は毎日戻ってくるとしっかりきれいになっていて気持ちよく過ごせました。隣の音はたまに聞こえてきていたので，壁はすごく厚いわけではないと思うのだけれど気になることは殆どなかったので適度なのでしょう。シャワーとトイレはヨーロッパの普通のシングルルームと変わらないので良くも悪くもない感じです。初日にテレビのリモコンを渡されましたがほとんどつけませんでした。歩いて5分くらいのところに地元民むけのスーパーがありましたが，あまりお土産になりそうなものは売ってないです。このパルケ駅はエドゥアルド7世公園の中腹くらいの位置にあるので公園まではすぐです。あさジョギングしたい人には最高の立地かも知れないです。また今回私の仕事仲間は殆ど示し合わせたかのように公園の麓のMarques de Pombelという地下鉄付近に泊まっていました。その辺りは手頃な価格で地元料理を食べられるところが幾つもあるので，そこで夕飯を取ることが多かったです。そこからはもちろん夜風に当たりながら10分もあるけば部屋につけるので，食事の面でも立地は良かったです。
