With 131 rooms, VIP Executive Picoas Hotel is the result of the conversion of an old court into a modern 4-star hotel, in the centre of Lisbon. With a privileged location, the hotel is 2 minutes' walk from the Picoas Metro Station, 4 from the Parque Metro Station, while the famous El Corte Ingles department store is 5 minutes away and Marquês de Pombal Square 10.

The hotel features high quality public areas, such as the bar and the restaurant, ideal for enjoying your stay in Lisbon. The bar is located on the ground floor and is an ideal meeting place for a drink, a light meal or an informal meeting.

On the 5th floor there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a varied breakfast, according to our guests' requirements, who come for work or leisure, while enjoying a superb view over the city of Lisbon. Close to Metro and easy go to tourist spots, of course Uber to tourist spot is also a good choice (Price is reasonable !!!) .There are 3 supermarkets close to it...easy for buying extra drink, snack and wine back to home ! I loved my stay here, would reccomend it, and will likely bring ny fruends and family next year. The location is perfect, close enough to everything and anything you would ever need, but not right in the centre so you can get excellent rest. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Cleaning was excellent, rooms are spacious and well designed (especially loved the deep tub and blackout curtains). Can't wait to come back!

The hotel was located in a quiet area, but still near everything. The design was very pleasing, the bar and restaurant staff and offerings were all wonderful, and recommendations for local dining spot on. Rooms were spotless and housekeeping did a great job each day. I would highly recommend!

Only thing I didn’t like which unfortunately is a deal breaker for me is that there are no pressing irons available for guests at this hotel.

How can travelers who have folded clothes in luggages not have the means to straighten their clothes?

I visited Portugal with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we had a photoshoot planned. Day of, I realise we could not iron our outfits without having to pay and wait for laundry services, it was such a disappointment to have to wear regular clothes for our scheduled photoshoot session.

We enjoyed our time in our Portugal and plan on returning next year but I would not be staying at this hotel again.

The Christmas decorations in the main lobby were also a nice touch, very warm and welcoming.

We thought this 4 star hotel deserved to be 5 star -they are prompt in their replies both online and over the phone. Their staff is very courteous does not matter time of day and they do strive to keep their guests happy. I did not have their breakfast so I cannot comment on their breakfast but there's a nice grocery store literally right beside the hotel which makes breakfast,lunch and dinner easy to get. The location may be far from downtown but it's close to the metro and it does have a beautiful park ( Eduardo VII Park Parque Eduardo VII) which is quite big and also Uber/bolt is very cheap option to travel to downtown Lisbon. Overall amazing hotel. Top notch. Really glad we stayed here. P.s if you go to the top level they have a very nice restaurant and bar that is beautiful.

We spent a week at the VIP Executive Picoas and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It was worth paying to include the breakfast. It was good, there were many items to choose from, and it was open from 7 to 11 am. The hotel's central location and proximity to the subway makes it the ideal location for seeing Lisbon.

I want to say that both Joao & Mariana were very, very helpful and answered all the questions. Advised us on places to visit within the city. Arranged for our takeaway breakfast as we had an early flight to catch.
This hotel was chosen for its connectivity to two metro stations and a couple of supermarkets, including Aldi.
We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family when they visit Lisbon.

I always look for a hotel that offers a good breakfast spread (not just a basic continental one), and Picoas Hotel did not disappoint. The menu varies daily, so it never feels repetitive. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Picoas Hotel is conveniently located near the Metro and tour bus departures. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of the city center. There’s also a large department store, several food halls, and a supermarket nearby. The in-house restaurant is excellent and well worth trying.

The housekeeping was very flexibly adjust to our schedule. We rented an electric car -- No Parking, No charging stations. Desk attendant instructed us not to park where there's an \"X\" on a sign, but did not inform us the sign must not be in back of us -- car was booted as the signs were misleading. Never ventured to the restaurant on the 6th floor as it was never mentioned to us and advertising was limited. We had a nice stay despite all the car issues.

It has a nice 1950s feel to it. The location isn't exactly central but still close to Metro stations. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was really good value and varied a bit from day to day. Highly recommended.

Nice Location

I was in Lisboa for 4 days. The hotel is in a good location. Some locations were walkable others I needed to take an Uber. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is very clean. Great breakfast but dinner and lunch options for plant-based individuals are limited. I was in a 7th floor room that had a wraparound balcony, which was the best room in the hotel in my opinion. The view of the city was nice. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Great stay! Disappointing dinner

Amazing stay, very kind and helpful staff! Great location. Very comfortable room. Got a bottle of wine and cheese plate with jam as a member benefits, it was so nice. Excellent breakfast. Only one thing down. It was a dinner on the 5th floor restaurant-Cod fish. It was a plate mostly of fried bread, grilled garlic almost impossible to squeeze and very tiny piece of fish, not delicious and with bones. Price was expensive. It was very disappointing, especially that cod fish is usually very popular and delicious food in Portugal.

Wonderful stay

Everything was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, with grocery, restaurants, and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. We enjoyed having a drink on the 5th floor, we did not eat at the restaurant. I have no reservations recommending this place!

The bathroom very bad smell, afeter 2 days finally they give us another room, bicause we already had to in a tourist group they offered to move us with no problem when we came back my computer disappeared with everything and is cage, today we left for Spain and my computer still not found. I really hope they found it and give it back to me.

A pleasant stay - exceeded expectations

The hotel is within 4 minutes walk from 2 metro stations (Picoas & Parque), has easy access to buses. There is a supermarket just round the corner. Best of all, the staff were super helpful and accommodating. I have to mention Denise at reception who patiently printed out boarding passes for our group of 6 even though I made a few mistakes sending the wrong files to her. Overall, we have a very pleasant stay. It is not the most glamorous of hotels, but the staff allowed it to stand out.

The place was in a convenient, not touristic location with access to the metro a block away, a few restaurants (very good), and a grocery store next door. The people made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and our towels were changed daily. I had an issue with my TV not turning off and I had someone from the front office in my room within 5 minutes. I highly recommend it and I would stay there in my next visit to Lisbon.
