This property had a lot of things going for it, especially in the common areas: good aesthetic, large areas for hanging out, comfy beds, etc. However, significant issues arose. The most pressing issue: BUGS. In the bed. I’m reluctant to say bedbugs but something bit me all over during the night when I was sleeping. In addition, our air conditioner in the room leaked and therefore we couldn’t use it (and it was HOT as it was August), we reported the hair dryer not working and they said they’d replace it (never happened), and there was no hand towel or any towels provided for the washroom. Sad to say I was disappointed. Good area though.

They allow larger school groups to stay, so rooms were full of teenagers with little supervision. They were loud at all hours of the night in the hallways, stomping in the floors with no consideration of other guests.
After being up all night I tried to nap during the day but there is construction going on. Literally jackhammers and major construction. I couldn't tell if it was in the same building or nearby, but it went on all day.
We requested to cancel our second night and we're denied by the hotel. Even though there was no hot water either night (hot water was broken). So after walking around the city all day we couldn't even take a nice shower. I sent an email to the \"manager\" and never got a reply. The place is run by young people who claim only the manager can approve the requests, but the manager is not on site.
Don't ruin part of your vacation. Book somewhere else.

There were some issues with the elevators. They are not automatic and require special attention from guests to always close the doors, which often does not happen, preventing the elevator from working. The last floor is inaccessible by the elevator, and you need to go up the stairs, which could be a problem if you have heavy bags or any special health condition.

Paper thin walls so that people just rolling suitcases along the hall and talking in a normal voice at 1am is loud enough to wake you up, archaic lifts, so many rules posted everywhere (and I mean EVERYWHERE!), one pillow the thickness of a pamphlet per guest, rooms stilfling hot, directly under flight path so very noisy with the window open, no food or drink allowed in rooms but communal kitchen full of mouldy food and flies. Double bed not a double bed but two singles which separated when you moved around.
On the plus side, rooms were warm (duvet was nearly as thin as the pillows. Shower good and hot, linen and towels were clean. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious for 4 people and their luggage. Uber was only €10 for 4 people from the airport to the door. Breakfast was plentiful and good, everyone had something which is hard with a vegetarian usually. Staff were efficient and spoke English.
Overall not value for money and unlikely to stay again.

I had items stolen from the property refrigerator and the staff at checkout was indifferent and unhelpful in helping reassure me that it would be investigated. I had bought expensive pastries in Lisbon for my mother who lives in Canada and upon returning to the hotel for check out they were gone. One member of the staff knew precisely what I was looking for in the refrigerator and asked the rest of the staff where my pastries were. I was extremely upset as no one offered any compensation or reassurance that they would investigate. I will never return to any of the Wot Hostels in Lisbon. The manager has never responded to my email nor has anyone offered any concern. Very very disappointed with management and staff at this hostel. Our room was 150 euros a night. Never again!!!!!

Petit bémol pour la wifi qui ne marche pas forcément très bien dans les étages. Un peu de bruit le soir mais qui reste raisonnable. Si vous ne voulez pas être dérangé, prennez des bouchons d'oreilles.

Pior local que já me hospedei. Ficamos em um quarto privativo durante 8 dias e foi limpo apenas uma vez. Tive que pedir duas vezes a recepção que limpassem a segunda vez. O banheiro é terrível, você tem que ficar apertando um botão a cada 10 segundos pra poder ter água e os ralos são entupidos. Durante a noite até de madrugada há gritaria e inclusive um Karoke feito pelo hostel, descumprindo as próprias regras de não ser permitido barulho após as 22h. A luz do nosso quarto caiu durante a nossa estadia. O rapaz da recepção do turno da tarde extremamente grosseiro. O lugar é feio e com aspecto de sujo. ùnico ponto positivo são as duas moças da noite que são muito queridas e a localização do hostel. Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém.

Alles in Allem ein gutes Hostel mit schönem Außenbereich. Sauber und durch die geschlossenen Stockbetten hat man trotzdem Privatsphäre. Tolles und günstiges Getränke-Angebot an der Bar.

Lugar barulhento, em qualquer hora do dia... Fiquei em um quarto privativo, o porem é que este era de frente pra um alojamento conjunto, onde tunham varioa adolescentes, que faziam correria, batiam portas e gritavam nos corredores indiferente da hora do dia. Fiquei presa no elevador logo na chegada, e depois ao longo da estadia notei que em vários momentos havia alguém preso no mesmo.

Hôtel type auberge en effet que je ne recommande pas si vous recherchez un minimum de tranquillité et confort. Nous avons malheureusement séjourner la bas en même qu'une colonie de vacances ce qui n'a pas aidé a la tranquillité, peu d'insonorisation des chambres bcp de monde des les couloirs, beaucoup de bruit le soir et le matin bref, il faut effectivement apprécier l'ambiance auberge.
Pour le petit déjeuner continental vous pouvez repasser....c'est vraiment très très léger.
Conclusion générale le rapport qualité prix n'y est vraiment pas pour les chambres individuelles, passer votre chemin avec une trentaine d'euro de plus vous aurez du calme et un vrai petit déjeuner.

Indtjekningen var virkelig ineffektiv. Ventede 50 minutter i receptionen for at få min nøgle på trods af, at jeg allerede havde checket ind online. Badeværelset var ikke så lækkert, da der var smurt make-up flere steder på væggene. Sengen var fin nok, og personalet var flinke og behjælpelige. Kan gå an til en enkel overnatning, men vil ikke anbefale at booke til længere ophold.

I really enjoyed staying here! Really nice vibes. The hostel was nice, with cool wall arts. I stayed in the 4 beds only females dorm..the bunk bed was nice and roomy. They already made the bed and that's a plus, I also had a towel and a locket for my luggage. The place a little noisy until midnight, but then it eas very quiet..

Positief is dat het hotel dichtbij het centrum van Lissabon ligt. Voor jongelui die weinig eisen en geld hebben, is het hotel geschikt. De muren en plafonds lijken wel van papier. O atendimento é super amigável e ha um grupo de WhatsApp onde sao postadas atividades diariamente promovidas pelo hostel. Os elevadores sao uma experiência à parte - dao medo mas funcionam. O quarto com banheiro privativo nao tem TV, nem frigobar, mas conta com um bom ar-condicionado. Um detalhe incômodo é o funcionamento do chuveiro: é preciso pressionar a valvula de saida da água varias vezes durante o banho; caso contrário a saida da água é interrompida. O cafe-da-manhã é bem objetivo mas atende.
