Hotel is in a good location and staff were very friendly.
However the room we had was dated and shabby, though there was evidence of some rooms being renovated.
The main problem was the noise. There appears to be no noise insulation and you could here everything that was going on in adjoining rooms.
Being woken up at 3 am by copulating couples is not what you want when you need to get up early for a train.

The room had no outlets, to charge the phone, only in the bathroom, which caused me to not hear my alarm and be late for a meeting. The bathroom has a weird set up. The door does not open all the way, and you'd have to step into the bathtub, to be able to close the door and have access to the toilet. There are no shower curtains or doors, so the bathroom gets very wet after a shower. The breakfast was not good.

Room was nice, staff friendly and helpful. I would have preferred early check-in but they did stow my luggage and offered me breakfast prior to check-in time, so that was lovely. Good location near the park and metro stop as well. I would consider staying there again.

The room was very small but clean and the location was 1.2 a blocks away from the Subway to the Center of town and the airport. But because of the problems I had here I would NEVER stay here again. Google and Apple Maps keep directing you to an address that was a block away. Very frustrating. Then while taking a shower the shower door fell off its tracks and trapped me in the shower. The hotel offered me another room but made no effort to apologize or offer any compensation for the problem
Bad news hotel!!! I could have been badly cut if the glass had broken

Great pasta place one minute away. The hotel breakfast was good. Mostly I have pros. The cons are that the laundry lady was nice, but she lost my socks and getting into the tiny bathroom took some acrobatic moves. The AC was fabulous in the room.

Excellent hotel for the money. Convenient location. Everything is clean. Quite varied breakfast (scrambled eggs, omelette, ham, cheese, juices, yogurts, tea, coffee, pastries, fruits, vegetables), but not the most delicious. Problems with hot water: when you first use it, you need to drain the water for a long time to get hot water.

I found it very rundown. Furniture in the room old, marked up and dirty. It says handicapped available but there are stairs just to get into it then another set to get to the check-in desk. Not accommodating at all. We did not stay the 2 nights I had booked so still charged for both nights even thou I told them the night we booked in that we were not staying. They didn’t tell me they Couldn’t cancel it and by the time the next day they told me that it was too late.

Nice 3 star hotel on a quiet street close to metro and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Elevator and stairs made it quite accessible. Beautiful park and arboretum across the street definitely worth a few hours to explore, enjoy and relax

We only stayed one night but it was nice. The location was great and we walked to restaurants and shops. The room was small but clean. The morning we were checking out, the elevator was broken but there was no sign on our floor so we ended up waiting for a long time. Then we had to carry down our luggages using the stairs which was not easy. There was a sign on the first floor saying the elevator was out of order though. 😂 The washroom was clean but whenever we turned on the fan, there was a strong unpleasant odor. Overall a nice hotel with very competitive price! Would recommend!

The property is brand new close to the centre. Walkable to the bus stops and Metro (Parque).
The only thing is the checking in process is so slow. I had to ask 3 times is everything okey? Are we done? Then after 30 minutes we are given the go signal. After a tiring flight we had to wait for 30 minutes for what? Considering there were 2 people at the time of check in it took this long to check in to check 2 passports?

Would’ve preferred a double bed over two single beds in the double room. Also, the cleaning lady knocked on our door 10 minutes prior to checkout pointing at her watch and saying “checkout!” - a bit rude!

Please do not be fooled by them saying that there is parking available. They have 5 parking spaces that is first come first served, with a huge amount of rooms your chances of getting a space are incredibly slim. Especially as they have workers park there too.

I booked the wrong week and immediately tried to contact the hotel to change it. They ignored me and Hotels.com and charged me for the stay, even after I rebooked for the correct week.

They were obstinate and not customer friendly.

Your hotel offers bare bone basics including customer service. 2 out of 3 employees were smoking AT the front door failed to notify of the designated residential parking, got my car clamped with $140 fine(hotel guy claimed he didn't see us arriving in a car as most of the people arrive on foot or Uber- not a real explanation) Also, when asked why the 4 of us weren't advised on the parking regulation he wasn't interested in discussing much of the details and carried on with his emails (ignoring my conversation with him) TRAIN your staff properly so it's not coming out of my expense to train them. Other hotels at least treat their guests with \"welcome to our hotel and so on” good luck with your business when you don't treat your guests with ultimate care and respect. I will be requesting your hotel to cover my parking bill due to improper introduction of your hotel and the areas

1. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room that was not ready for a new guest.
I had to come down and ask for another one.

2. Next day the cleaning lady entered without knocking and told me that the reception had informed her that the guest left the room for definite.

3.Last day while I was having breakfast, the cleaning lady took all towels even though there was a mark on a room Not to disturb. So when I came back there was nothing to dry oneself up after the shower.

4. Facilities are old.

Positive- friendly and helpful staff, very clean, newly renovated, spacious room and bathroom, good location, well served by public transport, very good breakfast.

Not so good- no extra blankets in the room, no water bottle, no coffee or tea in the room. It’s only little details but, for the cost of the staying, at least a water bottle was expected.

Rude staff, false advertising, NO FREE PARKING!

All reception staff must attend customer service training right away because they are all very rude and do not appreciate their customers. Upon check in, we were told that there isn't any free parking despite the fact that it clearly stated on the website that it would be available to their customers. I was not happy that we would have to pay extra at a parking garage. When I complained about this, I was told that if I wanted, I can cancel my stay and would not be getting a refund. I expected them to apologize that our expectations were not being met, but instead what I got was nasty, nonchalant uncaring attitude. I will never visit this establishment again and will definitely not be recommending it to anybody. BTW, elevator is TOO SMALL!!!

I got a room on the fourth floor and the elevator had broken down one week before my arrival, but nobody notified me of the very important issue. The breakfast service was bad, the attendant apparently was in a nasty mood. It was a very bad experience.

The property was under construction, no notice to guest while booking. The new air conditioner does NOT cool the room, it was extremely hot in the room. No elevator, this is an issue especially for anyone that has issues with mobility! We had to carry out bags down the stairs as there were no staff to assit. The property can be much better if the owners listened. Management should have to experience this for themselves to understand how this impacts playing guests!!The staff are not the problem. Thank you

Overall a good stay.

Good location. Helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The lift was being renovated so we had to climb the 6 flights of stairs but the hotel kindly offered free breakfast as compensation. Overall the accommodation and service was good but the hotel does look a little tired in places but perhaps the lift is the start of an overall update. However, I would recommend to friends and family.

Air conditioning didnt work effectively. Important when temperature is in the high 80s. The two female desk staff were friendly and helpful. The male staff, indifferent and unhelpful. It is a great location and the room was nicely decorated and immaculate.

We chose this location because it is close to the Metro so easy to get to the bus station or airport. The elevator was under construction so we had to take the stairs up 5 flights. They gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience. The bathroom door was broken so doesn't close. The desk chair was broken. The curtain fell down when we closed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy at reception carried our 2 large luggage up to the 5th floor for us

Not 3 stars hotel. Hardly, 2 stars. Nobody was there for check in and a restauration worker had to call for someone. The room was in bad shape, the bath had bad odor, the third bed was really unconfortably, the room phone did not work at all, and was never fixed...........etc
