Great access to restaurants and downtown area, even by walking. The building is 19th century, so the elevators are small, and a family needs to travel these in groups or individually. The staff were fantastic and accommodating, and the breakfast was sensational and included with your stay.

Customer support is superb, from quick responses to communications, to helpful staff at the kitchen and front desk during our stay. And of course, the bountiful breakfast with lots of healthy choices. The rooms are good size, the huge shower head's \"rain\" so relaxing, and the scent of hair and body gel, and towels as well are all so pleasant. The location is great and we lucked out on street parking in 2 occasions. The nearby Telpark was a good backup option. Highly recommend!!

First of all it is not like it looks on the Expedia website. I arrived super late because of my flight itinerary and wanted to go straight to my room. The girl makes me sign paper and talk for a long time about many indications I was so exhausted. Everything is money. They wanted to charged me 100 euros for hold in case something happen to the little room even tho I was going to be there only that night. It was a problem if I leave earlier as I didn’t even catch what she said since I was so tired. The breakfast was bad. Poor food to pick only two types of fruit. The juice was bad. The room was incredibly small and the neighborhood was not the best option to stay if you come with kids. They had the audacity to ask me if I consume something for. The room and they didn’t have not even water free. I won’t be staying here again and definitely they need to update the extra charge or hold for people to be prepared even tho if it’s one layover night stay.

Breakfast was good. There isn’t much indoor sitting area so they have a covered patio outdoors, which was a little cold but OK for me in January. The subway is a seven minute walk downhill from the hotel and another subway line is about us eight minute walk uphill from the hotel. The only real complaint was the towels were so flimsy. They need to get plush towels. Also, the sink in the room is too tiny for a slob like me.

The location of this property is super! Just a short walk to Rossio square. The staff and breakfast really make this hotel stand out. The staff go beyond what you would expect of a small hotel chain. Rooms are quaint. We had a balcony which was nice, but the room was really small! Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We would stay here again! Grocery just us the street.

We stayed from Oct 14-19th in room 203: front of the building with a balcony. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room however was much smaller than we expected and very noisy with the street just below and there is also a bar where the noise went on until 3:30 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper it may not be the right place for you.

Beautiful apartments for adult only stays in downtown Lisbon area. The room was very clean with wonderful views and an incredible breakfast selection. My only concern is that it is sandwiched between 2 questionable nightclubs which were not loud but attracted questionable clientele. Also not meant for handicapped people.Since the elevator is too small to accommodate a wheelchair.

We had a warm welcome and found the breakfast was a perfect selection. Our room had a few cleanliness issues, but nothing too much. Our original room was not available but the choice provided instead was convenient for us.
The staff were excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit. One thing that we found interesting is that the front desk is up a flight of stairs and around the corner - so it felt like we were walking into an apartment building without any reception to greet us. However, once we decided to ascend the stairs and check it out, we found a smiling face and were provided with a small bottle of sparkling wine and some berries to welcome us.

We had a kitchenette, which provided for a larger room. Included was a clothes washer but no dryer or drying rack. In addition storage space for hanging clothes was terrible, the clothes bar did not have enough height to hang clothes. The biggest drawback was no safe, granted they did not advertise a safe but in this day and age you would think it would be a standard provision. The bed was terrible, two singles pushed together with one bottom sheet. Maintenance was lacking, we had a toilet not mounted to the floor, the plug in the sink didn’t work, the entrance hall lights didn’t work and the towels were long past their useful life.
On the plus side the breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was only a 15 minute walk from the centre of the action.

Breakfast was more than expected, rich and various. Loved the fruits, quiches, different types of bread and cakes.
The location is very central and close to bus and metro station. Loved it!

Property is located close to the Lisbon center. The property is great and included a kitchen! Even a small washer under the sink. There was an electric stove complete with a refrigerator that had a freezer. The breakfast was great and the dining environment was also refreshing! Overall, great staff and amenities. I had a really disappointing stay. The sink in my room was broken and leaking all over the floor, and after going back and forth with the front desk, the only other room offered was right by the noisy breakfast area. I ended up staying in the original room and just cleaned the water myself. On top of that, a big bag of souvenirs went missing from my room. This was not the experience I expected at all.

I would assume there is much better value available in Lisbon. Do your research. Staff acted annoyed when we asked some very basic questions. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we were told it was because we came back to our room to early (came back at 2pm and cleaners apparently finished work at 4pm. Made no sense. And the door to our room literally op Ned up to the lobby of the hotel. Under delivered for the investment (we paid $300/night)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel while in Lisbon. Quiet and small hotel, with a small elevator.
Breakfast was served daily, and it was quite nice. While there, we had scrambled eggs, croissants, yogurt, bread, loafs, quiche, sweets, fruit, an assortment of salami, ham and cheeses, juice, and coffee.
It was about a 5-10 minute walk to Marquês de Pombal metro station. It was 3 metro stops to Baixa Chiado station.
We had a great time in Lisbon and found this hotel very nice and convenient.

Overall everything was great. Room service comes in everyday to change towels and make our beds. 6 minute walk from the metro which was very convenient. There’s a convenience store minutes away from the hotel and an another one conveniently by the hotel. There are sound proof windows which was excellent except on Sunday where you can hear the club music next door. The staff were very welcoming super accommodating. Quick checkin and comfortable stay. My only feedback is if they catered to Muslim folks for their included breakfast and had halal options for meat. Doesn’t take away from everything else tho!

Location-wise, it’s important to note that the property is about a 15–20 minute Uber ride from downtown or the historic districts like Alfama and Baixa. Traffic in Lisbon can vary, so this is something to consider if proximity to the old town is a top priority. However, if you appreciate staying in a calmer, more modern neighborhood, LX51 offers just that.

The hotel is located in a convenient part of the city, close to shopping and the Subway. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. A complimentary breakfast is available every morning with a wide selection of tasty foods. Now for the bad. The hotel is very small, so if you need space, you won't find much. I shared a room with one other person and only one of us has drawer space. The elevator fits 2 people or one person and luggage. Many aspects of the room design felt rushed and poorly thought out, but I can only speak for the room style I had. The TV was small and too far from the bed. It also fell out of the wall during the night because it was drilled only into the drywall (the staff repaired it quickly). The shower didn't close, and the shower curtain was too short, so water always got on the floor. The windows open to a low railing and no screen, so be careful with small children. The air conditioner sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Also, one of the lights didn't work. Overall, my stay was alright, but I wouldn't stay there again. The breakfast was the best part.

The AC unit you can’t necessarily control the temperature (a bit of an issue for us Americans that are used to a/c) but the staff was always able to resolve the problem, close to metro, in the city (you may hear people talking in streets). Very comfy suite for our family of 3.

The staff were accommodating, storing my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was really helpful. The room was perfectly fine for my short trip as I was out most of the day and evening exploring Lisbon. Just would have liked a kettle/mini-fridge but perhaps that’s for bigger hotels. I felt safe in both the area and the building.

The location was excellent, with lots to do nearby and easy access to other parts of the city. I didn’t need to use the metro, just the local buses. Breakfast being included and having an outdoor seating area were nice extras.

The only small downside was my room being directly opposite reception — I didn’t love the idea of people seeing me come and go, but it didn’t end up being a big issue. My room also had a cute balcony, which I didn’t use much, but it was a nice touch. Overall, a really good stay!

Our stay at LX51 Studios & Suites by APT IIN – Lisbon Center was fantastic! The location is not only convenient for exploring the city but also close to the airport, making travel hassle-free.
