A basic hotel with just a kettle and mini small Fridge.
We arrived about 10:15 am. We were allowed to leave our luggage. We returned at 2:30pm...but had to wait intil checking time at 3:00pm. It seemed they do not allow check-in not a minute before 3:00pm.
The rooms were cleaned daily. This is a spacious and clean hotel.
There is a restaurant on site. However there are many restaurants, supermarket, transportation and shopping just steps away.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The manager was very thoughtful and respectful.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff are helpful. Room was clean, WiFi is good and the shower was decent. Comfy bed and excellent pillows. Several restaurants within 3 minutes walk. Hotel is close to metro station but the hill is steep (although not too bad by Lisbon standards). There is traffic noise from nearby main road but the road the hotel is on is fairly quiet so noise levels are fine unless you are a very light sleeper.

Breakfast buffet is decent quality but would benefit from more variety of meat/cheese. However if you want cake for breakfast this hotel is for you!

Overall although it lacks wow factor this is a good hotel and I would happily stay here again.

I took the hotel parking for 10 euro a day, BUT be careful don not ever park opposite or along the hotel parking spaces these are reserved for local residents, if you do they will chain your car with heavy fines. You can use underground public parking just near by

All the comforts of a display home

The rooms are large, almost like an apartment with an entrance, lounge room (2nd bedroom), bathroom and master bedroom. Clean and fairly modern which makes the complete lack of even basic amenities so much more stark. There is no tea/coffee making facility, no iron or ironing board, no fridge, nothing - not even so much as a plastic cup! In short if you're not either in bed or in the bathroom staying here is going to make you feel miserable but if that's all you want then it's ok...I guess?

Oh and in my room/apartment the toilet ran constantly and the fuse box buzzed - both loudly enough to add a certain ambience. I mentioned both issues to the management so I'm sure they'll be fixed in time for the next guest.

We drove in from Sentra and chose this hotel due to the free parking as indicated on Hotels.com. We were quickly told that is not the case. The receptionist was extremely rude from that point forward. She gave us a suggested parking garage that was 15 Euro. We chose a closer one for 13 Euro which further frustrated her. This location was great but really noisy.

Hotel is in a very handy location - close to Parque Metro and shopping at El Corte Ingles - and convenient to the airport. The surrounding neighborhood is local and upscale. The offered breakfast is quite good. The condition of the hotel itself is a little past its prime. That is perhaps the only negative.

large suite for family, great location

The suite that my family stayed in was larger than is typical in most hotel. It had two separate rooms with a bathroom in between. They have the European metal blinds that close so the rooms become nice a dark to get over jetlag. Each room had a separate, high quality air conditioner. The location next to the park and proximity to two distinct subway lines was fantastic. Service was great, breakfast downstairs was convenient. Lots of good restaurants nearby. If you are looking for fancy, lavish decorations this is not the place for you. The rooms are functional but a bit outdated. The bathroom seemed to be newly decorated. All was clean and the natural light and views made up for any shortcomings in the decor.

Untrained staff, rigid rules, needs upgrading.

Conveniently located hotel with good potential..., however staff needs training..., the air conditioning unit in my room did not work, and when I called the receptionist, he tried to fix it with me on the pone, he went on to scold me, because he assumed I wasn't following his instructions, it wasn't only until the manager came in later that evening, and tried to fix it himself, he realize there was a real problem. The rooms and apartments are located in the back, facing a courtyard, the balcony is low, and it doesn't have a security railing, it feels very dangerous specially if you are traveling with kids and teenagers. I arrived at 10 AM after an overnight flight from USA; and I was told if I wanted to have access to my room before 3 PM I would have to pay a full day extra...., this is the first time I was confronted with such unwelcoming statement in my numerous travels to Europe, the management of the hotel, should keep in mind that customers like me, make the business and their salaries possible, with many options in the area, they should be appreciative I opted for their property. I wasn´t given the chance to respond , and the receptionist showed me the credit card machine to charge the extra day, and extra city taxes for the few hours before 3 PM, very unpleasant......I of course declined and waited.

Overall decor is outdated and poor, elevator too small to transport luggage up to the rooms. Stairs are filthy and old. A shame that a hotel in such a magnificent location in the city center is this outdated and old in comparison to the wonderful hotel across the street. This owner spent more money renovating the restaurant, when it should have been allocated to renovating rooms.

What we liked: The room was very clean, the master bedroom was nice, the sheets crisp and white, bathroom very clean, the attached restaurant was very accommodating while we waited to check in.

What we didn't like: The receptionist let us struggle with the door and luggage while she watched, she was not very friendly, I couldn't close one of the bedroom windows, the floor was very old and boards were separated, much of the door trims needed replacement and there was no airport shuttle service as advertised!

This is great place to stay. Rooms are very spacious and very friendly staff. Location is excellent, less than five minutes walk to Marques de Pombal from where all tourist buses and hop on hop off buses leave. Stop for airport bus is only two minutes walk. Lot of good restaurants in the area. Hotel had its own restaurant, seems like quite popular for good food .i will certainly stay there again next time.

My family of 4 and I stayed here 1 night before flying out of Lisbon...Hotel is ok, no easy access to elevators for multiple luggage (We had 5) so that was not fun. Luggage had to be carried up some stairs (no ramps) and multiple trips since elevators are so small. Room was decently big, decently clean and beds ok. Was not worth the price we paid

The hotel itself is a bit worn and shabby.It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Its position near Parque and Pombal stations and right near Avenida da Liberdade cannot be bettered.

The\"continental buffet\"breakfast is quite substantial and it kept me filled up for most of the day.I can't eat gluten, but I saw the croissants and rolls were cooked in house, so they must have been incredibly fresh and warm.1 thing I would ask for would be some tomatoes to have with the ham and cheese.

The rooms are comfortable and large.When I walked in,there was a room with 2 beds(spare bed linen available in the cupboards),then a vestibule,off which was the bathroom and then the bedroom with the TV.

WiFi was perfect, with no interruptions and a strong signal all the time.

I do a lot of food shopping in Lisbon and the 1 deficiency was that there was no fridge in my room. The charming and helpful reception guys put my stuff in their fridge for me and on the last evening froze my freezer blocks so I could get my smoked cod and lovely Portuguese cheese back to Morocco safely.They also called cabs for me and found addresses on the map to help the drivers,as I was going to restaurants off the beaten track.

I normally stay in an hotel just round the corner,but I might transfer allegiance!

So,all-in-all,I would normally have given this sort of establishment a 4, but those incredibly helpful guys have improved it to a 5 on the overall experience.

The place was dirty and the room was out of a horror movie. Carpets were stained and there were window's looking into our room from the hallway...Holes in the walls too. Most bizarre of all, there was a looked room inside our unit.

In the current state, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The check in was fab. Very polite young man behind the desk and everything was ready for us. We booked and paid via Expedia and despite being told that we would need to pay an additional fifteen euros \"resort fee\" at the hotel, none was asked for. Overall initial impression was good. We paid for a double room with a cot and we're given a suite....It was not three star. It was a decent, clean two star. It was dated and the location of the room was terrible....I cannot quite describe it - the floor had a communal internal balcony (with a sheer drop) overlooking....a rundown block of flights. And then the worst of all, the bathroom stank so much we couldn't use it. I don't mean to be harsh - the staff are excellent, it was clean and the breakfast was really very good. But three stars? Absolutely not.

Hotel room was large and clean. In fact two rooms both with twin beds plus large bathroom.
Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Lots of little caves downstairs.
Just felt a bit miffed by making a reservation for a double, was allocated a twin in a very old room, asked to be moved to double, still got twins but a better room. Didn't replenish soaps etc or tea for a three day stay.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, sin embargo no hay nada de amenidades, veniamos de un viaje de una semana en varios hoteles anteriormente y al menos en todos había agua, algunas cosas complementarias como jabón, crema, kit dental hasta cafe y te. En la habitación de Central Park parecía que eso hubo alguna vez pues había una tetera y 1 taza (siendo que era una habitación triple), y una charola como para poner sobres de te, cafe, azucar, incluso cucharas. Al preguntar en recepción nos informaron que no se daba nada mas, pero amablemente nos dio 1 taza extra. La persiona black out de la ventana derecha de la habitación no bajaba completa, el elevador principal no servia. En general fue buena la estancia, pero quedo un poco corta del resto de las experiencias.

A água quente do chuveiro acaba rápido. Tomamos banho frio por dois dias. Resposta da recepção foi que era necessário aguardar 1 hora para ter água quente de novo.
Nos hospedamos em 4 pessoas. O quarto só tinha 2 jogos de toalha, não tinha cobertor e o sabonete que acabou não foi reposto. Foi necessário solicitar na recepção.
Na frente do Hotel não pode estacionar, as vagas são somente para moradores locais, a sinalização dessa informação foi insuficiente. Ha multa de 145 Euros e seu carro fica bloqueado.
Os atendendetes da cozinha são maravilhosos, educados e gentis. A localização é espetacular. Fácil acesso a tudo. Bem perto do metrô.

Hotellet är prisvärt, ligger bra till, det tar ca 20 min att gå ner mot \"centrum\", tunnelbanan ligger nära, sköna sängar, lite slutet men i förhållande till priset så är det helt ok.

체크인 할때 시간이 좀 걸렸지만 전체적으로 깨끗하고 조용한 호텔 이었습니다. 시내 및 바로 옆 공원이어서 산책하기도 촣다. 주차장은 공용주차장에 가능하고 하루에 16Euro 이다.
