Room was good, beds were semi-hard, bed sheets too short for bed, kept bunching up. Bathroom needs maintenance: faucet not bolted down and flopping around, cabinet falling apart. Heat/Air Con in the room worked well. Nice kitchen facilities. Elevator worked well. Located in business district so fewer traveller amenities than tourist areas. 3 code sets to remember to enter building and room. Place could be wonderful with minimal maintenance. Side note: Breakfast at Jupiter hotel next door was all you can eat spectacularama for 16€ per person. Metro right outside the front door.

The room was dirty - there were stains on the carpet and on the bed covers. The curtains were falling off the rails. The kitchen and work space were communal for the whole floor - so not in our suite as described.
We contacted the booking agent as we did not even stay one night (but paid for 6 nights). They were unwilling to give us any more of a refund than 50% for 2 of the 6 nights. Worst experience ever - not using hotels.com again as they were no help in the situation. Will revert to booking directly with the hotels or using airbnb.com

Can’t complaint that much, but its a horrible experience to beaten by a bed bug and now am suffering too much itchiness all over my body. And above my wrist where i was beaten now its swollen.The itchiness affects my other itinerary.

Bed sheet had ugly stains. Bathrooms were filthy. There was no receptionist or anyone to help with these problems. You could contact staff by message, but they ignored you. They provide stained towels, but the water is turned off for the showers. I had to wash n the sink. The place is dirty and badly managed.

Horrible! It's probably the worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed in. I don't even know if it qualifies as a hotel or motel because there was no front desk staff so everything was done through messaging. The room was okay. The bathroom was not clean. There was no soap to take a shower with, and overall was just too dirty to even consider showering. Would not reccomend. Also they do not let you hold your luggage. There's a strict 11:30 am checkout, and the owner was being rude when I asked if I could leave my luggage.

We got to our room and found long black hair on the cover. We opened the bed to look at the sheets and they were stained and covered in more hair. Carpet was spotted and dirty. The building is in poor condition and halls very dark. Shower was very moldy and there was feces stuck on the toilet.

We could not stay in the filth and requested a refund. It was denied. We lost $94 and had to book at a nearby hotel which is clean and bright and in good repair. This place should not be allowed to list on Expedia. We are very disappointed.

We are seasoned travelers and not overly picky.
The photos do not match the current condition. Stay away.

Very friendly stay and i guess you get what you pay for. Shared bathroom was not kept clean, couldn’t get ourselves to use the shower. Very telling that the bedding and towels had been reused multiple times. Room overall was neat. Stayed for a night area seemed safe and secure.

There are seven rooms that are fairly small. The post did not mention that the bathrooms (two bathrooms) is shared between the seven rooms. It was inconvenient for us to wait to use the restroom because another guest was using it.
The garbage was built up under the sink in the kitchen. The garbage was not being taken out on a daily basis by the cleaning lady. And the last two nights we were there the AC stopped working. There is no staff on site. So we had to deal with the room being a bit hot.

Overall no major complaints. Wanted to give 3.5 as better than 3 stars but not a 4! The owner was very quick with responses and helped with luggage storage as we arrived early. The room was pretty good as well with housekeeping done on day 3. Our concers were:
1. The bedsheets and pillow covers could have been cleaners (without some staines), although they were washed.
2. The AC was inconsistent throughout the night.

As we spend most of our time roaming around, it was perfect for us for the price we paid.

Good location and price, however the aircon didn’t work properly and it was so hot in the room to sleep properly and as it’s right on the main road can’t sleep with the windows open to let air in with all the traffic noise…. Would not recommend to stay here unfortunately. Really regretted booking multiple nights here…

Great little rooms, but not really calm

Great location, good service but you can hear the other guests using the bathroom and even if you have the ensuite rooms, still have to deal with hearing the other guests take their showers, chat in their rooms or even use the toilet. Not exactly romantic. The kitchen wasn't really clean either. But if your hesitating between a private room in a hostel and a proper hotel or flat rental, this is a good in-between and that exact in-between pricepoint. Service was good, location is great and we felt very safe there. There was a lot of construction, street npise as well as hearing the other guests go about their business there. I'd go back alone, but not for a romantic getaway.

Three stars is reasonable. Staff was only there after 11:30 since i’ve never seen any and only disposed of general rubbish left in the room. Property is comfortable but shower is a common area which was not very pleasant. Location is great with metro right below the building and easy access to your room. There’s also a common kitchen area. Only towels are provided, soap, shower gel and other items you must have/buy.

I would not recommend this hotel for these reasons:

- They use a passcode system to enter your room and the hotel, and changed my passcode before my checkout date, leaving me locked out of not just my room but the hotel itself.
- They do not have staff onsite for check in (even during the hours they say they should have staff). So if you just arrive and try knocking, you won't be able to get inside
- All the lights were off inside the hotel, I had to find my room with a literal flashlight
- NLC does not have an official contact phone number (the one on Google is incorrect), meaning you can only reach them via email and they can take hours to respond, so good luck if you're locked outside

The only good things were the tidiness, and the room itself being aesthetically pleasing. Would not recommend overall due to the above.

The room is clean, the staff are nice.
I did not expect that the bathrooms are shared coz there is no clear mention about that in the property. We had issues with the AC, the staff look into it urgently, however, until we checked out, they were not able to fix it. My boyfriend and I have to suffer the loud noise outside coz we have to open the window otherwise, we’ll be sweaty all night. Nonetheless, I am still giving it a good rating for the price and if the AC is working fine.

I booked a room and received an email asking what time I would arrive.
I answered that my flight would arrive only at 10:00 pm in Lisbon and that therefore the chekin would be later. Subsequently I received no notification or cancellation. The result is that on arriving at the place no one answered and as the building was completely dark I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Such irresponsibility is simply deplorable. In my case, because I had no problems with communication, it was not impossible to remedy the situation. However, for tourists without Portuguese mastery this could be an immense stress.

남자 두명이서 갔는데 침대는 하나씩 두개있어서 편히 잤고요 샤워실이랑 화장실이랑 같이 되어있어서 한명 들어가서 쓰면 기다려야해요 근데 여기에서 묵는 사람이 많이 없어서 비교적 자유롭게 썼고요 방 크기는 캐리어 28인치 넉넉하게 펴놓고 돌아다닐수 있는 정도에요
집 들어갈때 출입구 문에 걸려있는 키 보관함 열때 조금 빡센던것빼고는 나쁘지않았습니다! 하루 잠자기에 좋아요

A estrutura é muito legal, você tem seu quarto e pode escolher o banheiro privativo ou compartilhado. Fiquei um dia no compartilhado (estava razoavelmente limpo, mas sugiro limpar o box de banho com cândida), tem sujeira demais acumulada. No mais os quartos são espaçosos, a cozinha tem uma estrutura boa, caso precise tomar café ou preparar algo rápido. A localização é perfeita e tem excelentes opções de restaurantes, mercado e metro perto. Sugiro melhorar limpeza do banheiro e também verificar o colchão e roupas de cama.

Leider habe ich nur negative Dinge über diese Unterkunft zu sagen. Der einzige positive Punkt ist die Lage, da sie direkt vor der U-Bahn liegt.
Die Sauberkeit ist schlichtweg beschämend – schmutzige Bettwäsche, sogar mit Blutflecken und Haaren auf dem Bett, ganz zu schweigen vom Geruch der Kissen. Ich konnte in der Unterkunft nicht schlafen.
Ich nahm Kontakt mit dem Verantwortlichen der Unterkunft auf, und er teilte mir mit, dass die Bettwäsche gewechselt worden sei. Daraufhin schickte ich Fotos, die das Gegenteil zeigten, und er antwortete einfach nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten.
Ich habe immer über Expedia gebucht und nie ein Problem gehabt, aber dies war mit Abstand die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe. Nie wieder!

In general a comfortable place

In general this is great for a couple of days of stay. The rooms are big with A/C, work table, cupboards, fridge etc. The beds are generally comfortable. The owner/Manager is quick to respond to any of your needs. It has a large kitchen of ever you want to cook or heat your food with all you need. On the downside there were bedbugs in one of the rooms, but the manager was quick enough to find us another room with was excellent.
The stay is just 10 meters away from a metro station entrance ! But the area is call and good with a supermarket, 24 pharmacy, restaurent etc in the vicinity.

Duidelijke incheck info via whatspp. Ruime kamer en grote badkamer. Alles was schoon maar is wat verouderd. Fijn dat je je bagage achterlaten als je nog de stad wil verkennen of als je al eerder aankomt.
