Las habitaciones son bonitas por dentro y cómodas, sin embargo el personal del hotel no es muy amable, en general ni lo miran a uno y tampoco responde un saludo o un hasta luego. Las señoras del aseo son amables menos la que nos tocó ayer (March 13.2026) Habitacion 1506, es una persona muy grosera, le pedí que limpiará el cuarto y se molestó, me tocó bajar a la recepción y hablar con alguien para que me ayudara, cuando llegamos en la noche encontramos los pocillos del café y las copas del vino sucias (adjunto foto). Nos dejó toallas súper desgastadas y manchadas. Los vigilantes me vieron entrando con las maletas y se dieron cuentan que necesitaba ayuda y ni siquiera me abrieron la puerta. En el salón de los desayunos nadie saluda, nadie dice buenos días, en general cero de cordialidad. Tengo que mencionar que las tres personas amables y serviciales fueron marco, Carlos y Bruno (en el desayuno), ellos tiene calidad humana, interactúan, son extremadamente amables y dan ayuda inclusive sin pedírsela, los ame a ellos 3 y les agradezco porque sino fuera por ellos 3 no llegarían ni a dos estrellas en calificación. Al llegar al hotel estaba intentando hablar portugués (brasilero) y la recepcionista básicamente se rio en mi cara (actitud bastante grosera). En general no me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

The hotel in general is nice! However the Manager Marco Antonio and his team front desk Mrs. Barbara were unbelievable helpful at the time we arrived. I will definitely come back to stay at the hotel next time I visit Lisboa Portugal

Except for some black molds in the shower wall, the rest of the room we occupied is good. The staff were accommodating to our requests ( we requested another room as the air-conditioning unit is not working properly, supply of water bottle for the day as we always go out early and we don't requests for our room to get tidied). The most I'm delighted during our stay is receiving from the hotel staff a slice of cake (which was left in the room)to
celebrate my birthday. It was a delightful surprise. I would consider staying again in their hotel during my future travels.

Extremely outdated building. The elevators wouldn’t work if you were trying to go down; only up. The rooms are old, dark and dingy. We only had half a toilet paper roll in our room. The maids were in the hallway yelling to each other at 8 am. Maybe they’re working but it’s a hotel where people are trying to sleep! Also limited dining around this area. Close enough to airport but wouldn’t stay here again.

Had booked a city view room but got a view of the back of other buildings. Main elevators were being renovated. (A lot of noise). Only worked if going to your room. Coming down to lobby had to use the service elevators. Mentioned to staff, but really didn't care. They claimed they have 5 elevators working.

Good property, not as central as we thought. Slightly dated but clean. Good breakfast. Staff was mostly good but one staff can spoil impressions. Like this person at the front office on 20th August evening who was very rude when I asked for a water bottle, no reason, just no control on emotions. Totally uncalled for and unacceptable in customer service in the hospitality industry when you stand behind that desk. Hope he is counselled for better experiences for future customers. Hope they understand that One bad CS incident can spoil your impression of a good effort by rest of the team ! Overall good stay except that one incident.

I was there to attend a meeting a couple of metro stops away. As the hotel is _right_ beside a nice metro station which connects direct to the airport and the big Lisbon Oriente train station, it is a great connection location. Good supermarket right next door (there is a fridge in the room) although near-by food options were limited.
Got a bottle of water each day, and a good clean. My room had nice views. They were rebuilding the lifts which was a problem in the morning and afternoons when the tour buses arrive (there are extra lifts, but they are also under high pressure).
Breakfast was good most days. On the last day I was told I had to go to a over-flow room which was chaos and did not have all the breakfast options the main room did. That was a disappointment.

Stayed here on our last night in Portugal because it was close to the airport and figured they would have good amenities being an American chain. The location was close but area around the hotel didn't have a lot of options for entertainment or dining. There was a grocery store on the same street which was convenient. Parking cost extra and was difficult to access. The bar was dark and depressing but they are adding a rooftop bar so that will be nice once done. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant. We walked 20-25 minutes to another bar and restaurant along the way through busy city streets, and along one nice park. The room and bathroom were large and clean although the sink in our bathroom drained very slowly. Bed was hard- if you prefer a hard mattress that works fine.

Loud stay, mediocre hotel

The hotel was okay, but certainly not worthy of the 4* rating it has been given. Quality of the rooms and overall cleanliness were mediocre at best. At the time of our stay, a very large Puerto Rican group had a party in the lobby bar and were so loud they could be heard through the elevator shaft all the way to the seventh floor where our room was. There are better alternatives out there for this price point.

Clean and up to date property. It’s is right next to Lisbon Metro and very close to the airport. If you choose Uber or Bolt it is about a 15-20 minute ride to the city center but less than 10€. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Water splashes out from the shower booth in the bathroom, causing the floor to get wet.
As a result, the bathroom door has rotted and become badly damaged.
I think the shower booth should be designed so that no water leaks out.

When I booked this property, it listed that breakfast was included. When we checked in, they told us that it wasn't and we'd have to pay 50 euros more per room to add it. I thought I might have mixed up which hotel I was thinking of, as I'd recently made several reservations.
I checked overnight and confirmed that the reservation included breakfast, so I went to talk to the counter staff and they said there was nothing they could do for today, but they'd add us to the list of diners for the rest of our stay.
Otherwise, the stay was fine. The place is not as nice as some other Ramadas we've stayed in, but it was clean.

I book this hotel several times a year for myself and my partner, but this time I was disappointed. Since I was traveling alone this time, I was probably given the small and poorly located room. Directly opposite the window was the next building wall with the neighbors' windows. The room was very cramped, and the towels were torn and hard as a board. Despite a VIP booking.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean. And I loved that it had a restaurant so whenever I didnt feel like going out I could dine there.
My complain is that why in the bathroom there is no socket for hair dryer. They have a hair dryer but it is not really an ok one I wanted to use mine but the socket was only for shaver and I could not blow my hair with with my hair dryer. Thats the only complain I have. Other than that the place is next to metro station. Close to airport and also there is a big supermarket next to it in case you needed anything. So convenient.

We stayed in a family suite and the ac didn't work in the second room. Complaints 3 times with a maintenance man coming once did not resolve the problem first night. When we returned the second day from being out, the air was cooling. It was 35 that day so we returned to room to rest and construction noise above our room made that impossible. We were offered another room on the 5th floor but we chose not to take it. Throughout our stay staff were amazingly friendly and tried to be helpful.

Too noisy room despite being on the 16th floor. Area very noisy from traffic and people even in the middle of the night on weekdays.
Common areas (lobby, restaurants, etc) are in good condition but rooms are in need of renovation.

Perfect place to end our trip to Lisbon. Close to the crazy airport, taxis called and a fair rate charged. Clean bathroom & comfortable bedding. Marco & company were friendly, helpful & made our early morning departure easy.
