Stayed here overnight to be near the airport and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport. The restaurant at the hotel was great too.

The room smelled of old furniture, and there was a noise in the ceiling, something like a motor or something very annoying. I had to sleep all night with earplugs in. Apart from that, the staff were lovely. A huge Thank you to Lisinio (hopefully I'm saying their name correctly) from the restaurant, who took our order perfectly and was really nice. Thank you!

Absolutely awful experience here. The pictures look nothing like what you actually get. The property is filthy. We were put in a room with black mold all over the shower, a broken couch, one bed the sheets were ripped to the mattress, the other the sheets were stained, and stains all over the walls and the couch was broken. We get moved to another room that one has black mold too. We literally walked around and went to several different rooms (probably about 6) with the front desk workers and every single room had black mold. Told the desk manager all he said was “okay” and “we’re under some renovation” as if renovation has anything to do with a mold and lack of cleanliness.

Nice place to sleep, plus had a very good dinner and great breakfast buffet next morning before a flight. Just 10 mins from LIS, parking out front was free after 7 pm til 9 am, so that was easy. Quiet, clean, comfy beds, friendly staff… and very reasonable prices. Rad Blue is a good go-to chain throughout Europe, can’t go wrong.

Room is outdated. No accessible outlet. We did not have the body wash, had to call for it. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. I forgot his name. He is very helpful and friendly. Daily free bottle water is great! Location is convenient flying in and out to and from the airport.

The staff was very helpful, especially a gentleman at the front desk (Don’t recall his name) but I left my suit jacket in my room (512) and had to get it back before my cruise left. He took the time to get me back to the 5th floor and retrieve it from the housekeeper that found it. Very thankful!

Upgraded us to a quieter room but it was not quite ready as they are gradually renovated rooms so they weren’t aware of some of the issues. Example- safe, deadbolt lock and lamp did not work, sewer smell from drain, but John spend a few hours attending to the issues.
We were compensated with a free dinner and then since some of the items could not be rectified, our second night we chose to stay in a different room and it was perfect and quiet. No repair issues.
So my recommendation would be it was lovely and service accommodating but I think they need to check quality control after guests leave to see items arent working or need attention.

The daily buffet breakfast is a nice add-on for your stay if you do a lot of tours and need to get a good start to your day (save on buying food later).
The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. It's near the airport not the city center so we had to take Uber or taxi everywhere.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the degree that that could be. The rooms were moderately clean. My room and multiple others (whom I travelled with) did not have A/C. And when they did come to fix it, it resulted in a leak. There was construction in the room and area next to my headboard that was extremely loud. It did seem that tried to reserve it to 12-5p though. However, that meant no nap or peace of mind in the room. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. I probably would not stay again, but it was not a horrible experience. There are certainly plenty other affordable, quality options.

It took me 20 mins to check in and there wasn’t a queue. The aged gentleman checking me in seemed to be computer illiterate and he kept making mistakes including not being able to find my reservation. Eventually another younger staff member found it. My air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom fixtures needed maintenance ( loose toilet seat etc).
Overall not up to normal Radisson standards.

Great service with wonderful welcoming people. Great breakfast. Hotel seems to be a little old but great location as you are close to the airport as well as the sort and the stadium where you can enjoy. Only issue the tub in the bathrooms which becomes difficult for people who have knee problems.

There were cockroaches in the room where we stayed. The carpets were dirty and disgusting. When we complained, they upgraded us to a suite, but the damage had already been done. I couldn’t stop wondering if the new room had cockroaches too. I don’t think we will stay there again.

Very disappointing stay. The second we get in, our room smells bad, there’s a dead cockroach and then another one alive in the bathroom. The couch is broken, the room is super old. So much noise in the corridors…. Staff weren’t helpful whatsoever and just said we can speak to the manager when he’s here the next day. I can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel, I would easily give it 2 stars. Even the reception is in such a bad state, not sure how this is the front facing image of Radisson blue.

The front staff, service and check in was wonderful. Very helpful and took our bags upstairs. Awesome. They had coffee and a few snacks in the morning before our early flight. We stayed here because of the close proximity to the airport. However , The hotel is in dire need of upgrades and some TLC. The carpet in the way to our room is stained with water and musty in the hall. The toilets would not flush and yes there was a cockroach in our room. The panels in the hall were open and we could see the water pipes that may be causing the issue there. Never have I had all this in one stay and am pretty easy to please.

The room was a good size and very quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. Ice was available from the bar.The fridge was small but we just set a few of their items on the counter.

The property was close to the Lisbon airport, had shuttle services, and a nice restaurant. The staff were also nice and attentive.

The problems are the property itself is older and run down. They need to do some remodeling in the corridors of the rooms; new carpeting and new paint would improve the look and feel of the hotel. This could be extended into the elevators and somewhat into the rooms. I actually felt the rooms were nicer than the corridors.

The hotel needs a makeover as it is old and tired and is more like a Holiday Inn than a Radisson Blu.
The doors do not close quietly and people arriving at rooms in the middle of the night have to slam doors to close it. Walls are thin and noise travel. Construction on 4th floor sounded like next door on the 7th. When rooms next door were occupied, could clearly hear conversations.
It is not close to city centre.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! WE PLANNED ON SLEEPING IN TODAY. WOKE UP TO HAMMERING , BANGING, DRILLING, CHANINSAWS. . TRIED TO CALL FRONT DESK TO ASK WHY THIS WAS EXTREMELY LOUD & NON STOP, STAFF TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES .WE WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD STOP UNTIL WE LEFT FOR THE DAY, YET THEY CONTINUED. DUST PARTICLES WERE FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE THAT WE COULD SEE IN THE BATHROOM OVERHEAD LIGHTS, WHICH IM SURE WERE THROUGHOUT THE ROOM & MOST LIKELY COMING THROUGH THE AIR VENTS. WE HAD TO CHECKOUT, DUE TO THIS BEING A SAFETY HAZARD TO OUR HEALTH & SANITY . HOW IS THIS HOTEL TAKING RESERVATIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING GUESTS THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN ? The breakfast menu was good and had a lot of variety.
The staff were very pleasant and courteous. The rooms were comfortable but could do with additional pillows.
The hall carpets looked tired and due for replacement. There was work being done while we were there so possibly these upgrades are in the works.
The free shuttle in am to airport was real handy and shuttle driver was very courteous and helpful.

Extremely disappointed for having experienced a few unpleasant moments. Our stay included 2 rooms, both next to each other. The 4 of us were abruptly awaken by loud drilling coming from the floor above us, and lasting approx. 45 min. My sister and brother in law immediately called reception and they were told \"they are repairing and need to drill\". My brother-in-law asked to speak with the manager and he was told he would get a call by 9AM. It didn't happen!. He was asked if we all had not been made aware in advance of the work scheduled the following morning. Had we known, we would have rejected the rooms! Noone likes to wake up that way!
The overall service was \"indifferent\"! Of the 4 people at the reception standing there while we checked in, only one greeted us while the others just stood there without even giving eye contact!
The only positive was breakfast; good variety, but again, the majority of the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The floors where the rooms are do need repairs and upgrading. Needless to say, we won't be staying in that location in the future.

This is a very nice hotel. Very courteous staff. We had a suite and they had made up the sofa bed for my kid in advance. Rooms are spacious. This is not a bargain hotel but it is very nice. Huge breakfast selection. Bar serves a delicious Negroni. There is a shuttle van to the airport included.

Room was very hot. Had to call for maintenance to repair A/C. No ice available anywhere in hotel. Completely unacceptable. I have stayed in cheap motels all over the USA with clean very nice ice machines.
Also when I turned on the water in bathroom sink, it came out a dark rust color for a few seconds. Thinking this room had not been used for a while.

Rooms were a little shabby but you cannot beat the convenience of location for a nights stay before an early flight.

Advertised bus to airport has limited seating availability so we ended up having to taxi/Uber to the airport. Disappointing as the bus service was a contender for choosing this hotel.

Room service food good even though what we received was not what we ordered but since it took a while to arrive we just ate it anyway!

We did not use any of the extra amenities such as the dining room or breakfast. The breakfast buffet was too pricey at 18€ pp and no à la carte. But we did use room service for a pizza dinner which was reasonably priced! The only complaint I have was the bed size. We asked for at least a queen but got a double, and we were too tired to switch it, so just dealt with it.

Room was tired, door falling off cupboard for fridge which was minute. We were travelling, leaving early to fly so microwave in room would have been nice. Great bar but drinks were incredibly expensive compared to anywhere else in the Algarve. Good shuttle service but you need to book ahead.

The breakfast was really good with many options accommodating all needs and wishes. However, I personally found it quite expensive, being €16.95 per person, even with all the variety. The room was excellent, very spacious, with a mini living room, fridge, two sinks in the bathroom and excellent temperature inside. Yet again, the price was quite high, I believe, having to extend our stay from 1 night to 2 nights, the price per night went from £56 to €158. And this was only a standard room, sharing the double bed with my mum. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who suffers an unexpected disruption to their flight, as we did, as it is very conveniently located next to the airport but also not too far from tourist attractions like the tele cabin and the Colombo Shopping Centre.

DO NOT stay at this hotel if you’re looking for something close to the airport…stay a little further and utilize Bolt/Uber which will get you to the airport quickly. It is far too overpriced for what it is!

Our issues, to name a few…

1. There is no working AC. We turned the AC on, but it spewed out warm air all night…it’s a very old system!

2. One of the beds had holes in the sheets!

3. The sink water ran brown for the first few seconds.

4. Right next to the highway if you think you can cool your room by opening the window.

5. We had to leave early (5am) and there was a taxi driver waiting in the lobby, asking us if we needed a ride for 10 euros. We said no thanks, but he kept following us complaining about us and our Bolt ride, which only cost 5 euros.

Don’t stay here!
