We stayed here for the Lisbon half marathon weekend. The location was great - short taxi from the airport and near metro / train station so you can easily get to the centre of town. From the images the hotel looked like it had been renovated and it looked modern - other than the reception area.. this wasn’t the case when you got to your room. For a 4 star hotel I expected much more - this was more like a 2/3 star. I realise being close to the airport you’d expect some plane noise but in no review did I read anything negative which makes me suspicious. If you are a light sleeper - do NOT stay here. You are directly under the flight path of planes landing which is constant every few minutes until 1:30am and starts again at 5am. My windows were literally shaking! My room had no working AC (yes I did tell reception and left a maintenance card). No kettle or hot drink making facility which I think is a basic amenity in. 4* hotel room - but you can hire a kettle for 5 euros a night (!!!!). The shower / bath is impossible to work if you don’t have the strength to push all your body weight into the lever to change the tap. The fridge is full of stock which charges you when you move it - so you can’t utilise the fridge with ease if you want to put your own items in. I made reception aware I had to use it so I wasn’t charged. All in all - not what you expect for a 4 star even for a basic room. It needs work for sure. The staff are the best part - very helpful and kind.

Room was clean but not tea facility in the room. I traveled all over the world and never seen a hotel room without tea facilities. The WiFi was very slow and almost none existence although it was claimed that there is good connections. Connection between the rooms was none although we have given the number to call our travel companion that were staying in the other room.
We were happy with breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and the entry, reception area and restaurant are was very nice and modern. The pictures of the rooms are extremely deceiving online. The rooms are outdated, small, stained furniture and bed dressings. I booked the room for one night to only stay a few hours to rest before a flight and I opted to sleep in the chair in the room. They seriously need to update the rooms themselves.

The room was good, but the images had an espresso machine which was not in the room. After requested, it was never brought up. The minibar was not working and we had to ask twice about it - the fix was moving us to a different room, rather than rhe minibar.

Metro entrance is right outside the hotel entrance, blue line easily connects you to all other metro lines! The area is quiet, safe and pleasant to stay at after a day out in the busy streets of Lisbon. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, some of them stay open late into the night. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city. There was no complimentary water but tap water is safe to drink according to the hotel staff. This place had one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced in this city!

The surroundings are quiet, I had very restful nights. There are plenty of restaurants and there is a Museum nearby.

Perfect place to stay if you have a car. Parking lot is under the hotel. Metro stop right next to the hotel, so it’s really easy to access the historic areas. The staff was outstanding, breakfast good, and the room really clean. Only 4 stars because of the airplane noise- really close to the airport.

Happy with our stay. Hotel was nice and clean, staff very nice and accommodating.
Minibar in room is on sensor, but staff graciously removed everything so we can use as a fridge for our things
We were on 9th floor, wifi in room did not work unless you were at door or into hallway.
Easy to get around the city via uber/taxi/transit otherwise not very close for walking down to the main attraction area.

The hotel was very clean, modern and most of the staff were very accommodating. However, one morning after we checked in at the entrance of the dining room with our room number for the buffet breakfast, an employee came into the dining room to ask the server to approach us to ask us again for our room number. This was long after we had entered the dining room. We did not observe this happening to anyone else and It felt extremely uncomfortable as if to imply that we were not guests of the hotel.

Hotel Acores is located in a nice, clean and safe area. The metro train and bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it very convenient, invluding Uber and taxi's were very easily accesible. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, which i highly recommend you include when booking. Iwould stay here again.

This hotel is right next to a subway station, so you are only about 10 minutes away from the downtown sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with some hot food options and lots of breads and pastries, although the seating is limited so time must be scheduled. The parking was reasonably priced and very convenient. Room is not large but didn't feel cramped at all. Overall would certainly stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, without exception every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, polite and accommodating. The room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was very good and the metro station out front makes it very convenient to travel around the city, though we chose to walk which is also very accessible.

Will undoubtedly stay here again the next time we visit Lisbon.

It was a little larger than the last one we had stayed in. What i did not like is that they charged for local calls. They wanted to charge me 300 euros after i tried getting through to TAP airlines because they had switched our seats around. After a full night of getting nowhere with TAP we got it sorted out the next morning.

Hotel is located over Praca de Espanha metro Station with easy access to airport, Sete Rios Train / Bus terminal, old town and tourist area. Area was safe with awesome Wok Mundo Chinese/ sushi dinner buffet 5 minute walk across the street for 9.5 euro

Room was very clean, spacious, stocked with nice toiletries, safe and numerous English TV channels.

Complementary breakfast was good with variety of fresh fruits, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, breads, meats, pastries, juices and hot drinks

Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful in providing sightseeing suggestions.

Great value and would definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean, comfortable and better than I expected, based on the price. We booked a double room but we’re given a king, which was great. Complementary breakfast buffet was decent, and dinner in the restaurant was pretty good. The only downside was noise from the Jets that flew directly overhead from the airport. With the windows closed it wasn’t too bad though.

The location of the hotel was very close to public transportation (i.e. metro, bus). Our room and the building were kept very clean. The dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good & affordable. The only cons were the lack of computers for internet use and an iron for our room.Although the hotel does have a laundry service (for ironing) it wasn’t practical to send out t shirts to be ironed. In any case, we ended up having to buy an iron from one of the department stores.

Fantastic selection breakfast buffet included with your stay in the morning. Enjoyed the assortment of fruit. However wish they had hard boiled egg option (dairy free). They replenished the food very quickly.
Beds were a bit firm.

Terrible location. Hotel is surrounded by expressways with little immediate access to shops or restaurants. Even taxis are not on standby. There is a Metro station just outside the hotel, or more accurately under. The passing of every train can be heard throughout the building. Wifi in rooms is spotty, as is TV service. Even front desk staff are aloof. In all, not nearly up to the standard of other Lisbon four-star hotels.

Not a single USB port, shower got a half glass door, water temperature varies while taking shower, breakfast is extremely simple. Room service was exceptional. But hotel is a bit too rusty. As far as location goes it’s a walking distance to a major mall and beautiful park. Laundry mat is a block away , so is a supermarket. Plenty of restaurants to eat at within . And only 3 metro stops from old town. Underground parking is available for 10 euro a day , unlimited in and out.

We stayed here for a long weekend. It was our 2nd visit to the hotel. Location is perfect as there is a metro on the doorstep which links into the central Lisbon area within 10 mins ride.
Room was clean and comfortable everything you could ask for. Breakfast was fresh every morning and all the staff we came across make this hotel stand out. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a short break in Lisbon. Hotel is only a 10min taxi ride from the airport too.
