Enjoyed the hotel. It was right in the middle of a nice neighborhood and was within walking distance of some very nice restaurants. Most of the staff spoke English which helped a lot, as a non Spanish speaker. The only issue, which others did mention was that the hot water was not very consistent. Otherwise a nice hotel to stay at.

I spent four nights although being small service was great rumors comfortable. The only negative thing is that there’s a church nearby. The rings the bell every morning at 7 AM and again at 7:30 submitted very difficult to sleep in later.

Our stay was very good. However, the hotel does not offer a lot of amenities. My biggest issue was not with the hotel itself but the buildings across the road. For three nights straight they played very loud music till late in the evening. Very different to sleep.

Staff was nice until they were not getting their cut of the taxi services we continued to book after the hotels initial set up. Taxi driver we had booked for private tour cancelled an hour before because driver was suspended for not reporting that we continued to call him for services. Hotel then offered same tour for double the price. When we declined staff no longer greeted us and started being rude.

We were initially impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and how friendly the staff seemed at first.
There was a minor issue checking in, we requested early check in and they said yes but then they looked at our accounts and one employee turned and told the other “they booked through expedia” and all of a sudden there were no available rooms for early check in.

The rooms were clean. One if the rooms was flooded but they quickly switched it.

Unfortunately, a major incident during our stay completely ruined the experience and left us feeling deeply frustrated and unwelcome.

We asked the staff to help us arrange transportation for an activity, and they kindly connected us with a driver. Because everything went well, we used the same driver again the next day and even asked him to help us plan a third outing. But on the final day, right before the scheduled activity, the driver canceled last minute, telling us the hotel had suspended him. According to him, the hotel expected him to report every trip and give them a percentage—something we weren’t aware of when we booked through him.

The issue left us without transportation or plans for the day. When my husband spoke with the hotel manager, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They offered to rebook the same activity—but at nearly double the price. We ultimately decided to use Uber for the rest of our stay to avoid dealing with the hotel.

From that point on, the staff’s attitude changed drastically. They began ignoring

This property was very, very nice. The room was very modern and very clean. My wife was impressed with the room we had. The only small problem was the condition of the balcony sliding door which did not lock. I did not tell the hotel about it because for us it was not really an issue although i should have said something so that they fix it for the next guest. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. We had lunch at the restaurant there and the food was great. The location is nice and we felt very safe and secure walking at night. Perfect for those who love to clubs, bars and restaurants. Next door is a good Argentinian restaurant and bars right across the street. you walk a few building to the main street and you will be at the center of all the action and local merchants selling nice stuff. My wife highly recommend this hotel and well will definitely be back in december.

This property is amazing and I will stay here again for sure! Easy to find just off the main avenue. Located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and courteous, answering all my questions and making recommendations. The room was large with a comfy bed.

It is within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars in a very posh area. It is also close to the US consulate for visa appointments, etc. Great chilaquiles! The wooden floor was buckled. It wasn't a big issue for me, but it might be for others. Overall, it was clean, had nice service, and was close to amenities, perfect for a two —to three-night stay.

I think the hotel and the suite we stayed in were great. Everything was clean and easy to use. My biggest issue was that my check-in was at 3 pm, and our room wasn't prepared until 5 pm.

We arrived at around 11 am at the hotel and asked for them to hold our bags while we went to eat and explore. We were out until 4 pm, and thought that our room would be ready since check-in is at 3 pm. When we arrived, they let us know our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes - 1 hour.

We didn't receive any kind of correspondence from the hotel letting us know that there would be a delay. We received no apology for our room not being ready. The staff didn't tell us anything about the hotel, the amenities,, or provide us with any information about our stay. It was a shame since the hotel is a nice space. Customer service just wasn't there.

I flew a red eye and got to the hotel early. It was so nice that they let us check in in the morning without additional charge (2 rooms). The waiting area is nice and the hotel provides rooms for biz meetings. The location is excellent. Close to sightseeing points and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, street tacos and spas! It is in a nice area with historic buildings and nice decorated cafes! The only downside is my room was not clean with hair on my bed, shower and towel!! The duvet has no cover! I couldn’t believe it and checked out the beds in my friend’s room and there were cover! We spoke with the staff at the front desk in English and Spanish and he said would put new duvet and bed sheets for me while I was out for the night tour he sold us. When I returned at 11:30pm, nothing was put in my room and he was off from work already. He only care about selling us the tour and didn’t do anything he had promised. I had to ask the night staff for some bed sheets when I was all tired late at night. Moreover, the staff stated the tour would end at 11pm but it didn’t end until midnight. We were dropped off at Tlaquepaque at 9pm and was told to spend 3 hours there. I was so tired and took Uber back. My other friend left his jacket in the tour bus and had to wait with them and didn’t return to the hotel until 12:45am. It maybe fun for the younger ones but I am definitely too old for that especially having a long day.

Si tienes cita en el CAS o en el consulado está hotel es ideal ya que puedes llegar a cualquiera de los dos a pie en menos de 10 minutos. Eso si, la regadera de la habitación de dos camas individuales no tiene mucha privacidad ya que el cristal que encierra la regadera es transparente y se ve todo desde afuera de la regadera y viceversa, en mi caso fui solo y no hubo problema con eso.

The pictures were great, but the property seemed run down. Our first room you could see through the door frame into our room and the water from the shower leaked over to the toilet area. We requested a new room and got it. The rooms look like they have had work done, but never fully finished the job.

Lobby is pretty and clean. It is located in a good area. However, the room had cockroaches and the sheets were ripped and stained. Also the lighting was dark and bad so I did not many issues untill I looked with a flashlight at night.

The gym and top floor \"bar\" are ruins that appear to be under construction. Barely motel quality.

The lights in my bathroom worked intermittently, I let the front desk staff know as soon as I checked in and again a few hours later. No one came. The rooms are particularly dark. Flushing the toilet required super strength. I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from breakfast chilaquiles, as did my colleague. Friendly staff but not really attentive. Nice room size, great shower.

No matter where you walked to it was safe and the restaurante where great. I love the food at a restaurant called Mariscos Nayarit it was a 15 min walk. Food was great its always busy but what can you expect from a restaurante with good food.
