Just a shame they said they did not receive my room request for twin beds,, even though I have their reply in Hotel . Com messages that their house keeping team have been notified..
Big bed , they did least try with seperate single bedding,,,not to bad,,, our room with a view did compensate for this so not a big issue.
Would highly recommend this Charming Hotel

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast with delicious coffee and cappuccino and a bar w drinks in the evening. Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. Our last morning we left for an early flight and they gave us bags of food with snacks for breakfast which was very thoughtful. I would recommend!

The best in house breakfast in recent memory. The property is gorgeous and very vibey in the best way. The view of the palazzo from our room was spectacular. The location is perfect for many reasons- wish we had more than one day to stay. Looking forward to returning to Florence and will stay here- 100%

Because of a train strike, we were stuck in Florence for another day and missed our flight. They did everything possible to help us from checking rental cars, checking limo drivers. Finally we found out that it just wasn’t gonna work so we stayed an extra day which was wonderful And we’re on our way tomorrow to Rome to catch our flight. I can’t say enough good things about them five stars doesn’t cover it.

Hotel was lovely. In a great location only a short walk from the Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station. Hotel interior lovely, artfully laid out. Room was lovely with a modern bathroom. Breakfast is on the ground floor with a good selection available.

Hotel located on the Santa Maria Novella piazza, nice open square as you stepped out of the hotel. A lovely location. An abundance of good restaurants in the immediate area, food lovely. Plus loads more fine restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

The Dumo is only 5-10 minutes walk. In fact all central Florence & the river only a short walk away. Lovely city for walking around.

Lovely location but if your room is facing the square it’ll be noisy just to warm you of your an early bedder, beautiful view of the square though!

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location.

The staff are exceedingly friendly and go out of their way to show you local landmarks and what to do.

What I loved about this place

1) fantastic location, 5 mins from train station, and located right on a plaza with lots of restaurants

2) generously sized, clean rooms with beautiful ceilings

3) really high quality breakfast

4) unique charm, the owner has a thing for superheroes so you will see some large replica models throughout the place

Check In: relatively quick but not friendly. Gentleman checking us in just started talking to someone else.
Room (121): was nice. Okay for a 2-3 night stay. Clean bathroom but the window on the bathroom door looking into the bathroom was strange. Bed was comfortable but the a/c didn’t cool the room enough. It was very hot for June but meant we didn’t sleep too well.
No smart TV so no English channels.

Beautiful hotel and kind staff. Very well located. It was a quick walk to the hotel with luggage from the train station. During our stay we were happy to be so close to the many things we wanted to see. Only complaint is that the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. We did not sleep well due to that. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and though small the room was nice and very well air conditioned as a break from the late June heat. Would stay here again if there were better pillows.

Florence is small. Every attraction is within walking distance. Therefore, 5 minutes walk to the train station becomes significant, especially with luggage.
The staff are friendly and helpful. We had earlier hour tour, the staff arranged breakfast boxes for us.

Lovely stay in Florence

The hotel is beautiful, with a large and comfortable lobby area that is great for sitting with a drink or meeting your group. There are also some fun and unique touches in the hallways that made us smile. Wonderful breakfast included, which met the various preferences of our 4 person group. Helpful servers came around to take coffee orders and keep tables clean. Room was clean and well appointed, with a beautiful bathroom and very nice toiletries. Comfortable bed, high quality linens. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything from checkin to helping us get a large taxi for departure. Location was excellent, right on a beautiful square and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

Tiene estatuas de figuras de acción en cada esquina, el cual cada vez que tomábamos el ascensor, el baño, las escaleras, donde sea, me espantaban dichas estatuas.

After staying in Milan, we continued our Italian Holiday with a 4 nights stay in the Garibaldi Blu.
The location in the North Centro is excellent, only a short walk away from the railway station and there are a number of sites of interest (e.g. Duomo, Battistero & Campanile) a short walk away. Similarly for the Galleria degli Uffizi & Ponte Vecchio.
The hotel is a little quirky, but impeccably clean and our room was very nicely furnished and was kept pristinely clean by housekeeping, who replenished the bottled water daily.
The quality and variation of food for breakfast was very good.
All of the hotel staff was excellent, very friendly, professional, helpful, cheerful and always with a smile on their faces.
We’d like to add a special thank you to Carolina on reception for the invaluable help on the different local restaurants and also her assistance with the Italian Railway system, which made our additional trip to Pisa very easy to do.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Walkable distance to the main sights of Florence and a beautiful location close to the train station with many restaurants just outside. The staff were amazing. They offered to store our bags prior to check in and after checkout. They even upgraded our room to one with a view overlooking the beautiful square. The included breakfast has a lot to offer, more than most of the other hotels we had stayed at during our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

I was supposed to stay at this hotel, but 3 days before my flight, I got COVID, so I wasn't able to travel where I was supposed to attend my close friend's wedding and my birthday. Every hotel, including United Airlines, gave me a full refund. They didn't even give me a hard time, but this hotel and manager, who lacks common sense, refused to give me my money back. What am I supposed to do? Get on the airplane with COVID and get everyone sick? How come every other hotel of this trip and even my airline gave me a full refund with my proof of positive COVID test but they \"can't.\" I would NEVER support this hotel. I contacted this hotel 1 week before I was supposed to check-in. I will do everything to get my money back from this hotel.

We spent two nights at the front end of a bicycling trip in Tuscany at the Hotel Garibaldi Blu. The hotel was within easy walking distance from/to the train station. Easy walking distance to very high end shopping and many of the classic Florence historical sites (Uffizi Museum, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Galleria dell'Accademia, etc.). The rooms are nice and comfortable. We loved being close to everything, with many dining options close by.

In way in the heart of Florence Italy. In one of the bigger piazzas. Lots of shops, restaurants and wine less than 5 minutes walking. The hotel is literally a hole in the wall and then get ready to be amazed at how big it opens up to multiple floors. The breakfasts were terrific as well.
