Breakfast nothing special. Hotel itself very old. Rooms mostly not what you see on the pictures. Especially \"deluxe room\" sofabed is definitely not a bed. It just pools out avout 10 inches the most. And it is all ripped.

Room 103 only one electric plug that worked only for cell phone. The electric needs to be fixed. The breakfast was very nice. Our flight was late so kept ringing the bell at the hotel until someone answered the door. It was pouring rain so we were soaking wet waiting. Good location to bus to Venice Center and Airport. Elevator broke only could work from 2nd floor down.

This hotel has easy access to VCE. Hop on bus 15 right across the street. Room was clean, and spacious. It is very well kept, and the young man at the front desk was very helpful at check-in. BUT the bed was super uncomfortable. Also the a/c wasn't working, they had a portable one in the room. I chose to sleep with windows open which was fine, except main road was busy and loud. Person at front desk in the morning, saw me in elevator with luggage, said good morning and went off to have a cigarette and chat with his female friend. Didn't ask if I was checking out. So, I waited in the lobby until he was done. Not professional at all. I had a bus to catch and didn't want to wait. He asked me to write a review so here it is. Free breakfast looked great and was acailable at 7:30am. Unfortunately I had an 8am bus so didn't eat. If the room was $60-70€ woukd have been fine, but at 105€, not worth the price. I did enjoy wandering through Fort Marghera area and found a piazza that had several restaurants and interesting architecture and history.

Liked breakfast. Didn't like the beds, really uncomfortable. Couldnt keep food cold in fridges because only one hotel card given. The hotel bar is no bar or restaurant. Highly recommend putting in a lounge or area for people to hang out or making breakfast area for all day use.

We were shocked to find that our room did not have a bathroom or restroom in it, but outside! Check your reservation really closely before booking. I don't recall seeing this indication anywhere throughout the reservation process.

The property is easy to find with parking. on arrival the staff were very helpful with a quick and easy checkin. The room was fresh cool and air conditioned. Room was perfect for 2 asked for additional pillows and was provided with problems. Little fridge in room but no Tea & coffee this would be a plus to the room if considered.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was enormous, staff was super friendly and helpful and was offered free breakfast. The hotel provides discounted tickets for the bus and tram to go into Venice. The only disappointment was that we were given a room with a kitchen but nothing to cook with. No pots, no pans...Not even a coffee maker or anything to boil water... aside from that, we had a wonderful time

Can’t really fault this hotel at the exceptional price we paid. Quiet peaceful hotel in ideal location for public transport links to Venice despite first impressions of small unassuming hotel on a busy dual carriageway. Warm attentive welcome by one male at reception though with limited English. Not shown to room but only 2 floors with 6 bedrooms each so not hard to find. Pleasant air conditioned rooms, tiled floors for summer coolness. Good King size 6ft firm double bed. No road noise with double glazed windows. Some slightly tired bathroom fittings but all functional. Other staff members happy to help with good English for those with shameful lack of Italian like ourselves. Breakfast varied choices. More tourist information in rooms would be nice. Clearer BOLD info needed regarding the need to pay city tourist tax on departure IN CASH.

Really lovely hotel for the price. The staff were all very friendly and were more than happy to help with anything! Also gave us a map of Venice when we first got to the hotel. If you are getting there early and let them know, they can try and get your room ready for you too. Clean rooms and nice touches throughout the hotel. Basic breakfast but found something each morning. Very close to bus and tram station for Venice (only 20-30 minutes to Venice from there) and nice restaurants near by in Mestre (cheaper to eat there than Venice) within a 5-10 minute walk. Nice wine bar close by too. A very nice hotel in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

It was great for the price. Lovely modern looking hotel with clean comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. The only downside was you could hear people walking around in the corridor, if you are a light sleeper you may hear it. Overall will recommend it. 😊

A bit disturbing considering we have 3 kids and they were at it many times throughout the day and night. Luckily they left on our 2nd day there. Also, Room taxes are different than the ones posted on Expedia, they are about double the amount that was listed. But overall, not too bad of a stay.

The breakfast was a nice continental one and the breakfast lady was lovely. if I go to Venice again. I will certainly stay here. Get the 4 day travel pass or 7 day travel pass if going. Maestre had some lovely restaurants.

Nice hotel, friendly staff close to all transport links, Tram/Bus stop for venice is less than 5 mins walk and takes around 15mins to reach Venice, perfect if you want to leave the hustle and bustle of Venice after your done for the day, spacious rooms and nice breakfast. The hotel is in an ideal location location to get to the tram into Venice and also to go and explore Mestre. There are some lovely restaurants nearby can recommend the Bombay spice and aqua alta.

Very nice hotel, clean comfortable.
We stayed here for two nights and used this as a base to tour Venice. The hotel itself is on a main road into Venice Mestre, and very close to a bus and tram station. It is very easy to get tofrom the airport. We stayed in a room on the top floor, which was very spacious and comfortable. The only thing to note is that the rooms on the top can only be accessed via stairs from the second floor. There are no lifts to the third floor. But otherwise, the staff are great and the breakfast is standard Italian but with some cereal and fruit as well. The hotel makes is close to the main transportation into Venice and we used to take bus for 1.50 euro per trip. The room had a fridge, ac, tv and wifi.

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. The room was very spacious with a great design, comfortable bed, big bathroom, TV, air conditioning even! The daily breakfast that was offered was always fresh and tasted great, they served yogurt, rolls, meats, warm pastries, espresso, hot cocoa, juices, wonderful! The hotel is in a great area with lots of shops and plenty to see around, ready access to the main bus line that takes you to Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again! Absolutely loved it!

Very Good choice for Mestre.The hotel between airport Marco Polo and Venice.Take Atvo Bus for 15 euro (return) from airport and stop to the bus stop Mestre Tribunale, it's about 400 metres from the hotel and about half hour.
Another 400 metres it's the bus stop for the venice at the road corso del Popolo.

The hotel was very convenient for getting to Venice. There is bus service a few blocks away and a 15 min bus ride is only 1.5€. The hotel is also very secure. There were only a couple negatives- no coffee maker in the room, and no English channels on the TV. In fact there were no channels in any other language besides Italian. Other than that, we enjoyed the room very much.

Comfortable hotel in Mestre
Very pleasant little hotel in Mestre. Very convenient for the bus into Venice, a ten minute bus ride. We bought the 72 hour travel card for 35 euros each which gave us unlimited travel on the bus and vaporettos - very good value. Staff at hotel very helpful, continental breakfast was fine with fresh bread and pastries - sufficient to start off your day. Room was spotless and roomy. Faced onto main street but couldn't hear traffic noise when windows were closed. All in all a very enjoyable stay and Venice was wonderful!

Useful Hotel Within a Bus Ride to Venice
This was a well placed hotel in the Mestre district, around 15-20 minutes' bus ride from Venice. The staff were very friendly. The airport buses stop nearby and the buses to Venice stop a block or two away. You can obtain a map of these from the hotel staff. I went as a single traveller and the room I was allocated (room 100) was next to the lift on the ground floor (and I think was for a disabled person), so this was noisy when people used it and talked outside the door. Also the kitchen sounds could be heard in the morning. The room contained a 'fridge which would also go on and off in the night. There was a bottle of water inside which, I learned from the staff, was chargeable but there had been no other information to tell me this. The staff advised that all rooms had a 'fridge but they were telling guests that they did not work and all things to be chilled should be kept in the bar. I asked twice for extra clothes hangers as, staying for 8 nights, there were not enough. I did not receive them. The breakfast is a reasonable continental buffet, but the coffee is, at best, lukewarm. The rooms are air conditioned but this did not work some of the time. The bed was comfortable.

Good, clean comfortable hotel
The shuttle referred to on the hotel's website is actually the public shuttle which runs regularly and is a short walk from the hotel. The directions I was given for getting from the bus to the hotel were'nt that good so google it before you go.Once at the hotel the staff were pleasant and spoke good English. One receptionist gave me a local map with the bus stop for Venice marked on it and another gave me advice on where to go on the mainland in my limited time available, she also helped me to find the stop for my pre-booked gondala experience. My room was clean and comfortable and was serviced daily. Breakfast was good value with juices, cold meat, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cereals and pastries to select from although the coffee machine wasn't working and there was a jug of instant coffee available. The room I was in was a bit noisy as next to the lift and the breakfast room but I could sleep through most of that. It was a disabled room but as the wardrobe opened to the wall and the shower was very small I'm not sure it would be ideal for a disabled person, plus there was nowhere for a carer to sleep separately if one was needed. For me it was fine. The convenience of the bus stop and not having to wheel my case up and down steps outweighed the inconvenience of not being on Venice itself. I would recommend this hotel for a weekend or even a week in Venice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions, hotel was very nice and clean, breakfast was worth it and provided plenty choice of foods, couldn't fault the place, location wise was perfect, 15-20mins bus ride from the airport or Venice. The holiday with my girlfriend overall was perfect and also get the rolling 3-day Venice travel card on bus and boat to save money! Thanks to the staff who made the holiday a great stay! We arrived minutes before 10pm but were greeted in very friendly manner and not rushed during the booking in procedure. The lady on reception was very informative and gave lots of valuable information regarding buses into Venice etc. We purchased a 48 hr travel pass which allowed unlimited use of the buses and water buses which we found to be very good value.

The hotel is nicely renovated to a good standard. The room was clean and comfortable and my one and only criticism was that the pillow was hard and flat and the staff gave us extras but they were more of the same. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was basic but very enjoyable. The location of the hotel was fantastic for Mestre Centre with cafe's, restaurants etc within a few minutes walk. The hotel is on a busy road so this was noisy if you had a window open but the room has heating and air conditioning and you could not hear the road with the windows shut. Overall we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed there in March.Everything is close, bus to the airport Treviso is 3-4 min walking,like the bus station for the buses that go to Venice(4 and 4L). the hotel was very nice and the hotel staff were great and anna was very helpfull in making our stay a pleasant one if i was to fault any thing it was the pillows and the mattress they were flat and very hard to sleep in as the bed the mattress felt like there was a hollow in the middle and woke when i did get to sleep with a back pain and the pillows were very poor either in quality or just time as caught up with them ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,so i would stay there again but the pillows and mattress would take along time to adjust too ,,
