This is a 2 star hotel
Staff were arrogant at the check in, just thrown the room card without a simple smile
Smell of humidity was disgusting.
The room dirty
The floor full of water in the corridor at the 3 rd floor
It s dangerous for your health when you suffer from asthma
We decided to leave the hotel and took another one not so far.
But would rather prefer to sleep in the car

Our first time in Italy was for a wedding in Mestra, and the hotel was conveniently located to all thing s we had planned. Transportation, dining and proximity to all things was ideal. Staff was attentive and polite.

Great room. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioner was not working. Thankfully could open the window (I get hot easily).

Very easy to get to Venice taking the T1 Tram back and fourth. Not much dining around the hotel and no grocery store nearby. If you want anything in the room, bring it home during the day.

I enjoyed staying in LH Sirio Hotel., what I didn't like was the bed, not comfortable for me and my son, because in the middle of summer we had a winter blanket in the room to cover ourselves. But I would still recommend Sirio Hotel.

We appreciate the ease of location and proximity to the train station. The staff was nice but busy breakfast was good. A male Employee let themselves in to room at 9 AM unexpectedly, must’ve been a mistake, but was quite surprising. The window was stuck open, but an employee came and helped us close it promptly. The TV didn’t work it turned on, but there are no channels. The room is nice and dark and quiet. The Chinese and pizza places nextdoor were really good.

Breakfast buffet was fresh with moderate selection of food & drinks.

Hotel is located close to bus stop ( bus goes every 15 minutes directly to Venice for 1.50 euro return). You can buy tickets at hotel if you wish.

Train station and bus shuttle to airport, or outlet or other cities is short bus ride away or 20 minute walk.

Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shopping.

Ventures in the street near by on Wednesdays & Fridays. They are worth checking out!

Try the chinese a few doors away.
Google strikes for bus companies coz we struggled getting from marco polo as we wanted to use public transport.
Want some shopping visit local mall only 1 bus ride away lucky there was sales Try the salmon poke bowl and gelato -enjoy

This hotel was really excellent value. The rooms are clean, nicely decorating, modern and quiet. Bed was comfortable, I liked the bathroom as well. It matched the picture from Hotels.com for the basic room we booked. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. There was always someone at the front desk to help us, they were also able to sell us bus tickets there so we could get to Venice island. You can then walk down the street 1-2 minutes and catch a bus straight to the island and back, really easy and convenient. You do need cash if you would like to buy bus tickets straight from the front desk, but if you only have credit card they can direct you to a nearby convenience store that can help you. I recommend staying here 😊

Misleading photos. Photos from the Superior Triple Rooms used to advertise the Standard Triple Rooms. Received a radically different room than in the pictures, but the receptionist did not take any responsibility for the misleading advertising. After a 20-minute call with Hotels.com and useless talk with the receptionist, we finally got an updated room, per the one in the photos. It was a decent stay, but wish we were not seen as the black sheep for asking for what we paid for.

I initially booked this hotel for a week but ended up only staying here for the last 2 days of our stay (wanted to stay in Venice so I booked a hotel in the city). Even those 2 days were too long, the bathroom was completely dirty, water damage could be found all over with rotting floorboards surrounding the whole bathroom. The bed was two twin sized beds pushed together so there was a noticeable gap between it. Not to mention the stiffness of the beds themselves, it felt like sleeping on concrete. The staff was helpful enough but I would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast was really good though it wasn’t included in our stay they offered it to us anyway. Very kind. Room was in good condition and bathroom looked new. Hotel is under external renovation so had no window view or ability to open window. Only damper. Easily accessed the train as well.

The worst crook hotel I never saw in my life

It’s the worst staff hotel I never saw in all my life!!!
The hotel is well, restaurant and buses close to the hotel. The staff looks like friendly but they are crooks, be careful! They charged me too much price for the restaurant and I told them since last 10 July 2019 and every week I have to call back them to know what about my refund? And they tell me every time we will do that, but today still nothing! So I spend a lot of money to call back them every week, so I already lost more 80 euros to call back them!!! So I advice every body to never, never eat anything in their restaurant and check every bills they will give you (2 times) before paid anything! So I advice everybody to make your way to another hotel to avoid to be crooked like me!

Great location as its close to transport links to Venice and walking distance to the Mestre centre.
Hotel was lovely and comfortable. Service was fantastic. Karim and Pino made me feel comfortable soon as i checked in. A real asset to this hotel.
The only negative comment i would make is you cant get coffee in the afternoon but luckily there were places walking distance. Other than that i would come back again! :-)

Location is great and 5 mins walk to the the bus; room was kept clean; the buffets breakfast has good selections and great coffee!! Staff was friendly and helpful;

However, wish the room has more hooks to hang stuff like towels etc ; and. Closed up shower door would have been great; not sure is. Standard design in Italy! As you shower water was seeping out of the stall!!

Slight adjustments and it’s a good stay.

In general service staff were brilliant especially the cleaning ladies but this was spoilt by two members of staff who were quite indifferent and almost rude. This was at check in and when my partner went to the desk on our first morning to say there was a smell coming out of our bathroom such that I had to step in (not that she can’t hold her own but we did not need the attention in the foyer)

Also it would be good to inform guests before booking that there is construction at the hotel. We could not open the windows or see outside.

First big thing to say, that they don't tell you is there is extensive building work going on at this hotel. So its covered head to toe in scaffolding, with builders working right outside your window. I was on the 5th floor and could watch them as they walked past my window.They should warn you of this before you book. Not a great hotel to be honest. I would certainly recommend staying in Mestre to get into Venice as it is much cheaper and the transport links into Venice are good (and cheap), but this hotel is not a 4 star. It's old, tired basic. Compared to other places I stayed in Italy, the reception desk staff were pretty rude and unhelpful too which I have to say is different to every other Italian place I stayed in. If I revisited Venice again, I would look for an alternative hotel in Mestre.

Staff lovely but not enough of them. Toilet flush in our room broke twice so we had a water feature in the bathroom overnight. Bar man rarely at the bar so took for ever to get served.
Breakfast ok. Bus stop next to hotel and number 2 bus runs every 10 minutes into Venice.
Room very clean and bed comfortable.
I would stay here again.

Apart from the scaffolding outside the inside of the hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere.
We were rained off on the Sunday which meant spending time in the hotel. Seemed a bit odd that one member of staff offered drinks from the bar but the other staff member refused?
We were also disappointed with the breakfast on the Monday, having been pleased on the Saturday. The bread was stale, no sliced bread and the choice was really poor.
Apart from those couple of issues the hotel is ideally placed for Venice, clean and provided nearly all of what we needed for the weekend.

Great place to stay in Venice

Hotel was a short bus ride from the train station and the bus stop was just a block away. Our room was very clean and quiet however very small. Desk and bed were in the way when trying to enter and had to lift our luggage over both to even enter the room. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Hotel staff were very helpful with directions. Lovely patio area next to the bar was great to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

Perfect Hotel if okay with no A/C

It is located in a convenient location where one can take a quick bus ride (bus # 2) from the train station. Also, take the same bus to the Venice island which was extremely convenient. The staff is very courteous. The room was quite spacious. The price was unbelievable.

My only issue with the room was that there was no air-conditioning. The weather outside was quite warm (80 degrees Fahrenheit / 27 degrees Celsius) and the room was very hot. When I contacted the front desk, I got multiple different responses ranging from \"There is a Italian law so we cannot turn the A/C on\" to \"The A/C is not working\". But you could clearly tell that the A/C was working in the lobby.

Overall the hotel was really good. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Venice and would recommend this hotel.

Location are great there is a # 2 bus that goes to centro Venice about 20 minutes and Mestro train station about 6 minutes. Will definitely come back again.

Very friendly staff offered advice and help. Hotel clean and only steps away to bus to take you into Venice or to the train station in Mestre. I appreciate the clean modern appearance. It's perfect if you plan to spend all of your time in Venice and just come back to sleep. I did not try the restaurant but the breakfast smorgasbord looked quite standard with the usual mix of continental, eggs, etc.

Stopped here for the Venice marathon and it's idially located for getting into Venice with a bus stop not even 30 seconds walk away from the front door with buses going direct to Venice island and also to mestre rail station 1 mile away. Mestre central bus station is only a five minute walk and the mestre area has a nice shopping area with restaurants and cafe.

The hotel was excellent all round with the staff being very helpful and friendly.

The room although quite basic was still nice in its simplicity and decor and extremely clean.

The breakfast was good with a wide selection on offer from bacon eggs to a continental.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice and is was half the price of some of the hotels that were on Venice island which in comparison looked like dumps but charge double on the basis of where they are.

The bus from the hotel to Venice takes 20 minutes if that and your best of buying a 48hr pass for £30 euros as this allows you to use all the trams, buses and more importantly the river buses once you reach the bus and tram terminal in Venice island.

Will visit Venice again and will be stopping here again.

The hotel is located in the suburbs & you need to catch a taxi(€30) or a bus(€5) into Venice.
We found the hotel clean & the staff friendly & helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. The bathroom shower head wasn't working properly. I told reception & within five minutes they were there & replaced it with a new one.

Nice hotel - great alternative to central Venice

Great hotel - just 50m from bus stop that can take you to Mestre station or all the way to Venice in just 20 minutes.

The room was very comfortable and air conditioned! The restaurant served tasty food with a varied menu, and breakfast was always well stocked.

Unfortunately to enjoy a glass of wine from the bar in the sun, you must sit in the smoking area - which for a non smoker is very uncomfortable!

Stumbled across this diamond among the rough on Expedia; general stay was pleasant, room was very clean and modern, nice bathroom facilities, and the breakfast is top draw. However, booking a double room for 2 we found that it was actually 2 single beds together with a double bed sheet/duvet.
Front desk conveniently sells bus tickets (the 2) that take you all the way in from Mestre (the bus stop is v. close to hotel) into Venice, taking around 15 minutes. Looks a little underwhelming from the outside but lovely inside. Great value for money though, would stay again!

Only stayed one night before heading into Venice. However the hotel was great! Allowed us to check in at 10pm due to a late flight. Also great that checkout is at 12pm. Room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Location is not too far from Venice via public transportation if you prefer to save a few bucks on lodging.

Loved the room. We wish we could have spent more time there. Breakfast in the morning was great. The guy at the front desk was very helpful in explaining the Venice area's less than straightforward bus system (#2 bus goes to Venice). The showers have an odd setup where they are open on one side so there's nothing to prevent water from splashing onto the floor. Not sure what they were thinking there.

Arriving late at the hotel was fine...lovely staff and really helpful...Room was spacious and clean...abit old fashioned but it was ok,..considering the time you spend there after sight seeing all day....great breakfast and helpful staff...worked hard...so no good morning and smiles but I put this down to, too busy and tired and early mornings!... You could pay for your return tickets at the reception for the no 2 bus, which was really useful and this was regular but very busy, so felt like going to work every morning...15-20 min bus journey into Venice was tedious so best to pay alittle more and stay in Venice, next time I will do this!....Over all rating 3.8/ 5 good value for money!

First of all its not a 4 stars hotel.
Bad condition of the hotel and the rooms as well ,noisy neighborhood,bad restaurant with highly prices.
Took from us 26 € for parking while next to the hotel is public parking with low cost-they didn't even mention it-it's a Fraud!!! So they can take your money!
Rude stuff and unpleasant!
Many hotels nearby that are much better and costs less.

Great location, Close to sushi / asian restaurants

Stayed here for 3 nights.

I was pleasantly surprised because it was actually convenient to get to Venice from here. The bus stop going to Venice was a 2-3 minute walk, and the buses were quite frequent (Note: you have to buy the bus ticket first, they don't accept payments on the bus, they sell them at the reception desk), and you'll be in Piazzale Roma in Venice in 15 minutes. And going back was just as easy.

The hotel is also close to the main plaza of Mestre, where they have a lot of shops and restaurants, they even had an ice skating rink when I was there. There was a Japanese all-you-can-eat within the square (which I had dinner at and it was packed and it was a good option just to eat something other than Italian) and the hotel is actually next to a Chinese restaurant.

The breakfast had a lot of selection, and they had donuts! other hotels, at least the ones I've stayed at, didn't offer

The thing that just bothered me were:

1. I could hear the laughters in the hallway. I also heard the people talking next door. The walls seem to be just too thin.

2. They have a towel in the bidet. If it's been cleaned well, great, but I don't know that (although the room looked clean), and so I'd prefer if the towels were elsewhere. Also the sink area didn't have enough space for a traveler's own toiletries.

3. I asked for a taxi and I don't know if it was a miscommunication, but I got a fancy service which probably cost me an extra 15euros.

For Italy Good Value

Easy to find. Clean rooms helpful staff, decent sized room. More 2 star than 4 though. Silly bed was 2 twins pushed together, ok but not good for snuggling. Breakfast was good but would wait till 830 for most variety.

A good choice if you can't stay in Venice.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind travelling for roughly 20min. in a packed bus with often standing room only. Beware of pickpockets on buses and water buses (vaporetto)! Yes, the room could do with a facelift and coffee/tea making facilities would have been nice but it was clean and the staff seemed genuinely keen to provide the guests with whatever was required. There is a charming courtyard where people can enjoy a drink which can be annoying if your room faces the yard as people chat there till the early hours. Good breakfast and a pizzeria 2 doors down.

Somewhere clean

While this hotel is clean and not bad value it does have some Downsides, you are definitely at least a 20 min ride on a very full bus doesn't matter what time you take it, no laundry facilities at all, and while there was an espresso machine in room , there where no cups coffee milk etc to go with it, I asked a couple of times about this with no real answer. Breakfast was good lots of choices with pastries etc.

a big bargain

this was a pleasant surprise . Bed was confortable. Wifi was fast, air conditioning worked good and room was very clean. Close to main attraction (15 mins on bus #2). Hotel.com did it again! They gave a great deal almost a bargain, book this hotel you will not be disappointed

Highly recommended

Stayed at this hotel for 3nights. Staff were very nice. We forgot our bag in the Barzi Bus from Treviso airport to Mestre and the staff went the extra mile to arrange for the bag to be delivered to us. Just couldn’t ask for more. Room was perfect. Cleaned daily and spacious. Hotel looks beautiful. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Comfortable stay

The room is clean. There's a bus number 2 just outside the hotel directly to Venice island. That's very convenient. The staff is nice, she gave us an attraction map which is helpful.

Not a four star

Nice and clean hotel just 25 mins away from venice via bus #2. Helpful and attentive staffs,plus points for letting us check-in at 8am coming from a night train trip..decent hot and cold breakfast with plenty of choices..

The only problem we had was the aircon being set only on fan mode and all the staffs think its normal. We have rang countless times until we gave up from being given same answer that everything is \"functioning well\" but it was such a discomfort coming back everyday into our room from a long day's stroll under a 30+ degrees weather because we felt like sticky roasts throughout the summer nights that we were there.

It could have been a perfect stay if it had a proper aircon that actually cools the room.
