L'hotel est appréciable pour l'acceuil, le SPA, la propreté, le repas possible le soir.
Par contre, dans les chambres simples, le rérigérateur fait un bruit, un ronronnement pénible lors de l'endormissement.

On a séjourné le week-end de la Toussaint avec Ma Femme. L’accueil excellent à l’écoute de nos attentes, la propreté de l’hôtel, le spa, la piscine et l’emplacement de l’hôtel tout était vraiment parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great stay here. Perfect location for Dives and Cahbourg. Plenty of parking, dog friendly. We took one of the apartments with a view of the Dives river. Apartment was very well set up with all you need for a short stay. Breakfast was ok, could be a little better in terms of choice but value for money. This was our 2nd stay here, would recommend

Il s’agissait de notre troisième séjours. Or la Piscine est maintenant accessible par un couloir extérieur très froid. À 17h30, elle n’était toujours pas éclairé et l’air ambiant était froid. De Plus, il n’y avait plus les peignoirs à disposition. Je comprends que le spa soit maintenant en supplément mais l’entrée aurait pu être maintenue comme avant.

We stayed at the Kyriad to be near family in Dives-sur-Mer. I was excited by all the facilities on offer at this hotel (check opening times). The studio room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and for a fee of 10€, a sink with hob. We both slept well in the temperature controlled room. I enjoyed the waterfall shower. Note: To operate push the ring upwards. With close proximity to Lidl(for shopping), Dive, Cabourg for entertainment. Overall a great place to stay.

Very clean and well maintained residence. Friendly and welcoming staff. Having a dog, we asked to be changed from ground floor to balcony for safety and our request was accommodated despite a very short notice reservation. The bedding is very comfortable and the flats are very well maintained and practical. It is well located and the parking facilities are excellent. We will definitely return. Highly recommended. This clean, spacious hotel was nicely situated alongside the estuary and had a large clean room. The breakfast buffet was lovely and staff all very helpful and friendly. We were just sad that we hadn’t read all the small print and noticed that the pool and kitchenette both incurred additional charges (€10 per adult to swim & €10 to unlock the kitchenette which had cups, plates, cutlery and a hob).

Stayed with children as a way of boarding an early ferry from Caen. It is about 30 minutes from the port so an easy trip in the morning. The room was larger than expected with a good sized lounge area and a nice big bathroom. It was modern and clean. TVs in lounge and bedroom showing french programming. The kitchenette was clean and adequately supplied with everything you need. You do have to pay a charge at the hotel to use the hob and plates etc but you can access the fridge and microwave without unlocking that unit. The swimming pool looked amazing but we forgot our kit. It is also charged in addition to the room but seemed worthwhile. It is not clear on booking sites that additional charges are payable though. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t explore locally or stay long enough for breakfast, but the latter smelt really good.

Spacious apartment near to Cabourg and Caen
We have stayed at the Kyriad Prestige twice this year on our return journey from the Loire to the ferry port At Ouistreham. Clean and spacious apartment with secure parking. For an additional €10 you can have the use of a well equipped kitchenette. If you don’t choose this option there is still a fridge and microwave.
The only negative for us is that reception is not open late enough for the passengers arriving on a late night ferry which means we have to stay elsewhere on our arrival in France. Cabourg and Dives-sur-Mer are beautiful seaside resorts with many good restaurants.

This new hotel is in great condition and with balconies (in most if not all rooms). The location is right on the bike/walk trail and an easy walk to the beach. The town strolls are a bit far, but we had bikes and a car. So, overall happy with the location.

Great place to stay and very friendly staff. As the details on the website state limited maid service just once a week, which I thought was a bit odd. Having said that it’s still a very pleasant hotel and I plan to visit again in the summer. I would recommend it, the apartments are well furnished with a job, microwave, fridge and kitchenette sink. Great views from the hotel, a nice area with a lovely beach walk and fantastic restaurants to end the day.

This property has great potential, but seems to be very new. The swimming pool has not been finished yet to the disappointment of our grandchildren. The GPS would not take the address of the hotel and we had a very difficult time finding it. At one point after crossing the train tracks a couple of times back and forth, we could see the building but couldn't see how to get to it. Frustrating after a long day's drive! The towels were of postage stamp size with only one for each of us, with no hand towels. The concept of the 8 Euro fee for kitchen amenities is a good one as the breakfast buffet is way overpriced for a family at 13 Euros each. There is ample free parking and a secure back door entrance, a good lift and very clean public areas.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a fabulous little apartment. We paid to open up the kitchenette which was fairly well equipped - ours seemed to be missing some equipment, but there was more than enough for our needs. The main beds were extremely comfy but the sofa bed was not as comfy. Overall, it was an excellent hotel - very clean and quiet.
We did have a surprise small bill to settle at the end of the stay though......still not too sure what it was for ( my French is not great! ) but overall, the value was also great!

The hotel was really lovely. I was surprised that given the address it was not on a sea front promenade but one over looking a river walk instead. It is situated at the exact location where Dives Sur Mer meets Cabourg so either town centre is an easy walk. Each room has a balcony providing either views directly along the river to the sea or towards the Ibis Budget hotel with the river in the background. The rooms were an excellent size. The beds comfortable and the shower a great walk in one. The complementary toiletries were useful. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided alongside a kettle and cardboard cups and plastic stirrers. The wifi worked well with no trauma involved in getting on line. Altogether the room and level of style and comfort exceeded my expectations. The receptionist provided us with a map but unfortunately the restaurant she recommended was closed for work and clearly had been for some time.

Lovely hotel in a convenient position near Cabourg
This hotel had only been open for 2 months when we arrived so everything was very new. Our only disappointment was that the swimming pool wasn't open as they hadn't received their licence from the local council. However it looked as if it will be lovely when open! We booked a 2 single bed studio and when checking in we were asked if we wanted the 'kitchen' for a total of 8 euros for our stay! There was already a fridge in the room but the 'kitchen' could be unlocked and consisted of a cupboard with utensil, crockery, cutlery etc plus a sink, 2 ring induction hob and a microwave! Excellent value and very useful! The hotel is in a very convenient position within 5 minutes walking distance of Cabourg and with a supermarket almost outside the gate! We had a room at the back which looked out onto Dives/Cabourg railway station! A single track railway which ran between Dives and Trouville at irregular times of the day. We used this to take a trip to Trouville and it ran more or less along the coast stopping at several seaside resorts along the way. Took about 30 minutes! I did ask if there was a laundry room but was told it wasn't finished yet, however I was able to borrow an iron and board from reception! All rooms looked as if they had a balcony! We were asked if we wanted breakfast for 12 euros per person per day but we decided to self cater! However the continental breakfast looked very good! I would definitely stay here again!

Séjour comme toujours très agréable très indépendant le studio spacieux avec kitchenette pour y prendre petit déjeuner et repas petit balcon pour y faire sécher les maillots de bain après avoir goûter à la piscine spa jacuzzi ou hammam présent ds l’établissement. Établissements idéalement situé ds une ville médiévale près de nombreux commerces à 10 min à pieds de cabourg.

Convenable dans l'ensemble, mais trop cher pour la prestation : ventilation clim bruyante, piscine petite et peu profonde (1,08m partout) avec un horaire d'ouverture trop tardif le matin (10h). Si vous acceptez que le personnel de ménage ne passe pas tous les jours, vous n'avez alors pas de renouvellement de capsules de café et gobelets. Pas de salle de sport.

Bon séjour dans cet établissement où nous venions pour la 3eme fois. Quelques changements ont eu lieu depuis notre dernier séjour.
Malheureusement les animaux de compagnie ne sont plus admis dans la salle des petits déjeuners et nous avons donc pris le notre en chambre… l’avantage de déjeuner en chambre, c’est que nous ne sommes plus importunés par les cris des enfants !!
Nous avions demandé le ménage pour le 2eme jour mais le service de ménage n’est passé qu’à 17h le soir … dommage !
