Would return as the grounds are nice and pool is brilliant . but some duplex’s need updating . Our location was terrible when we booked We asked to all be together which wasn’t adhered too by the complex even though we booked months beforehand . When we were there they eventually put us together at the bottom of a hill a long walk from the reception and one of the duplex wasn’t cleaned so not great they did move one of our accommodations but we were celebrating my brothers 50th and they said Expedia never let them know we wanted to have all 3 duplex’s together . However once we were home I raised this with Expedia and it was the accommodation they had the received the request months previous just didn’t act on it. My mums 74 and I told them this. They still didn’t move us .

First French Family Holiday

I'd compare it to Bluestone in Wales. Lovely area, staff are very polite and the pool indoor and out are great. This was our first foray into France for a family holiday and would most certainly return. Quiet roads to drive on rurally and its just a much more sedate way of life. Very few Brits (Which was great as you have to make an effort to get here) and families from Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and across France were so much more respectful to each other. Throughout our travels we encountered just 2 potholes! The toll roads are a dream to use. We'd highly recommend Cabourg for a day at the beach and Trouville-sur-Mer for the ultra fresh seaford for a spot of lunch.

Fabulous holiday location!

A lovely, family friendly holiday site. Very much set up with children in mind. The huge indoor playground was a favourite of my three year old and my older child loved the swimming pools - including the fast flowing water in one of the outdoor pools! We have stayed at several P&V sites across Normandy, this is definitely our favourite so far, the key difference was all of the extra facilities (including shop & restaurant) and activities!

On one of the weekdays they held a kids party with bouncy castles, face painting and games which was really enjoyable!

As my children aren’t french speakers we decided not to use the kids clubs but they looked very popular!!

The only downside is that you do need to use the car if you plan to travel anywhere off site.

Cleaning -not so good as we found a few spider web inside the property.
Kitchen well equipped with everything you need.
20 minutes from lovely beaches, also the property has indoor and outdoor pool with loads of free activities.

Beds and sofa bed very inconfortable this last reason would put me off of going there again ,also some of the linen had massive stains.
If you stay in the ones by the lake get ready for loads of bugs visits.

The site is very pretty, the apartments are small and basic, did say cleaning everyday but came in once whilst we were there (1 week). Pools are nice, disappointing they are closed 13.00 -15.00 everyday which actually means asked to leave about 12.30 / 12.40

Lovely location but you need a car for site seeing

Very basic accommodation and small space to live in. No parking close by if you have suit case or elderly. Food at restaurant basic and over priced the same for the drinks. The accommodation is not the same as the pictures advertisement.

The property itself is amazing. The house was very well set up for us. We loved the view from our deck.
The only disappointment was the pool area. The pools were cooler than expected, and the hot tubs were absolutely freezing! But otherwise, we'd definitely come back.

The house we had was a 'superior' house and I would say that it was clean and contained all the essentials. Staff were helpful and the location was good to discover the surrounding area (a car is essential). The furniture is what I'd expect of a holiday let - basic and comfortable. We had an enjoyable family holiday.

Great location/perfect for families

Loved the property. Cottage had two balconies which overlooked the French countryside. Kitchen was well furnished. Downstairs furnished nicely. Bedrooms were sparsely furnished and dated. Carpet upstairs was stained. Overall we loved the location and having a kitchen and a separate room for our daughter and it made it the perfect place for us to spend our holiday.

Overall, we had a good family holiday. The outside pool was lovely with plenty of loungers and parasols available at your request. The restaurant was awful and very disappointing. We had originally planned to eat on site every day but very quickly realized the food was over priced, poor quality with rude staff. This meant that we went out to eat and in the process found some lovely restaurants with lovely French hospitality, so it all worked out. We also found you have to pay for absolutely every single activity - even the crazy golf. The nearby beaches were absolutely amazing and clean.

Arrêt des animations le vendredi donc pas d'animation le week dommage !nous avons pris un cottage premium pensant avoir une gamme au dessus de tout les autres que nous avons eu précédement mais nous n'avons pas vu la différence mise à part un frigo un peu plus grand.Concernant la propreté en ouvrant sous l'évier pour mettre en place le sac poubelle nous sommes tombés sur un tas de déchets des anciens voyageurs entassé derrière le système de poubelle pot de glace sachet de salade barquette de viande sachet de chips et j'en passe que nous avons ramassé et jeter bien-sûr pour éviter une invasion de fourmis comme nous avons déjà eu le droit précédemment ,donc aucun contrôle propreté des meubles poubelle sous l'évier.un rafraîchissement de la salle de bain ne serait pas du luxe .Les points positifs les animateurs au top et la piscine comme d'hab top!Petit déjeuner pris au garden club décevant très peu de choix par rapport aux autres fois payer pour 3 adultes 2 enfants pour manger un morceau de pain avec du beurre et du bacon et boire un café et du jus de pomme c'est clairement excessivement cher .

Très déçus par notre séjour. L’ensemble du domaine donne une impression de vétusté : tout paraît vieux, usé et aurait clairement besoin d’une rénovation, aussi bien dans les logements que dans les espaces communs. La piscine n’est pas en meilleur état, ainsi que les parkings.
Ceci renforce cette sensation générale de laisser-aller.
Le point le plus décevant reste le service de restauration, vraiment déplorable. Le personnel semblait complètement débordé alors même que la salle n’était qu’à moitié remplie. Attente longue, organisation inexistante, service peu agréable… une très mauvaise expérience.
En résumé, un endroit à éviter.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'emplacement du Village Pierre et vacances est bien placé avec une équipe accueillante et activités possibles sur place.

DOMMAGE que l'espace cuisine est vraiment petit pour passé une quinzaine de jours. J'ai regretté le peu de vaisselle, pas de grill-pain, assiette ébréché...

à l'étage dans la salle de bain, le sèche serviette à côté du WC, c'est pas top et surtout qu'il est taché !!!

je termine en soulignat que le parc est très agréable

En bedre rengøring af vægge på værelserne. Der var mærker af folk der tidligere havdet smækket insekter på loft og vægge. Vi fandt desværre kakkelakker på værelset
Skruer faldt ud af vores seng. Der var ingen bestik i boligen, kun alt andet.

Reparation af brusere i vandland. Evt. nye brusehoveder eller bænke inde i de rum man skifter tøj. Mit tøj blev helt vådt da jeg ikke kunne ligge mit tørre tøj andre steder end på gulvet.

Hvis der var brugt lidt mere ris på dette ville stedet være fantastisk.

Les appartements sont assez grands.
Dommage que les enfants n'aient pas leur chambre.
La salle de bain est petit, ce qui n'est pas forcément un problème.
Par contre, la robinetterie est obsolète.
Prendre une douche sans que la pomme de douche soit bloquée et avec un tout petit pare-eau, c'est impossible.
Il faudrait améliorer ce point là.

Stedet er meget slidt, hvilket er en skam, for det er nogle rigtigt hyggelige rammer, og det er fedt med de forskellige aktiviteter.
Stedet trænger til at blive malet, og en del ting rundt omkring bør repareres både i lejlighederne og ved aktiviteterne.
Beliggenheden er rigtigt fin, og et fint udgangspunkt for et besøg til f.eks. Omaha Beach og Caen.

The toilet seat was broken. Chairs ready to come apart. Lamps and shelves nearly falling off the wall. Zink at the bathroom drained VERY slowly.
We had a terrace with no sun. Neither in the morning or afternoon. Not able to dry our towels. The electric rack for drying towels didn't work.
The pool sometimes had a \"film\" on top of the water.
We stayed 4 people for 6 nights and had one roll of toilet paper and one tiny piece of hand soap. Remember to bring shampoo and toilet paper.

L'accueil est très pro, le logement correspond à la description. Malheureusement, il manque un rafraichissement dans la maison. log 403, la VMC qui ne fonctionne pas donc énormément d'humidité dans le logement. Attention aux enfants qui ont accès à la route (non cloturé). la piscine est un très bon point. Ceci dit, nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille six adultes et deux enfants.

Weekend en famille,le lieu est très agréable avec petit ou grand enfant.le personnel est très souriant et accueillant.le restaurant est très bon,son service est très bien.nous avons testé la piscine avec un enfant de -3ans ,très bien.pareil pour les jeux extérieurs ou intérieur, parfait.

Poor place. They gave wrong room type, I paid for apartment with double bed and there was not that. Aparment was very cold because somebody left door open and inside was same temperature like outside. Door was open because lock did not worked. Reception was closed and nobody answered to phone so there was not possible to get right apartment. Inside was also smell of urea.

Nous ne sommes pas restés l’intégralité du séjour :
À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un logement très mal entretenu : carrelage décollé des murs, peintures écaillées, joint baignoire noir, tâches gluantes dans le frigo…etc
Le linge de lit était tâché.
On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins (murs trop fins et maison mitoyenne des 2 côtés).
La piscine intérieure est également vieillissante et ne donne pas envie.
Les extérieurs sont laids : entre notre logement et celui d’à côté, des herbes d’au moins 2m de haut. Les fleurs sont fanées dans les bacs…

Camera, ma proprio scarso lo spazio per la famiglia: abbiamo prenotato un alloggio per 5 persone, ma c’era veramente poco spazio sia nella camera (letto matrimoniale ed uno a scomparsa) che nel soggiorno con cucinino (qui divano letto per 2 posti che occupava tutta la Stanza se aperto). Anche la cucina era molto striminzita, ma dotata anche di lavastoviglie, un plus. Per il resto non ci sono stati mai problemi, ma ci tornerei al massimo in 3 persone.

Es war ganz schön dort. Wir sind nicht ganz so penibel was die Sauberkeit angeht, aber manche Dinge hätten sauberer sein können z.B die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind voller Grünspan und leider hat der letzte Hausmieter das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber hinterlassen.
Es ist sehr hügelig und wir hatten das Haus ganz unten am See. Zum Schwimmbad oder zum Supermarkt , geht es eine gute Strecke Berg auf. Außerdem hatten wir auch Besuch von einer Ratte auf der Terrasse( haben nicht draußen gegessen) , das lässt sich bestimmt kaum vermeiden aber trotzdem haben wir die Tür nicht unbeobachtet offen stehen lassen. Das Schwimmbad ist toll und auch die Möglichkeiten zum spielen(Tischtennis, Federball usw).Sind super.

We were given a room with mildew and plenty of it. Our new room had radiotors that didnt work, same thung with their dishwasher, coffeemachine and porchlight. When pulling our suitcase from underneath the bed, it was extremely dirty.
Swimmingpooltiles were unclean but the water was good. Plusside: lots if things to do. You het to practice French since very few of the staff speak any English

Im Allgemeinen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt hier. Die Unterkunft (Bad)ist etwas in die Jahre Gekommen und dürfte teilweise renoviert werden. Es ist vergleichbar mit Center Parks, nur kleiner. Man kann hier mehrere aktivitäten unternehmen ohne Extra Geld bezahlen zu müssen.
Bei Problemen kann man sich direkt an die Rezeption wenden und diese Kümmern sich umgehend um abhilfe.
Das Schwimmbad ist auch klasse.
Morgens bekommt man bei dem kleinen Laden täglich Frische Baguettes und mehr.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und weden garantiert wieder kommen.

Séjour agréable, les infrastructures sont top, piscine, mini golf, espace jeux pour enfants, le restaurant service rapide et bonne qualité des produits.
Literie confortable.
Dans mon logement le meuble sous évier à changer car meuble complètement abîmé, cassé du à une fuite d’eau je pense le bois était un peu pourri. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter du séjour.

Hébergement bien équipé et aménager sur cela rien à dire en revanche la propreté n'ai pas tout à fait au rdv canapé et matelas tâcher draps et housse d'oreillers également, éclaboussures sur la cuvette des WC du bas et tâches sur les murs .Nous avions une colonie de Fourmies également qui sortaient de sous le frigo et des prises, malgré sa ont n' a passer un agréable week end les piscines sont top ,ont a participé à l'animation badminton et les animateurs étaient méga top !le soir de nôtre arriver ont a longtemps chercher où était le spot l'affiche es pas à la vu de tous car il faut rentrer dans le bâtiment de la piscine pour l'a voir si ont a pas le réflexe d'ouvrir cette porte ont ne voit pas que le spot ce situe dans la salle du haut .je pense également qu'il faudrais mettre une affiche sur la porte du bâtiment de la piscine avec les horaires de celle-ci car il n'y a pas eu de communication concernant les horaires d'aujourd'hui, pas mal de personnes dont nous y compris sont venu aux piscines en fin de matinée croyant pouvoir profiter de la piscine jusqu'à la mi journée sauf que celle ci fermais à 13h pour réouvrir à 15h ,les maîtres nageurs nous ont donc fais sortir des bassins à 12hH45 alors qu ont venaient d'y entrer , gros hic car à l'accueil aucunes communication concernant les horaires qui changent selon les jours de la semaine.malgrés sa le site es méga top il y a énormément de choses à faire et les personnes de l'accueil sont très aimables .

Ein wirklich schönes und ruhiger Ferienpark, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar das WLan ist schnell genug, um Filme zu streamen. Leider konnten wir nicht alle angebotenen Freizeitmöglichkeiten ausnutzen, da wir wegen Krankheit früher abreisen mussten. Aber auch hier hat nachträglich die Rezeption einen guten Service geboten, indem innerhalb weniger Minuten nachträglich eine Bestätigung der frühen Abreise geschickt wurde.
Wir werden bestimmt nochmal einen zweiten Anlauf hierhin unternehmen, Preis- Leistung unschlagbar.

Les enfants ont adoré !

Très bien pour le week-end en famille, dommage que spa et hammam ne soient pas disponibles..l'établissement a des équipements devenus un peu vetustes (mini golf..) mais les équipements sportifs à disposition, c'est très bien (raquettes etc). Piscine extérieure fermée à cette epoque malgré l'extrême beau soleil et la chaleur du week-end.

Huisje gedateerd en smoezelig. Wel mooie ligging en vriendelijke medewerkers. Slaap/zitbank ongemakkelijk. Zowel niet prettig om op te zitten, als op te slapen.

Slidt og misligeholdt, men flotte omgivelser

Alle faciliter er meget slidte og almindelig vedligholdelse er ikke et ord de kender. fx var samtlige brusere i poolomklædningen voldsomt tilkalket, hvilket betød der ikke kom vand ud af dem. Derudover var huset slidt og flere ting var ødelagt eller manglede.

The place has been run down and did not march the photos posted online. We loved the location, but the place had not been maintained properly for a long time. The parent company is undergoing a turnaround and subsequent cost cuttings. However, the miserable state you find the buildinds and facilitets in scares the customers away. We do not intend to return or recommend this place to anyone. A bad reputation also costs a lot to repair.

On ne peut pas dormir en bas , frigo qui fait bruit de tracteur , abattant WC cassé , ménage pas fait à notre arrivé

Bref vu que ma femme a la phobie des souris , nous avons séjourné dans un autre hôtel et sommes partis

Très mauvais séjour

Arrivés un dimanche à 18h30, la réception etait fermée...plusieurs téléphones...pour débloquer la clé dans un coffre...
Au jour suivant, le personnel de la reception est accueillant. Les logements sont très anciens. Le wc est encore séparé du lavabo et de la baignoire. Ils ont subi une rénovation mais insuffisante. Tout est minuscule.
Le repas du soir, réservé, nous a été refusé car nous sommes arrivés à 20h40 alors que le restaurant ferme à 22h00.
Les photos de présentation ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Très très trompeur
