Better communication needed

When we booked we sent a message asking if we would be able to check in at 23.30hrs butt we never received a reply. When we arrived we were unable to access the car park as the gate was locked. We had to wait for an existing guest to return home. We were able to check in at a 24hr kiosk but still had no code for the gate. An email in advance would have been appreciated and very helpful. Thankfully another guest let ys in the gate.
Room was clean, quiet and adequate.

Good hotel at great price

Friendly welcome at 20:59! (The check in was meant to finish at 21:00, but this didn't seem to be any trouble to Elisa.) While the room wasn't spacious, it was comfortable enough for our stay. The breakfast was really good value.

Hotel needs smoke alarms

My mixed score is a reflection of that the first night I did not enter the room before the staff had left and therefore could not ask for another. The room stank of cigarette smoke and as I am very allergic I spent the night coughing and itching. No amount of airing helped. However, they changed my room the next day but then there was no toilet paper. The pillows were very lumpy. I have stayed there before and on the other occasions have had nothing to complain about.

Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed. plenty of sockets and well placed.
Clean and well ironed bed linen.
Easy to find and great that there are several big supermarkets within very short walking distance.
5 min drive from centre of Deauville or Troville sur Mer.

Better than expected!

It was exactly as described - motel style budget accommodation - but very clean and comfortable. I had expected it to be noisy but when we stayed there were no problems with disturbances.

Small room, small shower

Wifi works well. Free carpark. Good asian buffet restaurant within 5-minutes walking distance. Almost like a motel. Shower was too small to turn around without hitting the shower-curtain, even for a thin person. Some sewer gas leaked into the room everytime the toilet is flushed.

L'arrivée en autonomie (après fermeture réception) est très appréciable, cependant, notre première impression a été un jeune homme fumant un joint à côté de notre chambre, très rassurant en tant que femme. Nous savions à quoi nous attendre en terme de confort, mais je reconnais avoir été agréablement surprise par la literie. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous sommes arrivées vers 8h30 et il ne restait déjà plus grand chose. Le pain était dur comme de la pierre et les céréales agglomérées ensemble - appétissant... Dernier point négatif et pas des moindres, la cuvette des toilettes était sale (à contrario du reste de la chambre) et il n'y a pas de brosse WC, estomac sensible s'abstenir. Ok pour une nuit seulement.

Des bons points mais peut mieux faire

Une chambre très spacieuse et un lit xxl très agréable, dommage que les oreillers soient si durs.
A l'issue de la première nuitée j'ai signalé l'absence de savon dans la douche ainsi que l'évier bouché mais aucune correction a été apportée pour la deuxième nuitée, le ménage n'a d'ailleurs pas été fait. On peut noter également un fond des toilettes à entretenir.

Nous avons demandé 2 chambres en accés PMR, nous avons eu le droit a 1 chambre au RDC qui n'est pas faites pour les PMR on a du mertre le lit sur le coté pour qu'on puisse passer aux douches qui a une porte toute petite donc impossible de passer il fallait la porter pour qu'elle accede aux toilettes, la deuxieme chambre supposée PMR aussi est au 1er etage sans ascenseur et c'est une chambre simple malgré le retour de l'hotel le jour de la reservation (1 semaine avant) et la confirmation d'avoir des chambres PMR. La réceptionniste la seule solution qu'elle nous a proposé si vous voulez partir, partez, sans même la confirmation du remboursement.

Pour moi, c'est une Expérience négative.
pour cette hôtel , très mal isolé on entendait les voisins parler , sons de la télévision fort.

Mais pour le plus négatif , c'est l'invasion de moustiques ,4 la première nuit .12 la deuxième nuit ,ils (moustiques)ne nous ont pas laissé dormir ça venait par deux et après les avoir tuer,ils revenaient.debut de cette attaque de moustiques 2 heures du matin à 6 heures nous avons préparé nos affaires pour partir de cette hôtel.
7 Heures nous descendons pour prendre un petit déjeuner et je signale à la réception la présence de ces l moustiques.


Réponse : nous sommes au courant, un autre client avait signalé aussi la présence de moustiques dans sa chambre.
Je lui signale que la Vmc de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas et que les moustiques viennent de la Vmc,
ça réponse : ce n'est pas possible.
J'ai pris mon déjeuner et je suis parti

À ce moment, une autre cliente signale aussi des moustiques dans ça chambre et les piqûres d'insectes .
Une nuit avec 2 heures de sommeil.
Pour un séjour de repos (nuit) , pour moi c'est très négatif.

Je joins des photos de moustiques tuer dans la chambre.et piqûres d'insectes dans l'avant bras.
Les deux avant bras sont identiques avec les mêmes piqûres
Moi et ma compagne avons subit ces piqûres d'insectes.

On n'a pas eu des serviettes quand on a pris la chambre et on devait aller nous même à l'accueil pour les prendre. La chambre est très petite, la salle de bain est miniuscule et peu d'équipements. Passable.

Un hôtel horrible, sale… Les murs étaient couverts de taches douteuses, les draps sentaient l’humidité et la poussière, et un filet d’eau brune coulait du robinet. Le réceptionniste, à peine réveillé, n’avait même pas levé les yeux lorsqu’on lui avait demandé s’il y avait du savon. On aurait dit que le lieu était abandonné depuis des années

Dommage que l'hôtel soit vétuste et que les portes d'entrée des chambres ne soient plus étanches, car elles laissent passées l'air, le bruit extérieur et les moustiques.
Salle de bain vraiment minimaliste et inconfortable, avec pression au niveau de la douche quasi inexistant.
Pour avoir fait d'autre Hôtel première classe rénové, je pense que celui-ci demande une grosse rénovation.

Hôtel première classe La Touques

Comme chaque année, nous avons reçu un très bon accueil.
Cependant la première nuit nous avons dormi sur un sommier cassé ce qui n'a pas été très bien agréable mais celui-ci a été changé le lendemain.
Ce qui nous a surpris c'est que le ménage n'a pas été fait et que les serviettes, pourtant posées en boule par terre dans la salle de bain n'ont pas été changé.
Il a fallu, chaque soir, à notre retour à l'hôtel, descendre nous même les serviettes sales afin qu'elles soient échangées contre des propres.
Concernant le ménage non fait malgré la petite pancarte laissée sur la porte de chambre \"Merci pour le ménage\", il nous a été dit le 3ème jour qu'il fallait le demander à l'accueil.
Sinon très bon séjour comme à chaque fois.

Toujours notre petit hotel quand nous venons à Deauville. L’accueil est toujours agréable. Les chambres sont propres et le lit confortable. À quelques minutes de Deauville pour se balader. Nous ne prenons pas le petit dejeuner mais le matin l’odeur des croissants sortis du four donne envie. Le prix des nuits est très correct pour l’emplacement. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix des environs.

Chambre petite, que ça soit pour se déplacer autour du lit ou dans la douche, mais juste pour dormir c'est plus que suffisant. L'isolation phonique pourrait être un poil meilleure. En revanche la literie est très confortable, et le petit déjeuner, à volonté, est plus qu'apprécié!

Un peu déçu du séjour nous avons eu la chambre en retard car le ménage n’était pas fait nous avons attendu 1h au froid a l’extérieur en attendant et cela pour plusieurs clients la bar de douche casser ainsi que la télécommande de la tele également et le petit dej reste à désiré un peu trop cher pour ce ou es proposé

Im Zimmer Wassergeräusch. Service meint Wasserspülung WC, wir sollten jedesmal Klappe auf und Haupthahn aus/zudrehen!!!! Zimmerwechsel. Frühstück: Kaffeemaschine defekt. Kaffee aus Automaten, lange Schlange, überfordert. Heißes Wasser um eigen Kaffee zunutzen - per Microwelle!!! Dazu lauwarm! Das ist keine Lösung und kein Service. Dafür zahle ich kein Frühstück für zwei Personen!!!

Accueil peu satisfaisant car pas souriant, on avait l'impression de déranger...
Lunettes de toilettes cassé (cela aurait du être vu par la femme de ménage et être remplacé), j'ai faillit glisser des toilettes et en voulant me rattraper, la grille d'aération au dessus des toilettes est tombée sur moi (mal fixé et en plus le conduit était bouché, quelqu'un avait mis un chiffon dedans).
La machine de café ne fonctionné pas pendant les 2 jours de mon séjour (il y avait plus de café que d'eau) et imbuvable et ensuite ne fonctionné plus de tout.
