When booking they told us we’d have parking get there and they told us no so had to keep feeding a meter. The sink wouldn’t drain. Asked for towels in the morning and then after dinner had to go back and ask again. The suite was pretty run down. I’m used to EU mattresses but this was thin and the pillows was like sleeping straight on the mattress. The view was beautiful. A lot of walkable options for food/drinks etc 10/10 on location. But would not stay here again.

Staff is nice and the location is great, but that doesn't make up for the condition and cleanliness of the units. The pictures are not accurate, or they were taken 20 years ago. The building is dingy and in need of major maintenance. The rooms are not clean and there are flies and bugs in the rooms. The bathrooms need major maintenance. When we initially arrived and went up to the room, it hadn't been cleaned yet from the prior guests and had a distinct smell of urine permeating throughout the unit. We informed the front desk and they sent up a cleaning person to promptly clean the room. It was a little better after that, but we were definitely not looking forward to staying. There is no WiFi in the rooms and they are dark. The towels are not new and are very rough on the skin. The best comparison to this would be a run down Motel 8.

Nous sommes arrivés tardivement car réservation faite tard du coup appartement pas prêt. Pas de ménage ni drap,ni serviettes. On nous a mis dans 1 chambre d'hôtel avec vu sur mer à la place du port sans balcon du coup. L'essentiel c'est qui nous est trouvé de la place. Au final il ne faut pas réserver tard et à la dernière minute car les prestations hôtelière ne sont pas assurées. Je ne comprends pas les logements sont censés être rendus pour 12h00.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par David. En revanche, nous n'avions pas de draps pour les fauteuils convertibles même après avoir demandé à l'accueil !

appartement pour 6 personnes accompagnées d'un boxer, l'espace était suffisant, on a passé une nuit, on a mangé le soir à l'appart, le bémol était la vaisselle pas forcément très propre, j'ai relavé avant de l'utiliser malgré le lave vaisselle présent, je pense que ce n'est pas vérifier, le casseroles pourraient être changer égalemnt et il manquait un rideau dans la chambre donnant dans le couloir. Sinon une belle vue sur le port face à Deauville, très bonne situation géographique, on peut tout faire à pied et même aller à la plage.

Nous sommes arrivé après un assez long trajet avec notre bébé de 1 an un vendredi après midi.
A l’arrivé personne devant la résidence, aucune information, jusqu’à ce que nous comprenions (seuls) qu’il fallait se rendre dans l’hôtel voisin pour avoir accès à la residence.
Inutile de précisé que le nom de la résidence n’était écrit nulle-part sur la devanture de la résidence.
Une fois ce problème résolu nous avons enfin récupéré les clés de notre studio, au 1er étage, la vue sur le port est ainsi inexistante.
Arrivé à l’etage, les parties communes étant ouvertes sur l’extérieur nous faisons la connaissance d’insectes (peut être des poissons d’argent).
Arrivé dans la chambre nous trouvons de la poussière, un sol sombre et sale ( en témoigne le pantalon de mon fils qui rampe un peu partout)

Manque d’hygiène. Poussières, toiles d’araignées ! En période de Covid : honteux. À l’entrée dans le logement, mauvaise odeur de renfermé, ce qui signifie pas de ménage donc aucune désinfection !!! On part très régulièrement en week-end, du jamais vue. Des locations chez particulier sont plus rigoureux. Je déconseille très fortement, surtout en cette période de pandémie.

Ancienne résidence Pierre et Vacances, très bien située dans Trouville, devant le port et la Touque, elle mérite un gros rajeunissement (en principe prévu). Notre appartement (le 1109) était un studio en coin, avec une chambre cabine pour deux enfants, une salle de bain avec une baignoire. Dans le salon un canapés lits deux places que l’on est pas obligé de refermer tous les matins, heureusement !.. Personnels accueillants, de bonne volonté, mais souvent dépassés.
Ce qui n'allait pas : Le canapé lit hors d’âge, défoncé par des milliers d’utilisateurs - les bordures des meubles de cuisine décollées - Lot de vaisselle insuffisant même pour trois (obligation LV tous les jours) - Ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle vieillissants - Pas de sèche cheveux (l'accueil en prête contre une CNI) - Alèses trop mini sur les lits Par ailleurs la résidence est gérée par l'accueil de l'hôtel Le Beach d'à coté, sous dimensionné pour hôtel plus résidence, ce qui engendre de longues queues pour le check-in.

Appartement petit mais fonctionnel. Je regrette que les lits n'aient pas été faits avant notre arrivée. Débarquer à minuit avec les enfants endormis dans les bras et devoir faire les lits était compliqué.

Enfin, on bénéficie d'une très belle vue, mais les vitres n'avaient visiblement pas été nettoyées depuis plusieurs mois, ce qui nous a empêché d'en profiter pleinement.

Séjour prévu d’un week end, nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit vu l état de l appartement: très sale: sol collant, des objets oubliés sous le lit de précédents clients dans une couche de poussière, bouilloire inutilisable, couverte de crasse et d’une croûte de saleté à l’interieur), vétuste, éclairage sans interrupteur (!!) finitions bâclées, télé minuscule et ne fonctionnant pas, parties communes délabrées. La réalité n’est pas du tout fidele a ce qui est présente sur le site, vu le prix et les photos il s’agit pour nous d une arnaque.

Nachdem wir dann die Unterkunft gefunden hatten, Rezeption ist im Beach Hotel, wurden wir sehr unfreundlich empfangen, ein Parkplatz war trotz Anfrage 3 Wochen vor der Ankunft nicht reserviert, scheinbar sind die Mieter von Appartements Menschen zweiter Klasse. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt für dieses unsaubere Appartement überhaupt nicht, der Fußboden wurde ewig nicht gereinigt, in der Badewanne waren Haare vom Vorgänger. Toilette wackelt, Toilettendeckel lose, die Betten waren nur teilweise bezogen, alles in allem für fast 200 € die Nacht völlig unakzeptabel.

Im großen und ganzen hält die Unterkunft nicht das, was sie verspricht. Die Unterkunft heißt ganz anders als man sie gebucht hat und um einchecken zu können muss man auch in das Hotel nebenan. Außerdem lässt der Zustand der Apartments und die Sauberkeit echt zu wünschen übrig.

Super Lage zum Strand nur einen Katzensprung, auch die Stadt liegt nahe der Unterkunft. Vom großen überdachten Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick zum Hafen u. zur Stadt. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung ideal, vor allem mit Kindern. Bettwäsche muß selbst bezogen werden, Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden.Küche mit Spülmaschine u. Micro-Welle (neuwertig). Kleines Bad, separates WC. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Adresse /Expedia bzw.Name der Unterkunft war nicht richtig.Die Residence heisst Le Beach u. liegt neben dem Hotel Le Beach, bildet mit dem Casino einen Komplex. Der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig.

45 min d'attente pour récupérer la clé, serviettes manquante dans le logement, extrêmement sale, taie d'oreiller tachée posée sur la plaque de cuisson, chaise extérieure et abanttant de toilette cassés. Et pour couronner le tout on nous fait payer presque 18euros de taxe de séjour pour une nuit à 6 alors qu'elle est censée être de 3 euros au total !
