We took the biggest and the most expensive room in this hotel.
The room had an amazing big kitchen, yet no normal shelves in the bathroom.
Room was big, bed was a tiny queen size.
No air conditioner
Phone in the room has no connection to the reception/room service/housekeeping etc.

For us, the cold welcome, unfriendly attitude - were a first time experience and hopefully the last one.

Un emplacement et un cadre privilégiés, appartement joliment décoré. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir profiter du jardin.
Quelques bémols: à l'arrivée, le ménage n'est pas à la hauteur d'un établissement 4 étoiles (terrasse et mobilier d'extérieur non nettoyés et poubelle non vidée), une mini savonnette pour 4 personnes, c'est insuffisant ! et en dépit d'une demande réitérée, pas de bouilloire.

Excellent accueil, personnel très sympathique et aimable, séjour très agréable; petit bémol pour la propreté de la piscine et du jacuzzi, mais surtout à cause de l'irrespect des gens qui trempent leurs pieds dans le pédiluve avec leurs tongs ou qui mettent de la terre dans le jacuzzi! Difficile de surveiller tout le monde! Par contre, une très jolie chambre, très bien décorée avec une literie plus que parfaite. Très bon petit déjeuner. Un hôtel à conseiller!

2. Balcon avec des toiles d’araignées et excréments de pigeon.

Le prix et les 4 étoiles ne sont pas justifiés! Chambre et couloirs vieillots, canapé dépliant pas confortable du tout pour dormir, ascenseur vite en surcharge, vue sur un toit…l’espace piscine et l’accueil relèvent le niveau mais je n’y retournerai pas.

Great stay with friends

Perfectly situated, very cute villa, comfortable room and beds. Spa was a little bit crowded because the heat drew everyone to the pool at the Closerie next door. We could even see the horses training before the race at the hippodrome from our 2nd floor window.

Die Villa Odette liegt mitten in Deauville. Den Strand als auch die Shoppingmöglichkeiten mit vielen Restaurants sind zu Fuße sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war für uns 3 Erwachsene schön geräumig und immer sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keinen Wunsch offen und auch der kleine Spa Bereich war sehr angenehm. Preis-Leistung hat insgesamt gepasst und ich würde die Villa Odette jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Bon accueil et aspect général bon et très bon buffet petit déjeuner à 13€/p. Le parking couvert est à 15€/j. Mais équipement de la chambre standard incomplet, car pour un 3 étoiles, pas de chaise (seulement 1 fauteuil) et pas de prise électrique/ ordinateur face au bureau.Dans l'entrée bloc cuisine équipée , pas de vaiselle ni de couverts, hormis 2 c.à café, 2 verres & 2 tasses à café, alors qu'il y a un micro-ondes !!
Chambre donnant sur av de la République Calme. Pas de mode d'emploi du sèche serviettes dans s.d.douche en déc.

On a passé un très bon moment. La chambre était très grand et très confortable. Oh a beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. Ça serait bien de pouvoir se reposer sur des chaises longues entres les bains. Le petit déjeuner était moyen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Odette. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec salon séparé et canapé lit. Idéal pour un week end en famille (nous étions avec notre fille de 16 ans). Très propre et fonctionnel. Belle salle de bain avec une grande baignoire.

Le SPA est top : sauna, Hammam, Jaccuzzi et grande piscine.
La villa est très bien située à qualques minutes à pied du bord de mer, restaurants, Casino...

Nous venons régulièrement à Deauville et nous réserverons de nouveau à la Villa Odette.

Hôtel bien situé mais propreté à revoir

L'hôtel est très bien situé,le personnel est accueillant.
Chambre spacieuse,lumineuse,grande salle de bain,equipement très correct et la literie est très bonne.
Points négatifs: la propreté aléatoire au niveau du jacuzzi et de la chambre(poubelle des anciens occupants,tâche sur le mur,brosse rouillé)
Le manque de personnel au petit-déjeuner la jeune femme était très sympathique mais malheureusement toute seule. À 9h30 il n'y avait plus grand chose sur le buffet.
