The hotel lobby and spa are beautiful but the rooms are cheaply designed and not worth the price at all. The beach and boardwalk are directly next to the hotel but are rundown and not elegant. It was not worth the trip from Paris.

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have more variety and I don’t think you should be charged for parking however the overall experience was excellent and we would stay again.

Mainly Treauville, does not have the charm of Deauville. Apart from that the hotel was with low capacity, and the staff was not attentive enough. The front desk during check-out a disaster, taking too long and making mistakes… and I stayed only 1 night! Did not feel I was in a 5 star hotel!

You will know you are in France 😊

It’s a fantastic hotel. It’s a beautiful building, by tjr sea and have great staff. Too bad the restaurant is closed due to covid, but you can order in room dining. The spa however is not up to the standards. If you go, enjoy the beautiful hotel and it’s surroundings.

The overall stay was lovely. However, when I was in the steam room I touched a wall which burned my hand and the hotel didn’t really acknowledge the issue. They took 15 min to bring me ice and just acted surprised, not taking the issue seriously. This was the most serious burn I experienced in my life and I wasn’t able to use my hand for days. The day it happened, we told them this was quite serious as there was no sign and other people could get hurt and in return they just offered us our parking fees and a beer... the way they handled this matter was really disappointing for a 5 star.

The lobby and bar/bistro area are beautiful. The room was impeccable and had a real king size bed (uncommon). The spa pool and suana/steam room were also a welcome respite during our long days of travel.

Beautiful luxury hotel

This was one of my first times staying in a 5-star hotel and it was really wonderful. The little \"attentions\" (staff remembering my name, bringing me up to the room to show me around, bathrobe and slippers, kettle for tea and coffee maker for coffee) really did make it a great stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station in Deauville and good for exploring both Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer, especially for walking along the beach in Trouville. I didn't explore the \"bains de mer\" but the fitness room (where I was alone and had a view of the beach) and hammam were great. Overall, a lovely end-of-season stay at a real luxury hotel.

Good hotel. On the beach

Great location on Trouville beach. Close to restaurants and Casino. Staff at restaurant mainly during breakfast were like \"confused\" all the time. This might be due to the fact that all staff are very young and unexperienced. Same for room service.

Very relaxing stay!

We had a lovely stay at Cures Marines. The hotel has recently been renovated and it is gorgeous. The bed and bedding are extremely comfortable. Our room was large and very well lit with floor to ceiling windows and view of the beach. The neighborhood is great. It is walking distance to great restaurants and morning markets. If you get a chance, walk to Pillet Saiter's fish market and eat fresh seafood and their delicious fish soup!!

Small, crowded room

The room had no space, no drawers for clothes, no table to have coffee, and poor view. It was rated as a superior room, which a total misnomer. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have money to throw away.

Nice Hotel but poor service and management.

The room I booked is with King size bed with a view, When I got to the hotel, the hotel can only offer me either with a King bed with no view or a view with queen bed. Definitely NOT what I've booked. No compensation was offered and the front desk staff made it seems like it is our fault and the Hotel.com error. We were stuck with a King bed room but the room can not be any smaller. There are less than 24 inches around the bed to the wall. There is no lift access on by stairs.

At around 2:30am, the fire alarm was heard in the hallway and we did not receive any directions as to whether to evacuate or stay in room. I tried to call the front desk but there is no answer. We end up not able to sleep at all that night.

Breakfast is ok but service is slow. Coffee and tea take over 10 mins to get to our table. Food is average.

Valet and luggage service however is excellent.

Not a nice experience after all.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Hotel was lovely and facilities very good. Mistake booking the junior suite as it had no windows but thin balcony doors. A small terrace would have been useful in summer but not January and you had to stand on tip toes and crane your neck to see the sea. Hotel deserted and told only 50% full so very odd that restaurant fully booked both nights with no apology. Massage good but expensive. Institut staff not very helpful but pool great

Romantic and relaxing getaway

My wife and I spent 3 days at Cures Marine for our 10th anniversary. The hotel is superb, the food and drinks delicious and the service outstanding. We both used the spa services and were very impressed.

Mais le vrai plus c'est le personnel : tout le monde est aux petits soins, on se sent vraiment bien accueilli et dans un esprit très convivial.

Demasiada pompa y poca eficiencia

Llegamos al hotel hacer check in alrededor de las 21:20.
Decidimos dejar las maletas para que las subieran a la habitación y poder salir a cenar
Perdieron un sweater azul que dejé sobre la maleta y un cuello de viaje que estaba suelto sobre mi bolsa blanca
En el Spa las chanclas del hotel se resbalan, lo advierten y es mejor quitarlas
Pero el personal del gimnasio anda por el SPA con zapatos de calle y los huéspedes descalzos Desagradable
Cenamos en el restaurante
Los raviolis no saben a Crab La comida demasiado salada y nada fresca

Un très belle hôtel .
1/ restaurant complet , la conciergerie nous a envoyés dans une gargote en décalage avec le standing de l’hôtel .
2/ le petit déjeuner fut catastrophique : aucun Acceuil : nous avons nous même trouvés une place , pas de réassort et le comble , la machine à café : c’est les client qui remplissent l’eau et tentent de trouver des tasses …..

Hotel très agréable mais.....

C'est la 2e fois que je réside dans cet hôtel, et il est très agréable, avec un personnel fantastique.
Cependant, contrairement à la première fois, la vue de cette chambre était horrible, et la moquette pas très soigné.
C'est vraiment dommage car cela a gâché un peu mon weekend.

Hotel a renover

Premier (et dernier) sejour dans cet hotel. Probleme d'aeration et poussiere augmentent la presencec d'allergenes dans les chambres. Chambres avec \"vue cour intérieure\" donne en fait une vue sur l'immeuble donc pas de vue. La piscine est bien eau de mer mais en sous sol sans vue. Le gros plus: personnel est tres serviable 🙏

Mon séjour à l’hôtel Cures Marines de Trouville-sur-Mer a été absolument parfait ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été impressionné par la qualité de l’accueil. Le personnel est non seulement très aimable, mais aussi extrêmement attentif et à l’écoute, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. Les installations de l’hôtel, notamment la piscine et le sauna, sont impeccables et invitent à la détente. Tout est pensé pour que les clients se sentent bien.

Chaque détail semblait minutieusement étudié pour offrir un moment de sérénité et de luxe. Cet hôtel est un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour un séjour en bord de mer. Je recommande vivement et y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle parenthèse !

Une étoile en trop!

Je voudrais simplement dire que mon séjour a été correct dans l’ensemble. Par contre cet hôtel a une étoile en trop.
En effet, nous avions une chambre de luxe vue sur mer qui franchement ne valait pas le prix payé. La salle de bain n’était pas d’une propreté exceptionnelle, la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas le mini bar était quasiment vide, deux bouteilles d’eau, aucun snack, rien pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain, des traces de moisissure dans la baignoire ou plutôt sur les carreaux, pas de ventilation, la salle de bain qui a les WC intégrés .
Par contre je dois dire que les deux garçons du service voiturier ange et Jean-Philippe, je crois était tout à fait charmant et très professionnel.
Franchement nous jour régulièrement dans des hôtels, cinq étoiles, et celui-ci ne mérite pas cinq étoiles.

Lindo e localizaçap excelente

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, os funcionarios são muito gentis, nos presentearam pelo nossos 40 anos de namoro com o quarto enfeitado, uma cidra num balde degelo e taça e uma cartinha de parabens.
Isso faz toda a diferença pra gente, o cuidado.
O quarto é lindo.
Nao chegamos usar a estrutura do hotel pq nos hospedamos apenas por uma noite de passagem por Trouville. Mas deu vontade de voltar.
O cafe da manha é bem variado e farto.
O Estacionamento e 29 euros com
Manobrista.

Weekend détente en famille avec enfants majeurs et mineur. Un régal ! Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Hôtel superbe et le prix correspond parfaitement à la prestation. Espace détente agréable, salle de repas magnifique et chambre très accueillante et propre. Vue de la terrasse principale sur mer, sympathique surtout le matin car moins de monde sur la plage. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

beau batiment, bon accueil, espace aquatique très bien.

toute la partie restauration n'est pas du tout au niveau et bien trop chez pour ce qui est proposé (entrée froide puis incomplète, steak veggie du burger immangeable -trop épais, pas cuit, trop compact, petit dej à 32€ qui en vaut plutôt 20, service très \"amateur\").

J'y retournerai pour y sejourner, mais sans manger.

Pour une première chambre sur cour dommage, mais à priori aucune chambre avec vue directe mer ou port, donc regret moindre!!!!

Un peu chip sur les produits de soins dans la chambre.

Dans l'ensemble séjour très agréable, le personnel très gentil et efficace. petit déjeuner en chambre très bien.

Nouveau séjour à prévoir pour tester le spa qui est fermé pour rénovation.

Absolutely NOT a five star hotel when it comes to the room and facilities, corridors and elevators. Pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment with 31 degrees, as it was the criteria to choose the hotel. Service was friendly. Breakfast good, but completely overpriced. Would not go again.

Albergo storico ristrutturato con gusto. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso questa struttura .

Per quanto riguarda la camera ha alcune pecche :
Armadio troppo piccolo , nessuna presa elettrica in bagno , una finestra a forma di oblò che dal bagno da sulla camera che non e oscurabile, quindi quando si va in bagno di notte e si accende la luce , si sveglia il compagno di viaggio .
