Staff absolutely terrific. Breakfast all you can eat for three hours with a lot of possibilities. Endless teas/coffee/juices. Only a fifteen minute walk into downtown Deauville. Next to two supermarkets, a steakhouse & a Chinese restaurant before even walking into Touques. If I could give 10 stars, it would not be enough!!!

You will need a car, as it's a 30 minute walk into town, plus it's in an industrial area, so not the nicest place.

Excellent service from Henrik at reception who went over and above his role to assist with an issue primarily caused by expedia in fee payment delay. The hotel family room was spotless, very spacious with a secure parking lot and with the super welcoming friendly service of Henrik we fully recommend staying at this hotel.

Near large supermarket. For us was a little too far to walk into Trouville for shops & restaurants. (30 minutes). Large beach & lots of restaurants in Trouville town.

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in at that price. Clean, tidy, friendly, great breakfast, large rooms, superb shower and bathroom, reasonably close to the centre of Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer, the only drawback was the location in a commercial/industrial area although this did not present a significant problem. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a hotel that is part of a chain. A clean and tidy room that had all the basics, but nothing else. It was quiet when we stayed so no noise issues. Located in an industrial type area with a few chain restaurants which is convenient. For the price it suited us well for a 1bnight stay, but would drive us nuts of it was home for a week.

Arrived early evening on a Sunday. The room was bright and clean, but there were no cups or milk on the hospitality tray. I asked the reception guy , but was given 2 paper cups and he aid there was no milk. At breakfast the following morning there was ample \"proper\" cups, and fresh milk! Cuando llegamos, nos entregaron la llave de la habitación y nos encontramos con una habitación sin limpiar. Mi esposo bajó y le comentó a la señorita. Su actitud fue como si le estabamos mintiendo, y cuando fue a revisar, solo dijo que nos darían otra habitación. el desayuno estaba delicioso y muy variado la atención de la señorita que nos toco en el desayuno muy amable y agradable, probablemtente si nos hospedariamos ahí nuevamente.

Se que j'ai pas aimé il ya pas eu de changement de notre draps de lits du coup nous avons passé les trois nuits avec les mêmes draps de lits juste sa que j'ai pas aimé. Sinon tout le reste ca été et un peut de moustique dans la chambre. C'est mon avis que je vous êtes donner merci au équipes d'accueils. Le petit déjeuner super bien.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel. Tout y est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Pour les enfants et les adultes, tout est fait pour notre confort. Le bar est un vrai plus, le coin enfant très bien pensé et le coin détente adulte avec baby foot très confortable. Nous avions une chambre pour 4 , vraiment spacieuse avec un grand écran plat. Les grands lits très confortable et les nombreuses prises très appréciées par tous. La salle de bain spacieuse également avec tout le linge de toilette nécessaire, un sèche cheveux bien pratique et un grand lavabo avec grand miroir. La douche à l'italienne pour un maximum de détente. Le petit déjeuner buffet fut apprécié de tous, du salé, du sucré avec de bons produits savoureux et frais. L'emplacement parfait non loin de restaurants et centres commerciaux et à quelques minutes en voiture de Deauville Trouville. Hôtel calme, très bon accueil et personnel agréable. Merci pour ce séjour, je recommande fortement cet établissement et nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Grande baie sans vis-à-vis avec rideaux bien occultant. Clim réglée basse à l’arrivée, mais ajustable sans problème. Belle taille de l’écran TV. Literie très dure (mais l’extrême inverse eut été pire). Insonorisation assez bonne, même avec l’ascenseur à côté. Donc creux de nuit très calme. L’hôtel étant bien rempli, il y eut toutefois de rares bruits de couche-tard indélicats et d’autres inévitables des lève-tôt puis du ménage...
