The room was as expected being a Mecure we upgraded to a Privilege room which was modern but small, also someone had been smoking in the room that you could smell it, nobody was on the bar and very small bar in lobby so did not use, breakfast was of a very disappointing standard even though they did have hot food.

Good location for exploring. Right near the ocean, cool, misty day and no one sun tanning. Very large beautiful beach but too cold at the end of August. Breakfast was quite good but don't be late. Room a good size for Europe, modern decor and brand new bathroom.

Pour le c'est pas top du tout l'état la chambre je sans poussière j'ai tousser cause allergie le drap je sans poussière et moquette très vieux et la porte est abîmé la peinture est parti la chambre n'est pas terribles sa vaux pas le prix que j'ai payé avant je venais souvent maintenant je c'est dégradé l'hôtel ne vaut plus que 2 étoiles désolée je suis très dessus et l'accueil n'est pas très souriant et en plus on demande de caution et j'ai 2 jours en partent j'ai trouvé ailleurs beaucoup mieux et très propre très agréable prix moins cher et très accueillant et beaucoup plus accueil souriant très accueillant voilà surtout propre

Nous étions en week-end pendant le rallye de la cote fleurie et l’hôtel nous avait logé côté casino alors qu'il y a des chambres sur les côtés et l'arrière. Certes on nous avait annoncé que les voitures stationnaient sur le parking devant et qu'il aurait quelques nuisances. Mais là nous n’avons pas pu dormir jusqu'à 2h du matin. L'hôtel n'aurait du louer que les chambres \"au calme\" par respect pour ses clients

L hotel est très bien situé. Le personnel d accueil ainsi que le personnel de salle est très efficace et très aimable. Le pdj est très varié. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le seul bémol serait la literie et mais ça c est tout à fait perso : Les produits de sallle de bain sont de la marque Nuxe, ce qui est parfait, mais au miel ...... et l odeur de miel est vraiment trop forte pour moi qui n aime pas ça du tout...... mais comme je disais plus haut .... c est tout à fait personnel.

J'ai passé 3 nuits début octobre dans l'hôtel Mercure. L'hôtel est très bien bien situé, à 15' à pieds de la gare SNCF, à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage de Trouville, face au casino, près du quartier des restaurants et à 2 pas d'un supermarché.
La literie est de qualité et l'ambiance de la chambre cosy. Elle aurait été néanmoins petite pour 2 personnes.
Quelques bémols: l'état de la moquette, tachée... le papier peint qui se décolle... les tâches sur les murs...
