Excellent value and service
This was a pleasant surprise in terms of service. All of the staff was cordial, and Luan at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out several times. On Luan's excellent recommendation, I took a great \" Best of Rio\" tour. The neighborhood is very safe, so no worries there. I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Another big plus is the generous space allocated for the use of guests outside the rooms. I would definitely stay at Villa 25 again in the future.

It was a Great experience being in this Hotel, the location us great near the Metro station and several restaurants as also near to every touristic stop. The recepcionist was very kind and the Peruvian restaurant is delicious ! Would love to be back soon

The staff at Villa 25 were incredibly friendly and helpful, always taking the time to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The ceiling of the room we stayed in had multiple spots of past water damage and mold, but was otherwise comfortable. I would recommend bringing earplugs as noise from the restaurant does carry throughout the building.

Ar condicionado não era muito bom no quarto que fiquei que era para 6 pessoas, quarto pequeno e não tem boa acústica. Mas o pior msm foi a falta de organização e respeito dos hóspedes, principalmente os gringos. São muito porcos e desorganizados.

A localização é ótima, fica ao lado do metrô e de um parque muito agradável, além de dispor de vários serviços nos arredores (restaurantes, bares, cafeterias, lanchonetes, mercados, farmácias etc). Viajamos para o carnaval e foi bastante cômodo para irmos tanto para as festividades que aconteciam no Flamengo e Centro, quanto para as praias da Zona Sul. A área externa do hostel é bonita e agradável. O café da manhã era razoável. A suíte que pegamos era para 4 pessoas, razoável, espaçosa e bem distribuída, mas poderia ser um pouco mais confortável. O ar condicionado não estava dando conta do calor em alguns horários e a cortina blackout não conseguia cobrir todas as janelas. A porta do box do banheiro não fechava completamente. A limpeza era razoável, mas acredito que nossas roupas de cama não tenham sido trocadas durante a estadia. O atendente do período diurno foi bastante amigável e solicito, os da noite nem tanto.

A estadia no Villa 25 foi boa, na média. A disposição do quarto que eu fiquei não é boa. Se duas ou mais pessoas precisarem circular no quarto fica muito ruim, mas creio que isso não seja o caso de todos os quartos do hostel.

O único ponto negativo da minha estadia foi a limpeza dos banheiros. Entendo que há uma grande circulação de pessoas, mas nos quatro dias em que eu estive hospedada, os banheiros estavam imundos. A estrutura dos banheiros não é funcional, faltando onde colocar os pertences em alguns banheiros.

Para Quem curte o ambiente e agitacao de um hostel é uma excelente opcão. Eu escolhi porque achei lugar lindo (um predio antigo restaurado) e tinha quarto privativo para ir com meu filho, mas tem um agito que atraplha quem busca sossego.

No geral, a estadia foi tranquila. Os quartos são limpos, com beliches espaçosas que possuem cortinas para garantir privacidade e nichos também espaçosos para guardar pertences. O banheiro masculino do primeiro andar estava limpo, porém não oferece compartimentos adequados para armazenar objetos pessoais — apenas um pequeno banquinho de plástico está disponível.
A recepção não conta com um kit básico de primeiros socorros, o que considero importante já que um hóspede se cortou a noite e tive que ajudar improvisando algo para estancar o sangramento. O local também não dispõe de cozinha ou geladeira de uso compartilhado; há apenas um frigobar localizado atrás do balcão da recepção, e sua existência só é percebida se o hóspede perguntar.
Além disso, não notei nenhuma iniciativa por parte do hostel para promover a interação entre os hóspedes, como eventos nos espaços de convivência.

Minha estadia no hostel não foi boa, visto que era impossível ficar dentro do quarto durante o dia. O ar-condicionado não foi ligado, pediu-se por 3 vezes pra que fosse ligado e não ligaram. Quando ligaram, o ar-condicionado era fraco e não resfriou o ambiente suficientemente. Não havia janela no quarto e ainda que a porta ficasse aberta não circulava vento. Então como que eu posso alugar um lugar pra ficar e não poder ficar porquê não há a menor condição de permanecer? Estava fazendo uma temperatura altíssima no Rio de Janeiro e um calor absurdo, então contratei um hostel com uma diária acima do que planejei pra ter conforto e não obtive. O armário era pequeno e a cama era treliche, isso também não foi informado previamente. Iria renovar a diária, mas não renovei pela impossibilidade, bem como outros hóspedes também o fizeram.

A estrutura do hotel é muito charmosa e acolhedora, e gostei do quarto, embora pequeno, mas o tamanho necessário para se trocar, e fazer o que precisa. Para los que hacemos check in a las 14 hs y queremos dormir porque tuvimos vuelos de madrugada, es bastante difícil dado a que la habitación en la que estabamos da al bar, asi que es un constante ruido de gente hablando, cubiertos y licuadoras, por la noche no tuve problemas.

Ja e minha segunda estadia e apesar de ja conhecer o bairro pois morei ali perto, fico no hostel por alem de ser bem localizado, tem um farto comercio e é ao lado do metro Largo Do Machado. Cafe da manha maravilhoso, tem piscina e uma cozinha peruana marvilhosa. Na ocasiao fiquei no quarto conpartilhado feminino, as camas sao confortaveis tem armario para guardar seus itens (leve seu cadeado). So o banheiro que nao e dentro do quarto mas nao me atrapalha. Tem shampoo e sabonete liquido em dispenser nos banheiros.

地下鉄駅近なのに加え、バスターミナル近くから直通のバス、コルコバードのケーブルカー駅行きのバスがすぐ近くを通るので便利だった。周辺はいつも賑やかで、スーパーや飲食店も多く、危険は感じなかった。12人の相部屋、2段目のベッドだったが上り降りはそんなに大変ではなかった。ベッドのスペースが広く、カーテンは薄いが内部に物が置ける棚、コンセント、ライトがあって便利だった。高さがあり首を曲げずに座れるのがうれしい。自分が行った一階と二階の女子トイレ、シャワーはどれも鍵がしまらなかった。わざとなのかはわからない。幸い間違えて開けられることはなかったが(便器からドアまでも近いので万が一開けられそうになっても手で押さえられる)、混んでいるとヒヤヒヤするかも。シャワーブースは広く、着替えるスペースは共用なので同じタイミングでシャワーする人がいなければ快適。レストランが併設されているだけあってか、朝食はホステルにしてはとてもよかった。清掃は業者が入っているようで、全体的に清潔。相部屋でもベッドメイキングをしてくれるので、当たり前だが連泊する場合貴重品や盗まれて困る物はベッドに残さない方がよい。フロントの人はフレンドリー。トイレバスの鍵問題以外は概ね満足。

Foi uma estadia razoável, onde fui sozinho e fiquei em um quarto compartilhado. Esqueci de levar cadeado, mesmo deixando meus pertences em cima da cama pude ficar seguro. A cama estava confortável e um bom café da manhã e serviço de limpeza. Únicos pontos a desejar foram a respeito do quarto, onde não tive boas noites de sono por conta do barulho dos hóspedes e o atendimento noturno achei um pouco demorado.
