Some of the staff were friendly and helpful others were rude and didn’t care that they didn’t meet the standards. I had to call in 2 occasions for my from to be made although I had left the card outside asking for my room to be mad and freshened up. My safe was broken and after every day asking for a replacement they came with a replacement on the final day. The breakfast was a waste of time there was barely any selection

We were sent to another building, but the accomodation was clean, had great air conditioning and perfect for an easy stay. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and most other spots were just a short tram ride away from Karakoy Tram Station.

When I arrived to check in, I asked if it was possible to receive a complimentary upgrade, as I am a Gold member with Expedia and had received an email from your team suggesting this benefit. I was informed that an upgrade was available but only for an additional cost of €50. I mentioned that it should have been complimentary, but since I had no other option, I accepted and paid.

The upgraded room was indeed larger, but unfortunately, the bathroom was outdated, with noticeable black marks on the door and on the shower floor.

During my stay, I requested ice but was told that none was available.

On the day of my early check-out, I went for breakfast at 7:00 AM. The chef on duty (a white Turkish lady) told me I could not take anything until 8:00 AM, even though the food was already set out. Her manner of addressing me as a guest was inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe proper training on guest interaction would be highly beneficial. In the end, I was only able to have a glass of milk, despite having paid for a full breakfast.

Another major inconvenience was the noise at night. The nearby restaurant played loud music every evening until 2:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep early due to the volume.

On a positive note, some of the reception staff were consistently helpful, offering water and assistance whenever needed.

La propiedad anexa no tiene nada que ver con la propiedad principal.
Está a dos cuadras y tienes que llegar ahí por unas calles sucias y rotas.
Muy incómodo de subir las malestas porque hay que subir escaleras para tomar el elevador que tiene fuera un teléfono inservible y en estado de deterioro amarrado con cinta adhesiva y mal puesta.
Propiedad anexa sucia, poca iluminación, en mal estado, olor irresistible a cigarro porque la señora de la entrada siempre estaba ahí fumando y el humo entraba a la propiedad.
Una noche se fue la corriente por más de una hora.
Desayuno discreto.
Propiedad principal limpia y en buen estado.

The hotel is between two metro stops so it's easy to get to the attractions in sultanahmet... It's in the neighborhood of karakoy which is an amazing place with lots of restaurants, bars and cafe's... The room was facing a busy road which was quite noisy into the early hours but generally a good room with a powerful shower... Recommend eating at bance tantuni which is just outside the hotel

The property is in a convenient location however there are a lot of renovation works happening directly opposite. We were placed in the Annexe which was two streets away. The TV did not work (not that we wanted to watch Tv but would’ve liked to of listened to music whilst in the room) neither did the air conditioning something we did not ask to be checked as the weather was mild. It wouldn’t have been fixed during our short stay anyway.
We took a yellow taxi back to the airport at a competitive rate of 1500TL which the hotel kindly arranged.
Karakoy is a nice area for restaurants and great for coffee/tea breaks and within a 10 min walk to Gelata Bridge so a good location.
Staff were friendly and helpful even if communication was difficult at times due to language barriers (on both sides)
I wouldn’t say the breakfast was fantastic. It was edible and varied but lacked pastry options for those who do not want to eat babaganush in the morning. Very small restaurant and overlooks the current renovation. Project, you do not have a view of Gelata tower as advertised.
Would I recommend? Yes but there are more competitive hotels available in less built up areas which I will try next time

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — everything you need is close by, including tram and bus stations, as well as a great selection of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were given a lovely, peaceful room on the 5th floor, which was quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep and also includes the terrace. The breakfast was splendid, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

I will not come here agian, not recommanded!

My general idea is that, this hotel is good but overrated to be over 9. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Location is close to nice night life areas but you need to access hotel from a not very pleasent street and there is not driving access right in front of Hotel. I used the laundry service and it was a disappointment and waste of money. We as a big family, had 3 rooms and one of them suffered from an issue in toilet. Staff were nice , supportive and friendly.

I have stay at the hotel many times. How this was not a good experience. My parents room was dirty. Shower had small hair o. Them and pillow cover had stains. I love The hotel because of the location and they used to be very clean. This time not sure on how they missed these big details.

Mixed Experience in a Modern Building

During my recent stay, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a new, modern building located just two streets away from the older one. The room itself was quaint—neither too small nor too large—providing a comfortable stay overall.

However, I encountered a significant issue with the bathroom. The shower ceiling had a large wet mark indicating a leak, and there was discoloration that suggested possible mold. Additionally, there was tape on the ceiling, seemingly holding it together. This was both shocking and confusing, as I wasn’t sure if this was typical for hotels in this country.

Despite this, I chose not to voice any concerns, hoping it was an isolated incident. This aspect certainly marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

The 3 staff we met at this hotel were very nice and tried to be helpful as much as they could but did not speak English. We booked this property as it stated excellent on reviews. We booked the deluxe room. The room was in an annex building in the next street, we had to walk out to get to main hotel building which had a tiny reception area, small breakfast room on the 4th floor.breakfast which was very very poor. No toast, just dry pieces of bread, toaster that did not work, few cold options of salads, boiled eggs. Thankfully there was tea and coffee. Oh and some corn flakes snd coco pops. Basic room with 1 single snd 1 double bed. Tv with no English channels. No wifi on day 4 so no tv aswell for the last few days of our stay. Not even a good 2 star.

Each and every person was kind and sincere. My room was cleaned by the HK department every single day of my stay. I was asked many times if I needed anything. All my questions were answered on point. Not the greatest I've experienced. Very late arrival. We were re taken to 2 different buildings at 1am. The bed sheets were not changed for 5 nights. Not enough towels. Very poor breakfast (although service was good).

Emails had been sent prior to the stay requesting a good, clean room and the perks associated with hotels.com gold membership, but nothing. I was severly dissappointed.

Very poorly managed hotel, however, staff were okay.

We lived in the hotel during 11 days and we liked being there (2 adults).

Staff is very pleasant, they help with whatever you ask.

Rooms are clean but could be a bit cleaner. It was quiet there.

Breakfast is delicious and various. We were living in close building to the hotel (it is like their additional building) but it was not problem for us to come in the hotel for breakfast (1 minute walking).

Everything you need is nearby, like shops, restaurants, anything.

I didn't expect this hotel to be so good, highly recommend.

For the price, this hotel needs to be avoided. They have this weird setup where your room is in another building two blocks up the street.
The room itself is TINY and has zero perks. Bathroom, shower is built at a slant and doesnt drain into the drain. The water runs out into the bathroom. What a mess!!! Last two days the elevator was broken so up and down the steps you go.
Overall a decent crashpad but thats it. You can get a crashpad for half the price, around 60 bucks per night, anywhere else in Istanbul.

Ubicación excelente, en Karakoy, muy cerca de Galata tower y el puente Galata. A pasos del nuevo área y muy bella Galataport, con buenísimas tiendas, restaurantes y coffee shops. Cerca del tranvia . Hotel cerca del área de bares y jangueo en karakoy, pero en el hotel no molestan los ruidos y se puede descansar bien. Muy limpio, buen internet y moderno.
