The hotel is on a very busy street and the noise does not stop the whole night. When I complained that I couldn't sleep the front desk staff argued with me and gave me such a hard time and then eventually gave me another room still at the front of the hotel by the street but a higher level. The noise was less but still kept waking me up. Worst night ever. Do not book this hotel if you want a restful night.

My wife had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of her. The room was clean and adequate. The only complaint was the noise level from the street. The breakfast was okay.

After troubleshooting the a/c with no luck, the staff immediately accommodated us to a different room where it was perfect temperature plus I had the option to open the window. I really liked this hotel because of its location to transit, shopping, and food options. Truly the only issue I can say are that the beds are extremely uncomfortable, making getting rest difficult. If you can - I would stay in what seems to be the more historical portion of the property. It’s really beautiful, whereas the area that we stayed in was a little disappointing.

We was given a warm welcome upon checking in, staff throughout our stay greeted us with warm smiles. Rooms were stocked with detailed amenities. The location of this property is for guests that want easy access to the heart of Taksim. The only downfall to this review is that we did find the wooden flooring of our room a bit sticky and we did find what looked like remains of some type of food laying on the floor- hoping it was a one off and possibly housekeeping had overlooked this . Overall I would recommend this hotel and would personally revisit.

The location was a few minutes walk to the Taksim Square. The staffs were professional and friendly. The service was so quick that surprised me in some cases 😅 Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was gorgeous with a view of the Bosporus and bridge. The room was clean and beautiful but not very big. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of the busy neighborhood of Istanbul but the room noise isolation was great and we had comfortable and quiet night. Overall great and I’ll definitely consider this hotel whenever I return back to Istanbul

Every day am getting a problem with the receptionist staff he’s not professional enough and the hotel is not allowed any friends from out of the hotel to visit in the room or if I want to get a coffee at the top roof restaurant and i have to pay 100€ for any outside person coming to visit me And another staff take an advice from the bellboy when they talk by turkish because I can’t understand what they say he told him in a tobacco problem situation if I don’t want to pay just call the police and when I try to meet the manager they say he’s coming in Monday morning till I check out I haven’t met him

The hotel facilities are very new, modern appliances, the shower was amazing! Some small issues, such as: there is no AC (just central heating) and at night the room gets hot, also the fact that the breakfast is not a buffet, which is kinda unconfortable (but its ok considering most of the properties dont even offer breakfast). Location was incredible, very near taksim and istklal and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

I honestly would not stay at this hotel again. Not all of the staff were friendly, cleaners were lovely Marcun and aldeta., however the rooms were not cleaned to a proper standard. no hoovering or anything, air con did not work. You would be woken up by the sound loud voices of the cleaners having full blown conversations at 6am and all you can hear is doors slamming which sounds like fire exit doors when they are patrolling. No consideration that guests are sleeping. also do not stay here if you like peace and quiet as the noise outside will go on until 7 in the morning. the pictures on Expedia is not what you will see when you arrive quite deceiving. They did try to make it special for my birthday but a lot of major lets downs. The only good thing is that it is walking distance to everything literally 30 seconds.

They will clean the room well before you check in but never the same afer and you cant ask for any extra sugar or nescafe packet during the day 😉. Zeinab from breakfast staff will ask you to write a good review about her but she barley smiles after that. I would like to thank the breakfast team behind the counter for their service and they are the only 3 people that I saw smiling continuously in the hotel
